I can not get on fetch to enter my receipts. It keeps telling me to upload. Is this a spam?. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been hacked 6 times in the last two months.

Blocked my account and want me to pay them to be able to get help!
You stopped allowing my wife to use the app. She got a text to verify her email, which she did. We have rebooted her phone and followed the texts over, and over, and over to no avail. I would remove the app but we have over 49,000 points and I would be extremely pissed to lose all of them. I told her I think you are doing it on purpose for some reason. Just wasted a couple of years being scammed.

Lost my almost 50,000 points when I updated my phone number
Ive had fetch for a couple of years and I almost had 50,000 points I had to update my phone number and when I did I lost all my points how can I get my points back I have sent messages through the app where it says that I will get a response back within 24 hours I have not gotten not one message back. Getting a response to issues is non existent
Not accepting Walmart digital receipts . No way to contact customer service. There's no way to dispute denied receipts. And the amount of points to get redemption is ridiculous. What sounds great isn't always what's advertised. Not sure it's worth the effort and time.

They won’t give me my 7,000 points & I have proof!!
I have been talking to yall at length along with ULTA beauty. They DONT send out delivered emails. Therefore I am told you will not receive my 7,000 points. I have contacted ULTA and they will not do anything but told me to contact the company that delivered my package. It does NOT show it was from ULTA. Then I went to ULTA and printed my order showing it was delivered and u said that doesnt count. This is a complete SCAM on both yalls part. This happened last time and I was fortunate to have someone understand were this issue was coming from and how it was unfair. I have pictures to back all of this up! HELP ME or I will continue to write reviews and I will show ur emails u send me saying how u wont assist me I have NEVER written a bad review but I am a very angry customer right now! And I never talk to the same person and that does NOT help the situation and yall have NO phone number to contact a human. This is very disappointing.
