Poor Customer Service

I am pretty upset. My employer had me use fieldprint for fingerprinting. A flier FROM fieldprint given to me by my employer said the fee is $96.25, I went to make and appointment and it only came out to $94.75. Naturally, I called customer service to inquire about making sure I was receiving the service that my job is requiring. After waiting on the phone for about 40 minutes, I told (I believe her name was Tanisha?) the situation and she told me take it up with your employer. I said excuse me, but the flier came from you all who are rendering the service, I need you to tell me the service I am receiving as my job doesnt know off hand your pricing or services she just said much louder and slower TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR EMPLOYER. At that moment I said okay, have a nice day and was hung up on. I have no answers to my question and really hope Im getting what Im supposed to.

No response to my email and phone calls

My fingerprints were sent to the wrong ORI Code. Please send my fingerprints to FL737111Z. I called several times and got disconnected. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau.

No response from customer service

Original applications for employees went through easily. When we did not get a response to the most recent request I sent an email. No one responded. I called the phone number listed on the website. After waiting 20 minutes a representative answered but we were immediately disconnected. Called again left a message. No response:EVER. Emailed again: NO RESPONSE. Left another message. Does no one respond to questions or problems?

Fingerprint background check

Confusion Confusion Confusion Complete lack of accountability in my case Phone Reps state they have no supervisors they work from home then the calls are dropped it takes several min. to get a rep to answer my experience is they are extremely impatient and rude why are they the customer service reps?? Is there a Manager that is accountable and can train the reps on Customer Service Principles? I need to get scheduled for a job and cant get my FP. georgia code to go through can any one help me

Awareness of Issues

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for job related finger print 5 times when asked for site near me i have not received a reply your phone customer service representatives need some courtesy training my experience is that for the most part they are not very knowledgeable of the job These things can be worked out perhaps there is an issue with training and supervision. Frustrated

Took my money and did not schedule the appointment

I needed a background check and fingerprinting done for a new employer. I logged in and filled out all the information and proceeded to pay. I paid for this service and got an email confirmation for payment but never received my appointment confirmation. I waited and then called Fieldprint. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes a representative told me there was no payment or appointment made. I HAVE THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION for the payment AND it posted to my bank account from Fieldprint. I called my bank, PayPal, and Fieldprint MULTIPLE times to get the issue resolved. Now I am having to dispute this charge from account and no appointment to show for it. This company took my money and never scheduled the appointment I set. If I didn't know any better I would think this is fraud. Do not trust this company. Each time I called, noone made any effort to resolve this issue. I even forwarded the payment confirmation to the supervisor! Terrible experience. I refuse to go through this company again for fingerprinting, so I guess I'm out of this job!

Wasted my time and took me 4 times to complete I-9

The website instruction is not clear what documents to bring for the I-9 when scheduling the appointment and the offsite person at the office are all OLD GENTLEMAN who know nothing about the process for international documents and are impatient to go through the process. Also when it fails first time, the reason to reschedule the appointment is also unclear and I have to go there third time and fourth time. I tried to call customer service to understand what I should provide and I have to wait 30+ min on the phone to get to a representative who also knows nothing about I-9 procedure and says that she has to email questions to the department which has no direct phone number that I can contact by myself. Worst experience for I-9.

Terrible customer service

Can't seem to answer any phone calls. Takes days to weeks for customer service to help. When they finally get back to you service rep is clueless on how to troubleshoot.

Purchasing a mask as condition for service

Got to the office 20 minutes before my appointment after trying to locate the office. Informed that a face mask is required. I did not have one as it is no longer required not even in the hospital where I practice. I nicely asked the lady to provide my with me a mask and so will gladly wear the mask. She informed me that I have to pay $3 for a disposable non-N95 mask. I declined to pay that as I felt that someone was trying to rip me off of $3. Mask are no longer required per CDC. I am fully immunized with no respiratory symptoms. If I am required to wear a mask, it should be furnished and not sold as a condition for service. I need to be rescheduled without a fee to get my finger printing done.

Terrible

Completely dis-organized! Slow customer support. Wait online chat exceeds 30 minutes and on the phone, well I waited for over an hour just to have them tell me they did not know. Did not even try to connect me to someone that might know. Their site has flaws, be careful with your information with this company. They say they're customer oriented, that's just NOT true. If you have the opportunity to use another company, RUN hard and FAST away from this outfit!

Correction

Could not reach customer support by phone, chat or call back. I started. selling at 9 am, left 2 messages. entered chat queue twice..as if 2:21pm, had not been able to connect with customer support.

Marsha Vance is friendly and very helpful

The Springerville-Eagar Regional Chamber of Commerce did my Fingerprints , it was Marsha Vance , she told me how it works and took her time in dealing with me as I was nervous, she is very good at it. Verda and Becki are good to .

Very limited customer support via telephone

Called several times, was hung up three times in a row. Person answering telephone was rude and disinterested in helping.

My background check

I have never received notification about my background check and my employer is tired of waiting for it. It was done at Mainstreet Ink and Toner in Tomah, Wi in May of 2022. I have checked US Post Mail, email, phone messages, etc and nothing was received beyond the time my money was paid. School is starting now and I cant wait any longer so somebody please do something. I am at risk of loosing my job over a failure somewhere on your side and So I am reaching out to you to get this fixed. Sincerely,
