Never received my winnings
Twice now o have won money and they did not even give me the chance to explain why I didnt get it before pushing me off to another place. I was owed 900 and only received 100 then. I took it out in small amounts because previous times when I did over 100 it took 48 hours. So in 100 i only received one and never the other 8 came. They didnt even care

FanDuel refuses to take any calls from the customers just refusing to be reasonable with their customers and its only because its about money and betting wages so they keep a far distance on purpose so that they can make a clean get away with your money and you cant get in contact to say anything or do anything about it

I can't deposit the money into my account
If someone actually looked into my settings for limits they could tell what had happened I did not fill out something right or something any ways I tried to deposit and it says I'm over my limit but it's been past the date that it should have taken place I just wanted someone actually to talk to and go over my settings for limits on my account and realize and tell me what I did wrong so I will not make the same mistakes in the future. {{Redacted}}. 812 589 ****

Haven't received my winnings
On November 12, 2022 I won approximately $160.00 and requested $140.00 be withdrawn and deposited into my checking account and left the remaining balance in my account. I received an email back stating FanDuel received my withdrawal request and the funds would be deposited in my account within 48 hours. Later that evening I won about $200.00 andf asked that $170.00 be deposited into my checking account. Again, I received an email back stating the with withdrawal request was received and the funds would be deposited within 48 hours. The following day I received another email stating my FanDuel account had been suspended and my withdrawal requests were cancelled. They stated the funds would be applied back to my FanDuel account or the card I had been using to fungd the account initially.but I have never received the funds. I have thoroughly researched the reasons a casino would withhold your winnings and none of them apply to my situation. I have been corresponding via email for about 6 weeks and they have yet to tell me why they have withheld my winnings. I keep getting the same response again and again basically stating they have received my b email(s) and will get back to me soon. I have also called two different numbers for FanDuel Customer service, one of them rings once and then goes to a busy signal. I called repeatedly and always got the same response. The other number indicated I would receive a call back shortly which never happened. I am very disappointed with the integrity of this company. I'm not sure how long they will avoid actually making contact with me to resolve this matter. I can tell you that I will relentlessly pursue this until someone gives me a valid reason for withholding my winnings. Although, I am 100% confident I have followed all of the casino's rules and regulations.
