Resolved Amazon purchase mistake - THANK YOU

I had a recent order mistake (May 12th) that was the fault of AMAZON and Jim at Fay Myers was so great with helping get it resolved. He was gracious and got me the correct item ordered and shipped to me. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service he provided and will definitely order from Fay Myers again, especially if I can deal with Jim. Thanks Again, I so appreciate all that you did. Super Adventure ordeal

Finally got the bike and love it, but it was not a pleasant experience. Salesman was arrogant and inflexible, as well as tricky. Pulled a fast on on me regarding Zega luggage and then denied he ever did it today (I have emails). I buy a bike at least every other year, have been buying them since 1967, but I'll be buying my next one somewhere else. We now have another KTM dealer in town (just started this year so not many top line models yet) and the game will change.

Amazing Shop!

What a positive experience with there service department. Brought my ATV to them to have fixed and it was repaired in a very timely manner. i picked it up and delivered to my cabin in the mountains only to find out when I drove it there was a new terrible noise. I called them and they offered to pick the vehicle up at the cabin and look at what had happen. 3 days later they explained what had happen and that it was fixed and could they deliver it back . Now that is customer service. I have purchased 4 ATV from them and will not go any where else. If you want top notch service after the sale this is the shop. Greg

Awesome experience! Thank you Fay Myers for being so great!

I recently purchased my new Kawasaki Ninja from Fay Myers and am a satisfied customer. This is my first bike and before purchasing I had little knowledge on motorcycles and couldn't tell you the difference between a 250 or 600, but thanks to the knowledgeable sells staff here they helped me make the right decision on my purchase. I did everything through their online website as far as getting qualified for a loan and speaking with a sells rep about what I would need and what I was interested in so my actual time spent there would be minimal, and it was. It is a larger building with all different bikes to chose from and a huge accessories store in the back. What I liked most about it is when I walked in I wasn't attacked by the sell sharks looking to earn a penny off me, instead I was greeted and told if I needed anything to just find a sells person. Knowing exactly what I was there for I went up to the person who I had been speaking with online, was greeted with a smile and sturdy hand shake, showed the bike, made a few copies of my drivers license and was given a pager. The pager, probably the only thing I can complain about from my entire experience there. It is just like the ones that are given to you at a crowded restaurant that will buzz at any time when they are ready for you. After a few moments I decided to use this opportunity to go buy my helmet. The sells people in the store were helpful and quick on their feet to get me what I needed and point me in the right direction for accessories. The second thought I decided on the helmet I wanted and getting ready to pay the pager began to buzz and buzz and buzz. The staff noticed though and were able to expedite me through the line to get me to wear I needed to go. Because I had not got my motorcycle endorsement yet (view my review on T3RG) they set up a delivery of the bike for that following Tuesday. The driver was early and professional and answered any questions that I had about the motorcycle.

Fantastic company!

I had my bike serviced at Fay Myers this weekend - and because they did such an awesome job, I thought I would post a comment. Couldn't believe all of the negative ones - as my experience was fantastic..... I dealt only with their Service Department. My bike sat all winter, and when I drove it into work for the first time earlier this season, I arrived with a flat (front) tire. Scary. Brought it to the closest shop I could to have it repaired - and thought I would get the forks rebuilt while it was in (the seals had been leaking). Explained that I thought it was a valve stem problem. Took this particular (un-named) shop 6 WEEKS to complete. Drove the bike halfway to work - and guess what - my front tire was flat!! I called - and was told that they didn't replace the stem, because it "had held air while it was in their shop". What?! I specifically brought it n to have my tire repaired - and they never looked at the stem?! Lucky I didn't crash and burn..... Called Fay Myers service. Great Service!!! Told them what was happening. They dispatched a truck to get my bike (which was an awesome thing in itself!) on a Friday afternoon - and replaced my valve stem - all for $50! Could not have been happier. Was quoted pricing on tires (I'll need soon) - and they were more than reasonable. Again - my experience was simply awesome. 1 day service -- more than helpful -- very professional......couldn't ask for more.

