Delivery

September 1 my order was never delivered. I wasnt able to contact anybody, favorite or Burger King or the driver. It was very difficult to find where I was supposed to connect with them.

Problem with delivery and driver

driver delivered warm fish no ice packs. Was rude a threw the fish 2 persons were present when this occurred. Car an license plate uploaded. This person should not be in customer service or working around food items.

Unhappy about the order not finding a runner

Waiting for a runner for an hour now. Food will be cold. Pissed customer . I cant remember having this much trouble getting my order!

Customer order

I have been getting customers asking for items on their orders. Yet I don't have those orders. My phone number is being used by a Bernardo. Don't know how they got my number, but it's making me get e mails about reassigning favors. The customer was mad because they couldn't get a hold of the runner with his food. There should be a number or active website with people ready to answer calls.

Call to report an issue

I am a driver, so I actually do not have a complaint about favor, I love favor. This is how I make my living. I just need trust and safety to know why that order that I just excepted at HEB was sent back for another driver. Trust and safety never listens to what your side of the story is they threaten to deactivate you, so I need to reach them or tell them exactly why the delivery was given to another runner. But I did not even authorize to get a new driver for the order. the fleet manager at HEB did it without giving me a heads up. Im bout to undergo a spinal fusion, and the HEB people brought out 240 packs of the water packs and 224 packs of sodas. I cant carry that upstairs and I read that the customer was on the first floor, so thats why I took the order. Well obviously with my condition I cant climb stairs with heavy objects. She had 240 packs of water and 224 packs of sodas. That wouldve been really challenging for me, but trust in safety I just am expecting that email and they never listen to your side. They only listen to nothing, I always call Rutter support when theres issues or I should try to get them to communicate with him, and obviously trust and safety never gets my notes. Trust and safety just threatens to deactivate you they dont give you any information. Then you emailed him back and tell him your side of the story and they send you the same email they sent first that doesnt say anything its just generic. . How do I contact trust in safety to tell them this?

They suck, and their customer support sucks too!

Ordered food, tried contacting driver. No response. Tried to cancel no response. Reached out to customer service and waited forever for response. All you did was give me a cancel order and delivery credit for free credit I already had lol. What a joke. Lost my business and everyone I know! I will be blasting you all over anything I can!

I’ve ordered twice from Favor

Ive have Recently ordered twice from favor and both times the orders where wrong and Iam not Happy About a driver named Dianna she doesnt want follow the directions on my Orders because of her poor lack of communication and not having the correct Customer service Skills thanks Sincerely Emily Murphy

Incorrect charges

Hello, I ordered Taco Bell yesterday and I saw my statement that says I was charged $10.22. I had a five dollar coupon which I applied and my order total was four dollars and 80 something cents I read your policy but they charged me before I got my Taco Bell. This even happened before when I got my halal guys. Can you explain this and will I get my money back??

App is terrible now.

FAVOR, a division of HEB, changed the app and it's terrible. You can no longer write a custom order, instead they tell you to make an order, and then contact your runner to get the things you really want. The selection from HEB is bizarre and limited, see the photo below, where they promise it includes their "full menu". It doesn't. There is no real customer service, just endless emails that accomplish nothing.

Based on my experience with Favor Delivery, the company has failed to provide adequate customer service and has been unresponsive to my needs. It is concerning that they have suspended my account without clear communication or explanation, especially when I were attempting to take advantage of a promotional offer advertised on their app. Furthermore, the fact that I have been unable to reach them through any means, including online search and phone calls, is unacceptable for a company that provides delivery services. This lack of communication and transparency suggests that Favor does not prioritize the needs of its customers, which is a major red flag for any business. Overall, it seems that my experience with Favor Delivery has been extremely negative, it should be understandable that my attitude towards them is valid and I would not recommend their services to others. If this is the level of service that they provide, it is surprising that they have been able to stay in business for as long as they have.

Y’all charged me $50 for buying NOTHING. Need this back ASAP please!

Hi I tried to place a favor yesterday twice but both cancelled immediately. Now I see that there was still a $50 charge for literally nothing. I need this money back asap. My card literally just had fraud charges so now I need it back still however I need to. Otherwise Im just gonna file a dispute because this is ridiculous. What I was trying to order wasnt even close to that much.

Runner canceled order cause it wasn't ready when he got there

I will never use y'all ever again, you need to have a talk with your runners about canceling orders when there not ready when they get there to pick it up, and I will let everyone I know who uses favor to stop using the favor app, since y'all like to cancel orders

Late delivery no customer service

The delivery driver was rude when I called her and dropped my groceries off to a different apartment. She had to go back and get them where the groceries were left. Then told me to specify my exact building number. I'm not a child and that was unacceptable.

Failed to apply coupon once again

Favor will not apply my coupon to my orders no matter what I buy leaving me in bad standing on my account. At first I thought it was just tobacco products so today I added a food product and it did not even cover the food product. I only keep a certain amount of money on my card enough to cover what I am paying for so when favor does not cover their end of the bargain it leaves me in the negative on my card

Favor runner

I placed a delivery order through whataburger. A favor runner chose to pick up my order. The order took over 2 hours to deliver. The favor runner contacted me and said that whataburger was taking an extra 20-25 minutes. I then contacted whataburger after 2 hours and whataburger said the food was ready on time and no one had gone to pick it up. The favor runner then contacted me again and said it was going to be an additional 15 due to waiting on whataburger. I replied to the favor runner and notified this runner that I had contacted whataburger and no one was there to pick up the order and it had been sitting there ready for over an hour. The runner then replied and said due to some car issues the runner had not been able to pick up my order. I contacted whataburger customer service because I did order through whataburger and they said they would look into the issue. Whataburger then contacted be back and said I have to get in contact with favor to resolve my issue since they had done their part. I tried calling a customer service number to favor but the number does not receive any calls. Since I did not order through favor I can not resolve this issue through favor. I am very disappointed. I spent over $100 on this order due to feeding a group of people at work. When the food finally came after 2 hours the food was cold and the the fries were hard and stale.

ALL the number does is tell me message y’all

YOUR NUMBER DOESNT WORK *** I ordered through whataburger and it looks like my package was ripped open, I dont expect this kind of service when Im paying you to keep it sanitary and safe its YOUR JOB to maintain a clean delivery and now I feel at risk of contamination(covid, flu, etc) which you would be liable for you need to solve this I dont comprehend how this driver brought me the order assuming nothing was wrong and I have to question yalls leadership that he felt okay with behaving like that
