Get an itemized estimate for everything or go elsewhere.
We received an estimate from 50 Floor for 3 bedrooms, 2 closets and a stairway. When the salesman came he told us we didnt need binding on the stairway. Upon installation the installers wouldnt do the stairs without binding. We called to arrange a refund but were only offered a mere 10% reduction in price for something that we had estimated with another company for 4x the price. NO WIGGLE ROOM was offered. This company is not honest with pricing. I would avoid agreeing to anything without getting an itemized estimate!