Love Fay Myers! Amazing shop!

I have dealt with Fay Meyers for over 7 years, between buying 2 Ducati's and most recently having my 1993 Honda CBR1000f serviced. These guys are amazing!! The service department is top notch. If you decide to perform your own service, screw your bike up, then bring it into them to perform a miracle, you kinda get what you deserve. I love how reviewers blame Fay for not fixing their bike, after they have screwed it up. I go to them first, tell them the problem, and they fix my bike up right, and it runs like it was brand new, period. Their parts department is also outstanding. I would recommend Fay Meyers to anyone!!

Amazing shop! I love Fay Myers

My family has been going to Fay Myers Motorcyle World since the 70s. We like that this is a Colorado Motorcycle company and the name "Motorcycle World" is fitting since they have every major brand and a huge selection. They also do cool things like bringing out Jason Britton for events and have free events all year. It's seems like there's more than just selling bikes for them, they do lots of good for the community and that's important nowadays. I'll be bringing my family there for year's to come. Thanks to everyone over at Fay Myers for such an awesome experience!

Fey Meyers Honda (letter sent to...)

T.W.I.M.C., I DID NOT request to be on your e-Newsletter club list! I DO NOT want to be on your e-Newsletter club list! I had new tires put on my bike a few years ago at Fay Meyers and complained about a shaking during deceleration from day one. I took the bike in a few times and your SERVICE MONKEYS stated every time that it was my forks that were worn out. I had new tires put on at Aurora Honda a little while ago and guess what? THE SHAKING WENT AWAY!!!! I will never take anything to Fay Meyers again and I will discourage anyone from doing business with Fay Meyers. Your SERVICE MONKEYS do not have a clue of what they are doing! And, since they seemed to have wanted to have service done that was not warranted, tell me that they are also liars and/or lazy as to not wanting to get the job done right the first time. *** your e-Newsletter club list and do not send any more *** from Fay Meyers! Sincerely, Guy M. Gantner

Poor Customer Service at Fay Myers Motorcycle-Denver

Fay Myers Motorcycle Dealership treated us with extreme lack of customer service. We bought a new Kawasaki KLR650 in May, 2008. Six weeks later, it quit running so we called them to fix it under warranty. We were informed that it was not a warranty issue because it was bad gas. The gas was the same the dealership had put in it upon delivery. The motorcycle only had 165 miles on it in six weeks because we had a vacation and a back surgery during that time. We were told it was our problem because we had let the motorcycle sit too long, which is ludicrous. We finally gave up and contacted another Kawasaki dealership, Vickery Motor Sports, and took the motorcycle to them for repair. They recommended talking to the sales manager at Fay Myers and insisting on getting this resolved with them, which I did. The sales manager at Fay Myers said to bring the motorcycle in and they would take care of it. However, it was no longer rideable as I couldn't keep it running and the distance between the two dealerships was about 15 miles. Fay Myers would not assist us in picking up the motorcycle, so Vickery hauled it over to Fay Myers as a courtesy to us. The motorcycle was repaired (it was bad gas), told us we had to run the gas out of the carburetor every time we turned it off (you have got to be kidding!) and that we shouldn't have let the motorcycle sit for so long without riding it. I don't ever remember a time that a motorcycle dealership could be in charge of our riding schedules! When we went to pick up the motorcycle, absolutely no one spoke to us, the keys were thrown down on the desk in front of us by the sales manager and he turned around and walked away. Needless to say, we will never walk into that dealership again for any reason. We have sold the motorcycle as the whole situation was very distasteful. There is no excuse for the treatment we received and we want others to know to steer clear - there are many other places in Denver to shop. You might consider Vickery - they treated us exactly the way a customer would want to be treated (and they didn't have to).
