Unauthorized charge

I was charged for web hosting and I am retired and have not been in business for years. I cannot contact them by phone and I believe that they have been charging me for unauthorized charges for years. I am very disgusted by the unprofessional tactics of this company after canceling them years ago. I hope that they will return all unauthorized charges for the past 5 years as I am retired.

Email interruption

For several days, all the customers' emails coming to sales@***.com were not forwarded to our email address autonetgrp1@***.net I spent hours with customer service and was given different stories and promises of immediate restoration. Still not sure if all the emails are coming in. Also was promised recovery of lost emails but have not yet seen any of them. We have been your customer for almost 2 decades and this is very poor customer service.

FatCow, a web host, deleted my website saying it hadnt been used in 2 years.. that is absolutely not the case. It had been used and I have never missed a payment ..I was not informed this could or would happen.i was not given any notice. I am a food stylist and this is where my work is kept to show clients..I use this website and have for many many years to get work. Customer service is only available via Chat which is not helpful, too basic.. but customer service eventually did escalate the case to the next department .. that dept. sent an email saying an actual person would call with 24 hours but its been 4 days now with no call. The original site was marshaharriscom. FC asked me to get a new acct.. I did, its now mbhcine but then said they couldnt transfer content wh is the entire point. Pls help!! I lost a job today .

Cannot find away to resolve a billing issue.

I had three charges to my account instead of two. The web site iscomplex and especially so for billing issues.

Terrible customer service

I had my site go down -again.. while trying to get it up I somehow managed to renew my domain and they charged me 3 separate times. I called to get a credit and was told they couldnt credit me - I have it renewed now for 5 years- I am 68 and retiring next year- plus after my site crashed again will not continue with fatcow.

Domain on Hold Without Resolution

We have responded to every email and request and they have kept our website on hold for a week now. We have just filed a complaint on ICANN'S website because they have exceeded the guidelines for a registrar's timeframe to resolve an issue. Their customer service keeps telling us that we'll get a phone call from the ownership team within 24 hours, and that has not happened yet.

Take money on PayPal for no service. DO NOT USE THEM

I initially purchased all materials from FatCow in order to setup my website and paid for a year subscription for hosting. In the end I did nothing and never used their services or materials. One year later they took an additional $97 for a further year of hosting and refuse to reimburse me. I have contacted them twice and they don't bother to reply. Not a nice company to do business with. I would not recommend them to anyone. It surely cannot be legal to take money for providing no service. What has happened to morals and ethics? Why do businesses think it's OK to rip people off? They know there is nothing I can do so they don't even bother to respond. PayPal are not involved because, for them, it was a legitimate transaction.

These guys are PATHETIC and As****les both to the last word. They have a setup in USA and provide a chat support from INDIA. While the chat support are sitting robots who got only defined lines and know nothing else. While their so called specialists do nothing but create trouble in your database and then hide in the FAT Cows *** not replying to almost 15 to 20 days over a urgent matter. I am loosing my business and REPUTATION coz they simply put their FAT COW's *** page bringing down your website and make you run every where and then charge you by selling some service stating that to be the reason of your sites getting down. What else can a pissed customer do when trouble for over years of hardship? They do not care to respond and give an attitude if you sound pissed. Wow ... Just great, actually they need a kick in their fat cow's *** They sold me many things and worst of all their VPS server is worse than their already worse shared server. The VPS never sends your customer emails to your email address so that way you can never do a business with your business on these SH*****les servers. Can anyone imagine having 20 sites not sending any email at all no matter what you do, all have different cpanels so how come none send anything out?
