Disappointed

I wish I would have saw these reviews before ordering. Of course all of the reviews on their site are favorable. If you want better cut-outs use Cardboard Standout Standees! The finished product is great and the customer services is the greatest!!!

You have taken the money from bank account on 6/23/2023 . I did not receive an order or any info if I will receive the merchandise. I sent you proof of the deduction from my bank account .

Placed an order on 6/23/2023! For $309.17 and it has been deduced from my bank account. Got a thank you for my order by email. Never got an order number or any other information. You got my money!! Box and fathead is damaged

Box is damaged as well as fathead. I was so stoked about this order and its all damaged. This was a birthday present and now Im out of time.

Horrible service can’t get products paid for

Fat head is the worst company for customer service. I ordered first and last year and almost didnt get my order for my sons graduation. I said that I would never order from them again and I forgot and I ordered again and now my daughters graduation is wed 5/24. I paid the company a long long time ago and I still cant get six lousy head signs.

No response on wrong order

I paid for expedited shipping and received the wrong item - someone else is missing theirs and who knows where mine is - our graduation is over and I am out 100$ and have heard nothing from customer service after repeated emails chats and return forms - do not use them ! They stole my money !

Promotional code was not accepted at checkout

Promotional code was not accepted at checkout on a LARGE order. Emailed them twice. Tried calling customer service (which I had to Google a phone number) and didnt get to speak to a real human.

Terrible Customer Service and Failure to send order

I ordered a gift for my wife and paid for expedited shipping in time for her birthday. The date that I was supposed to receive item came and went. I tried to contact customer service, but their only options are email and a chat run by individuals who lied about what they could do. I had to fight for over an hour to get them to promise to refund the shipping costs, which was baseline since they failed to ship the item when they promised. They said they could not cancel the order or refund my payment. Worst yet, I still don't have any idea when I will receive the item. They did not respond to my email or tweets. I will never buy anything from Fathead again! Their new CEO Joey Rexford is supposed to be a marketing expert, but

My order mistake

I placed two separate orders and one of the the orders I wanted to change because I didnt like the picture. I tried to contact a service representative to tell them the issue that I was having but I couldve talk to a live representative to explain I detail what my issues was.

Paid express too be shipped but over a week and no order sent so way pay more. And no one get back too you. Would like too talk too a live person

Poor service

I had a friend and i met there. First time she was there...canton oh everhard restaurant...Clayton was the bar tender..very rude..my girlfriend that was with me not a big eater asked about kids meal..big attitude with him..i have been there alot but will never go back if he is there..09/06/22 at 7:22..i have my receipt...my friend said she will never go back..to be honest as many times i have been there that was the worst service ever had.. server 301 night bar right 134/1..i am a very good and over the top tipper..i left him a .41 cent tip with note on receipt you need a better attitude...it has to be bad for me to complain...thank you for your time..

Cheap product and horrible customer service

The bad reviews are legit, cheap and thin product. Trying to get a refund but of course its a hassle and they only want to give store credit.

Terrible customer service

I recently ordered a custom head cut out for my daughters graduation. I placed the order on May 10, 2022. They had said orders would arrive within 5-7 business days. I chose not to do expedited shipping, as this would fit in fine with my timeline. The order hasn't even shipped yet and it is May 20th. The order will clearly not come in time. They have no in person customer support, and I did email them on the 17th, which is the only option for help. I still haven't heard back from anyone. They say within 24-48 hours response time. If they had responded more quickly, maybe I could have opted for expedited shipping to ensure receipt in time for her graduation on May 22nd. Such a disappointment. I spent $80 for nothing! I would definitely not recommend this company.
