Was charged twice but only used 1 set of tickets because of error
I purchased tickets from Fandango on July 21st, 2023. When we were approaching the movie theater they still were NOT showing up on my account. To watch the movie I had to purchase two more tickets. I was unable to see on the bank account if the 1st one even went through but wasn't able to view the charges until the next Monday. YES, MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED TWICE> I would like a refund for the 1st set of tickets I purchased and did not use. The seats were empty that were first selected during the movie so obviously something got hung up.

Paid double for tickets
I purchased tickets last Friday on Fandango in Wichita to see the 7:50 showing of Elemental At Regal Warren West. Couldnt tickets to show anywhere for theater so had to buy them again. Only saw movie once, paid for tickets twice!! Need a refund of one set of tickets $37.41

Unwilling to refund tickets when their online purchase site accepted an invalid email
Purchased movie tickets online from Fandango. Inadvertently entered an incorrect and invalid email address (phone auto filled the email address). Realized that I never received the tickets via email. Attempted for two hours to contact Fandango's customer chat and was unable to get a human being to respond. Subsequently purchased a second set of tickets and requested a refund from Fandango. Their policy is no refunds after the movie time has started. While I accept responsibility for an incorrect email address, their system should reject incorrect email addresses, as that is the only method of ticket transfer they supply to their customers.

Totally disappointed. We spent over $100. And couldn't log in, had to call. And the answer is, you will probably get the tickets in 5 days!! Too late. We made plans to go this weekend with the Family out of town.

Did not send my confirmation
Took my money got no confirmation to use on a Sunday and they are refusing to give me my 19.14 cents back spoke to two people in South Africa that would not listen or get manager. They told me there is no one on America to help me. This is garbage company I have also filed a complaint with my attorney and the theater as well

As Ive just learned this has happened to many customers like myself, double charged for tickets that fandango refused to refund even with confirmation proving the double payment. Refunding the money they owe is nothing for a company like them but for me to double pay isnt a small hit. They cant refund after the showtime, is that their scam? Process a second payment once the movie was shown so nothing can be done to rectify the situation? I would suggest NO ONE order anything through fandango in the future & hope that the BBB investigates this company after learning this is a very common problem that the majority of users have had with fandango.

Gift card questions
All the customer service reps are outsourced from another country. You can barely understand what they are saying which is frustrating because Im constantly repeating myself. My issue was never resolved due yo an immediate language barrier! You should consider changing this!

Purchased tickets for wrong day
Made an honest mistake on purchasing tickets 3 for 4-19-23 and thought I was buying for 5-20-23 and Fandango wasnt able to exchange tickets for the 5-20-23 date cause movie had started but they could tell that tickets werent redeemed but still couldnt help me so know I feel they just stoked 50+ dollars for committing an honest mistake. Horrible on the part of Fandango just makes me wonder how many people that make a mistake they take their hard earned money. Thank You for nothing!

Tickets issue
I purchased 2 tickets! An adult 1 and a kid one. For Thursday April 6 at 7pm in mountain view shoreline. I tried to change the date for the movie and the app didn't allow me even though the movie show had not started yet. I called the customer service and the lady wasn't being helpful.. I have been a fandango customer for a while now but I'm not ever purchasing anything from yall again after this. I lost my money because of technical issues on the fandango app where I purchased the tickets and customer service is very bad.
