Resolved: Failure to do what they are paid to do

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I notified Amazon of the issue and they immediately provided a full refund and an apology. Again, 5 Stars to Amazon.

When I called and inquired about my package I was told it would be delivered when they got to it. When Amazon contacted them they said the package was undeliverable due to wrong address, which was not true.

After waiting 10 days for my package to be delivered from Tracy to Modesto where I live I obtained a full refund from Amazon. 5 Stars to Amazon

I recently made an online purchase through Amazon that came from the seller who was in Indiana. It took 3 days for the item to get from Indiana to Stockton, CA and then overnight to Tracy, CA. This was at 4:37am on the 17th of Aug. It's still there today. I live in Modesto, 30 minutes away.

Complaint regarding 898331****96

I had sent three keys to my house which had forgotten in US through USPS (your reference 898331****96) As per rules India, goods not of any commercial value and of small amount for personal value do not attract import duty. Inspite of this I have been charged Rs. 400/- as import duty and Rs. 600/- as service charges ( which should not have been charged as my daughter paid US$ 105/- on door to door delivery basis) and GST on service charges. This is extremely unfair. I request for repayment of entire amount paid. The parcel supposed to reach on 24th under express shipment is lying in the Thane office of FedEx for over six days and not yet received

FedEx ignored my paid schedule delivery request and will not refund the money

A synopsis of the issue is that I paid for schedule delivery for Saturday afternoon. I made this request on Monday. After talking to customer service yesterday (Thursday) and today (Friday morning), I was told that it would be delivered tomorrow per my paid request. And then it showed up today (Friday). The issue was that I live in Pennsylvania and will not be moving to Maryland until tomorrow, so my entire couch showed up in the stairwell of the building with no one to receive it. Luckily, I was able to have somebody pick it up, but it makes no sense that the money was taken out of my account for scheduled delivery, when that scheduled delivery request was unfulfilled. I would simply like my money refunded. FedEx is giving me the runaround, telling me that the company I (Wayfair) had to file a refund request on my behalf, which makes no sense, because I paid FedEx directly for this service. When speaking to Wayfair, they said that they would not be able to file a claim request, because there is nothing on there and showing that I pay for upgraded shipping. Its only $11.50 so this sounds extremely petty to be filing a complaint and going through all of this customer service, but that is $11.50 for a service that was not rendered in addition to completely inconveniencing me and those around me. I had to have somebody drive an hour out of their way and spend money on a U-Haul truck just to be able to pick up my furniture because FedEx not only did not honor the request, but when I tried to reach out for customer service a day early, in order to make alternate plans, they were dishonest up until this morning in saying that the delivery would arrive on the day that I scheduled (Saturday). In addition, it is almost impossible to speak to a live person when calling the customer service line, I had to reach out on Twitter in order to chat with a live person. And then, when trying to file a complaint, they tell you to call their customer service line and speak to somebody, but you cannot get through to a live person. Ive been going in circles for two days with them.

Late Package

FedEx needs to seriously go out of business. I dont understand how every single package they have to deliver is always late. Then the tracking number isnt even useful because it doesnt give you up to date information on your packages whereabouts. Also the call center is unhelpful because they know as much as you do. All they do is repeat the same thing the website says, which isnt helpful because the tracking number does not work and the website is poorly run. Terrible service

No person who can handle my issue and no one will answer the phone

I have a missing package. The only way to contact FedEx is through the central number which only lets you enter a tracking number and then tells you the same status that is seen online. The package has been missing for over a month and is worth over $500. I can't get anyone to answer my calls. If they call me, I'd be super surprised even though I spend thousands of dollars with them each year. Time to switch to UPS I guess...

Stolen Delivery Within FedEx

Still don’t have my package!

I received a notice that my package was delivered & a pic of someone elses RV space. Its still not been turned in or found and I havent received an update from you today! Very unhappy! Kathy McCrea

Driver delivered my package to someone else’s house.

Driver delivered my package to someone elses house. Uploaded a picture to me that is NOT my garage to show it was delivered. Opened and investigation and it has been over 24 hours with no updates. Very hard to get a live person on the phone. Once I finally got a live representative they were unhelpful, rude, and kept talking over me. Telling me now it will take 48 hours to investigate. This package was $119 and who knows where it was delivered to??

Missing parcel

Parcel missing still not delivered and says it has been delivered ordered last Tuesday for next day delivery and never came the next day or the day after sitting in waiting for it so my car never got mot so had to hire a car to pick my kids up and am on low income and disabled absolute joke.

