Email and personal information know clue where it came from
I was finally able to go in correct my email address. It was telling me a different email that I have never seen it. Finally let me put in my email address but then I got something back saying they found several accounts and deleted multiple. I am hoping they didnt delete or take any points from my kids because we all have the same phone number other than one digit, there are seven lines on an account and we made it that way years ago so Im hoping they didnt take my kids his points away now Im having the issue I dont know how to retrieve and get my Amazon gift card
