Jackson Vanilla Wafers

I am unable to purchase these wafers. My store which is Crest Foods, Edmond Oklahoma says they are not available. Its absolutely ridiculous to discontinue this product. I need answers as to why a good selling product is no longer available. The holidays will be coming up so what do you expect the consumer to do for the banana pudding?

Other possibilities for the maggot

Does anyone know how maggots are formed?? A fly just has to get in the wrapper or packaging to lay eggs. It more than likely isn't the manufacturer. Could they change the wrapper? Sure if it's a big problem.

Product reclamation

DISAPPOINTED

opened my favorite chocolate to find fungus on it, opened a few and was so disappointed in my findings. Also checked the expiry date ... which was mid year 2023.

Empty wrapping

I bought a 12-pack of the chocolates, which tend to be quite pricey. Once finally opened, I noticed an empty golden wrapper. This should have been caught well before the shipping process.

Got fungus in you chocolate .

You people cant play around just for the sake of your business. Very disappointed .. That is really bad .not expected from such a good brand .. I would suggest not to buy your chocolate .. After this *** happens with me .

Problem

Sales sales of false items I do not eat candy except for the one item dark chocolate and I get a mass bye And loved it and when I get it it is not filled and it was worthless to buy I couldve bought a big abundant supply of the little tiny ones but yet you want to give me a gigantic 12 and three with nothing in it I dont do sugar and I dont do sweets but I love your candy and I got nothing out of it what is the point of buying if youre not gonna fulfill what you advertise

White fungus.

Hi, I was about to eat the chocolate but then I saw white fungus kind of a thing. I even saw the expiry date, it was not expired but still I have to throw the whole box. Highly highly disappointed with the same. Do let me know what was that particularly. Thanks in advance!

NO ACTION TAKEN BY INDIAN TEAM

We have raised our concern for chocolate on 5th August on wrong chocolates received by client. From there its like beating around the bush and no one is helping. Distributor connected to sales person. sales person to manager and further manager said to raise on complaint on customercare.india@***.com . we have raised on FB message, emails done on 10th, 12th & 13th August but no one is even addressing our query. this is really sad and disappointing- such big brand and no escalation matters are taken care. we need someone to look into our concern.