Im sorry you are not sorry. We know the item made it to the USA in a customs hand verified contents with documentation and pictures. They STOLE IT! Im not ok with that. Nor should FedEx but I am learning the hard way they think its ok and its not. You do not steal someones hard work and and not make right. I just want my package or proper revenue. Proper refund on the low side is $2096 not $24. It is not my problem that your employees stole our package or wrote incorrect information on it when they didnt listen to what the sender said Mr. Cipto was in contact with me when he was actually sending the package and he was getting very frustrated at the fact that the agent was not listening to what he was saying and just kept rushing him and pushing him and said I know what to do. I know what to do well, apparently he didnt know what to do now that theres a problem we have incurred the loss. Again, another FedEx problem an untrained employee and we are supposed to suffer. We are not going to suffer. I do not want to hear that because the agent wrote some thing that wasnt what it was that we are out all this and some of those items in the box were one-of-a-kind, the problem must get rectified I dont care what the agent wrote. Its incorrect. I have provided all documentation and pictures that after that happened thats when the package was stolen. Ive heard all kinds of crazy answers as to what the issue is why they dont know why they do you know why but they refunded me $24 well, I cant except that and I will not except that so whatever supervisor you need to go to to show them that this is the problem so that the other remaining $2096 -$24 can be refunded or in addition we need to do that. I am currently on agent number 65. Do you think that this is appropriate? You have made attacks at my business by doing this cost me refunds, so Im out even more money, and you have made marks on my business reputation from the carelessness and inadequate employees. Its time that you fix this and make it right because I do intend to seek legal counsel and I am reporting it to the local TV stations. They have little segments where they protect they go after people that scam people. It is quite shameful that one must take months and hours of their time to prove some thing that you provided all the proper documentation and youre still fighting for something thats yours thats right, so basically what youre saying to me is is that your company has no accountability that its OK. Someone can just steal packages and contents and theres no retribution and get a paycheck in benefits. I think Id like to work for your company. Id like to be able to not be accountable for my work or my horrible actions and get paid for and reward it sounds great. I will expect that you will take this to a higher level and his supervisor and explain it. I can provide all the documentation the emails and the bizarre answers that I have received from all of these agents now one or two I could see maybe theyre not train but now were getting up and very high numbers to be receiving the answers that Im receiving. I think you and I wait your answer to speak to a supervisor.

I haven't gotten my refund back

I had to switch a label on a package that wasnt sent out yet. I paid for the new label but didnt get reimbursed from the first label. They told me I had to go on line to take care of the issue. I paid with cash for the first label, they told me I couldnt get cash back and had to go on line. I did that twice and never got a response capriagreene40@***.com

Fedex is not a responsible carrier

First, I read many reviews here and was surprised at how many people have the same experience as I did. Putting that first so you don't think this is an isolated experience. I was supposed to get a package on Saturday, according to the FEDEX Tracking system. It never showed up; even at midnight, it said EOD would deliver it. Then Sunday, they updated and said it would be delivered by 1:40 pm. When it did not make that, I rechecked it, and it changed to say it was at a HOLDING facilityNO information of where or what to do. I looked everywhere and could not find information on it. I tried calling them, but as expected, nobody was available late Sunday night. Monday, I get up, and it now says again it will be delivered by "6/19/2023 by the end of the day, estimated between 9:20 am - 1:20 pm". Since I had seen a similar message on Saturday, I tried to call FedEx to find the actual status. Their system is configured, so getting to a human is impossible. The system kept sending you the same "customer service will not have information to help you" until it hung up. I will remember this and try to buy things that are UPS shipped in the future. Again, if you read other reviews, you will see this is common with FedEx. Also, note that on all sites, I have left a review; FedEx is ONE star out of 5 everywhere EXCEPT FedEx itself. So add that they are misrepresenting themselves to cover up.

I bought a phone from strait talk I didn't get it so I got a email a little while back from FedEx saying

Ibought a phone from strait talk I didn't get it so I got a email a little while back from FedEx telling me they need 14 days to get it straightened out well as you know it's been well over..also I can't email strait talk and fedex because they block me.so it's almost been a year sincey package was lost and no help from FedEx or strait talk trying to replace it or refund my money I know I won't use FedEx for nothing I'll use ups instead and strait talk damn they can't even replacey package I've a customer of there's for 5 years now not for long I'll switch to another carrier I can't get nothing don't for either one of these I will everyday post this up on my Facebook page until I get my stuff or money everyday I mean that.i can't email either they've blocked me how fair is that sure does shed a whole new light on things

Delivery person

Ive received my package today however it was put in the parcel locker that was too small and I couldnt take my package out. Someone had to help me get it out and he had to force it out. It has happened before but didnt say anything but I need to let you know that the delivery guy should not have put the package in when he knows that it will be difficult to get it out. I completely understand that hes in rush, he needs to finish it on time but putting something in that itll cause problems getting it out of is something else. Be more cautious and attentive! It should have at least enough space to fit a finger in to grab a box.

I've still haven't heard anything from strait talk

I bought a Samsung Galaxy 02 in Jan or Feb..I was communicating with strait talk and fedex by email.well they both blocked me I can't email either..I got a email two months ago from FedEx telling me they investigating Ill hear something in 14 business days it's been two months maybe more I haven't heard nothing from either I still want the phone and airtime card I paid for..even after the way I was done I'm still a strait talk customer I'm beginning to wonder if I need to switch carriers it seems like they just don't want to help me for that matter I guess the 14 business days will be over whenever they ready I guess or they think I forgot not friggin way the phones not on sale anymore so if this is ever settled I want a phone upgrade I've waited a long time that's the least y'all could do I look to hear something from you by day lighte lighten. Now that I looked back in my email on March 14 FedEx emailed me they needed 14 business day well the very next day on March 15 they was done with their investigation and my lost package claim was denied they didn't investigate unless they can do it in there head Ive not seen anything and strait talk every time I call I'm sent to a person after another I have to go back over my story a dozen times I feel that strait talk should send me another phone upgrade to Samsung Galaxy note 10 I've went through *** trying to find out what happened so I'm crossing my fingers maybe there is still people that care and have a heart ...FedEx sure as *** dont Non
