FATPOT Technologies = Terrible
My agency recently acquired FATPOT's PortalOne Safety Suite Software. The software supposedly allows for inter-agency communication (police, fire, ems, etc). We ended up canceling out of our contract with FATPOT Technologies for five reasons: 1) The software is extremely buggy with memory leaks. 2) The software is extremely slow. 3) The software was not compatible with Windows 7 (32 or 64bit). 4) The customer service was awful. 5) We found a better company offering better software for the same price. I do not recommend FATPOT Technologies, unless you want to wait 10 minutes for an unstable program to load. Trust me, you can do better.
