I ordered five tickets June 29th for the Van Gogh...

I ordered five tickets June 29th for the Van Gogh Immersion in Tucson, August 26, at 9 a.m. I have lost the confirmation with the barcode. The cost was $146.50, and appears on my Visa statement. Booking on app and using credits is impossible.

I have over £150 credit vouchers and cannot get a transiations to go through. Am just being told to "try later" after over 1 hours on line/chatting for some help. Really terrible service. AVOID this 3rd party tout.

Warn public about this SCAM!!

Sinatra Under the Stars in Clearwater, FL at Jimmys was a complete joke! Terrible entertainment akin to bad karaoke. Paid $60 per ticket! Absolutely appalling! Will NEVER attend any other event organized by this entity. I was so excited to attend this event and was just devastated with the end result. Never again!

Deceptive Advertising

This company is deceptive. I had two options when purchasing tickets for a cirque event. The option was a VIP table for 6-10 or a super VIP table for 10+. Since I have exactly 10 people in my party, I purchased the 6-10. Thank goodness I pulled up the ticket because it shows table for 6-10 but then 6 seats. Why would you list a table as 6-10 if there are only 6 seats? Ive contacted customer service multiple times to ask for them to accommodate at least 3 additional seats or a refund. I will sit out to ensure my friends are not put money. I also requested to speak to a manager and was denied that opportunity. I asked for a call and did not receive one. We have a group who has invested money in babysitters, a limo and dinner for the night. The rep even tried to tell me there was the option to buy additional seats at the time of purchase which is an absolute lie. Beware and make sure you really pay attention to what you are purchasing. I spent $600 on these tickets.

Is this a genuine company?

Bought 4 tickets for a street mystery walk. I had confirmation email saying not to print tickets as would be done at venue. Went to address given which did not exist and no one in the street had heard of them. Couldnt contact at the time so couldnt take part in the experience which was disappointing. Have sent several emails asking for refund and they have stopped answering after saying they were looking into it. Have now contacted PayPal to try and get my money back. Would be very wary about booking with this company.

Theyre awful w customer service. Total scam. Dont give them even $1 as they will not help you if needed.

Website not processing payment

MasterCard says they had you blocked for some reason. The concert was just a few hours away, and you have no way to be contacted.

Need to change ticket time. App made a mistake.

I clicked on 2:30 pm then received an email stating that my tickets were for 10:00 am. We would like to see the Titanic exhibit in Los Angeles at 2:30 on Saturday, February 12th.

No Response

The Costumer Service of this agency have not returned my inquiry after reaching out three times. Additionally, there is no Phone# to contact in the US after dealing with involuntary cancelled flights made by Southwest Airlines which prevents us from attending the show. Additionally, the total expense is $200 and we would like a refund yet no one has reached out to us to make this arrangement.

I called to try and get my money back so I can book a different date. And yall told me I couldnt. So I asked if I can get my money back if I dont go,because its full on the days I can go and he said ha ha sorry we keep your money?? What happened to customers always right? They probably wont give me my 181.60$ back so please be careful when you deal with these guy they are sneaky!!
