Returning two tee shirt way to small

Yes this is my third time calling to try and get two get TWO return labels to return the two orders of tee shirts I ordered

Returning items

No available actual customer service to get a return on my wrong product! It was a gift, but looks like my son in the Navy just got taken for something I can't wear.

I ordered item 4 times expecting delivery and 3 times was told product unavailable. Why did the representative gove me hope if it was never available

So disappointed. For my sons bday. I dont understand how I was told item was in stock then cancelled 3 times not to mention 3 times bank activity

Order not processed

Have not had my order process yet and it's been almost a day now. Customer service is useless as well. Zero solutions were met and my experience was poor

Sizing his way off and then charge 10 bucks to return it

Ordered a t-shirt, wasn't anywhere near the size listed on the sizing chart through fanatics. Went to return it and they charged me $10 for my free return. So between the order and the free return you end up paying about $24. *** fanatics and they're *** *** sizing, *** fanatics and they're *** *** products. The t-shirt was thin garbage quality anyways.

Incorrect order for second time

I had ordered the Tampa Bay. Buccaneers golf package gift for my son. In-law. The first time that I received the incorrect items I had the prepaid label sent to me and I sent the box back, then ordered a replacement. I received the incorrect items again, which was quite annoying. The customer service representative that I spoke 2 was very helpful and pleasant.

Did not receive current Yankees jersey

I was caught between the period of old stock of Yankees jerseys and the new stock of jerseys displaying the new sponsor's STARR Insurance patch on the left sleeve. 2 days after I purchased the jersey the team wore the new jersey. (Purging old inventory for new stock). I asked for the new jerseys, at the same price, but was told 'only even exchanges'. I'd have to pay the regular price. Y’all are *** scammers

Took my refund & didnt even allow me use the full e-gift card on one refund & the 2nd one yall arent even giving me the option to use the e-gift card & I just had to pay in full again for the same damn item

My order haven't received my merchandise in 3 weeks

I feel like I have been lied to over and over you took my money and I have no merchandise this is a very very scam company if you not a scam company you would take care of me as a customer this is very ugly you can't even get a supervisor on the phone to talk to you I want my money back on the push this, I need a call back explaining why y'all won't refund people's money my money I gave my money no merchandise you won't even offer to send another shirt out or say hey oh let me send it overnight

Inquiring about returns paid with zip pay

My customer service representative was excellent. She was most helpful. She was polite. And she was just an absolute pleasure to talk to and do business with. I only regret that I forgot her name so that I would be able to mention her by name. As far as the company goes I've bought a plethora of hats and I'm always satisfied. There's a beautiful selection. And with the alternative of Zip pay I think I'm developing quite the addiction, hahaha. I'm always happy with the service. Always happy with the merchandise. Will continue to do business with this company for a really long time. Thank you. Go Yankees!!

I can't Access the website no matter what I do, please help me out. Although I couldn't access the website, they did fix it pretty quickly and my problem was addressed before I even had to go any further. So this company is actually doing good and I have nothing to complain about. I appreciate everything they've done, and my purchases have always been on point.

Delivery address is wrong

I entered my new address on the website but it did not change. I find the website to be a little difficult. When I tried to resolve it, it sent some questions that were not helpful.

Overall poor customer service. Never asked for any compensation of any kind just wanted to have you guys expedite shipping. Customer service rep said I wouldn't receive it for two days. I won't be purchasing any more items in the future from Fanatics. Never had any delivery issues until this time, but now I was told I had to wait when you guys could have easily expedited the shipping and would have been satisfied. Instead I was asked if I would like to cancel it! So I did.

Grill covers from Rico

Bought grill cover, was made out of poor quality material . Description is a buyer Beware scam. Saran Wrap @ my grill would be better at 5.00. Rico grill is a rip off , do not support them. I will tell everybody where I got scammed on my cover. Fanatics.Look me up on your system, give me my money back. Am reporting you to BBB and state AG. A grill cover no thicker than a blow up life saver toy.Disgusting, James Palinchik

Box and Product arrived damaged

The box and mini backpack arrived smashed, the bag was dented and squashed. I could not see how I was to fix the bag myself.
