Ticket about promise land

Evening to whom may be reading, So I purchased a ticket from this app and had said I missed payment due to not having money in my account but there was. I was hoping to get a refund or so could I put it towards the ticket I purchased from the app.

FESTICKETS HAVE STOLEN ALL OF OUR MONEY. ALL OF US WHO BOUGHT RAMPAGE TICKETS AND HOTEL PACKAGE IN GOOD FAITH. THEY NEED TO BE ARRESTED FOR FRAUD

This year I bought a package for 2 tickets and two nights hotel for my sons birthday present with his girlfriend. You emailed my sons girlfriend saying that due to over booking you were going to refund £177 hotel payment. This was via installments by the end of Sept. This meant having to book ANOTHER two days at the SAME hotel that you claimed that was over booked!! Ive yet to receive a refund from you. You caused great upset and chaos to my finances due to this awful decision. Youve had enough time now to pay back The refund. Please do the decent thing and refund me. Im happy to give further details upon request. Im sure being an honest legitimate business youd like to keep your good name. And this might be an over sight on your part. I await eagerly your reply. This is a scam, don't buy tickets from this company

They cancelled a event Made in the 90s NZ, took my money and never refunded it. They go by Fest Ticket LYTE now and saying they won't be refunding anyone that booked a ticket threw them. A total SCAM. So annoying companies can still stay operating after that. Don't ever go threw them, a warning to everyone. SCAM

Event cancelled

Its been 4 months since the event got cancelled. After I recieved email about it, it said that I will be refunded after 25 working days...but that never happened. Why haven't I recieved it yet???

No Refund on£210

They still not contacted me or refunded me at all as well so it crap stay clear they rip people off like they have me on 4 tickets for weekend in woods for me and GF but robbed me and I have heard any think plus bank haven't even refunded me. So I say stay away from these scammers for your own safety

They appear to be bankrupt and offering no explanation yet still the BST offers arrive

I've had no response whatever from Festicket - who are evidently bankrupt - according to many online reports. However their communications on this matter and the question of what's happening with our instalment plan and tickets to BST Bruce Springsteen next year have been non-existent. No phone numbers or working contact lines, not even an acknowledgement - a disgusting way to treat loyal customers. The only thing to do at this point is contact Barclays Visa.

No tickets have arrived.

Purchased in 2021. Tix should of rolled over from last year. I have heard NOTHING! I purchased these items over a year ago for an event that was cancelled. They said these tickets would rollover. Im still waiting to hear anything. No communication at all.

złodzieje!! Kupiłem 5 na AMF 2021 culi przesudziłem bilety na 2022. Nie dajcie się wykluczyć 2,5 tygodnia, nie tylko nie mam. nie masz kontaktu z festicket, nikt nie odpowiada za to, że kupiliśmy bilEty lotnicze z Polski, hotel w Amsterdami jest płatny. zakłopotanie !! Pójdę złotyimi sądu !!!

As of November 1st 2022 - BST Festicket have still not contacted me regarding status of this ticket and have not attempted to take further payments. Will be contacting Visa themselves.Tom Hamilton

This is really annoying - I started paying installments for the American Express Bruce Springsteen Hyde Park concert in July (it's an 8 monthj plan that's supposed to run till Feb 2023 (at £113 per instalment). The first 2 months went through fine but the third instalment has for some reason not been taken - we're now 2 weeks after the date. There has been no communication to indicate why. I can't be the only person in this position. What's troubling is not knowing if and when they'll take subsequent payments - and ofcourse they're absolutely impossible to reach. I'm Very Pissed.

Refused to pay insurance claim

Booking Protect is still refusing to cover the insurance claim. It takes an average of 3 or 4 days just to response to a simple inquiry and the only way to communicate with them is through their portal.

@BookingProtect @ProtectBooking. I paid for booking protect insurance and they refused to process my claim because @Festicket @EventGenius apparently is bankrupt. I bought my insurance in May. Activate barcodes

I have two confirmed tickets for the Rolling Stones - Hyde Park - golden circle July 3. It was said that Id receive an email by June 17 and that the barcodes on the tickets would then be activated. Ive heard nothing and Im worried. The concert is in two weeks. Ive sent several messages via the festive app but have only receive automatic answers which have not helped. Please can you help?
