Fiesta Pawn in Houston scammed me on Ebay

I recently purchased an item from Fiesta Pawn on eBay. The executed auction contract shows I paid over $330 for the item. It arrived at my home in completely non working condition. I reached out to the manufacturer and they agreed to repair the item for a cost of $150 + $33 shipping. Fiesta Pawn acknowledged the problem but then refused to pay any additional charges over the actual $150 fee. This puts me out $33 for shipping the item to the manufacturer and $33 shipping it back. I was told this decision was made by an individual named "Carla" who was at another store, and she was the only one who could help me. I proceeded to call every fiesta pawn location multiple times and Carla was no where to be found. After spending several hours on the phone pestering them and getting hung up on, their "eBay" manager "John" proceeded to tell me he felt it would be easier just to refund my money for the dead item, but that I would be responsible for return shipping myself. I felt this was completely unacceptable since they had sold me a faulty item and they weren't willing to make me whole. Another manager called me shortly after, to let me know that even after I was out the repair costs, I still got a "good deal" compared to brand new. No thank you sir. Beware of eBay ID:fiestabel
