To ask about a product

I bought the sharper image thunderbolt stunt drone for $75 plus tax at FAO Swartz in New Yor City last week while visiting for my grandson. This is my second attempt to clear this up and have had no response. Please help!

Product issue

Apparently I have to go through Target for a replacement and I guarantee they are going to send me right back to your customer support. Extremely displeased with the product (pictured below) and the support that I was unable to receive.

Order question

I am REAKLY TIRED of trying to get thru to you when my questions ARE Never answered online w your submit form. I have tried for days. At this point youve lost my over $200 toy order, which obviously means very little to you. Im deleting you as a source and plan on discouraging anyone who mentions your name.

Order placed over one week ago no shipping info recd

The fact that its been 8 days since I placed my order, and it hasnt even shipped yet, is way beyond any reasonable expectation in todays world. 3 days to pack and ship an order from a warehouse is more than generous expectation of time. I did not choose expedited shipping because your shipping prices are extreme too, $10.99 for standard shipping. I had allowed 2 weeks for order to ship and be received. This is a first birthday present for my 1 year old grandson and the way its going Im going to show up at his birthday party with nothing. I ordered from you as it was a specific request. Your customer service phone number Is not included in email that confirms order, its not on your website under contact us. The only option you offer is email. So I emailed the first time and it was extremely evident you have an auto response that picks out keywords in the email and sends a standard form response that does nothing to help, Its all the same bs thats on the website. I feel you are not very customer care oriented.

Expect return imformation

I am getting the run around with this company. Product does not work. Because it is cheaply made they are offering me a replacement they are offering me credit they are not offering me a refund which is absolutely unacceptable. Why would I continue wanting to do business with a company that is giving me such a hard time and why would I want them to replace a product that guy and being so blatant about it being cheaply made. This whole experience has been awful

They wouldnt do anything about your product even though it was defective and thats a pretty bad company regardless of where you buy it they should stand behind their product she told me I could rebuy it I didnt need her permission to do that

Great customer service

Did not realize the songs were in the piano . Great customer service in resolving the issue . The issue got resolved very quickly . The packaging is sturdy . Directions are great . Nice to speak to a human on the phone in a very quick moment . Very friendly and never felt rushed or stupid that we didnt understand

Order

Ordered on 12/12 and was shown in stock and still hasn't shipped. Rep via email indicated had to be ordered by 10am that day but saw that nowhere on their website. It doesnt appear it will make it by Christmas. I am canceling the order. Ordered dolls from Amazon and received in one day.

Very bad costumar service. My daughter will be disappointed without any present under the tree because of the delay of the store fai Schwartz you cannot call and just sent ding emails with delay on their answers. Bad bad bad

Package not received

Fed Ex delivered package to wrong address. Not FAO issue but Im glad they will replace item that I didnt receive

Fao 99740. I ordered for the first time from this company. The stuffed panda I ordered had a hoke in it. I do not appreciate iate your total lack of customer service.

Panda had a large hole in leg. Why should I have to access a third party to get FAO Schwarz to answer my valid complaint? I won't be ordering again if this issue is not addressed. Thanks. Peggy Bugajski peggy.koval@***.net

My first and only item ordered has *** in it.

I ordered a panda for my friend's 4th birthday. It took a qeek to get to Georgia, and THERE IS *** IN THE LEG. I called and emailed, no return communication. First and last order.

Need to change shipping address

Tried to notify to change shipping address.
