Bad food poor service

I got to famous Daves an hour prior to closing I patiently waited in line 20 minutes before my order was taken. I got up to the register finally the lady said we are closing in 5 minutes this has to be take out. I was placing my order to go anyway so I had no problem with that. I ordered 3 meats bbq mash potatoes and macaroni. I ask the lady how long will it be she said 5/10 minutes I had to drop my children off across the street to work so that was perfect. I sent my teenage son in to ask if the order was ready for Brown they told him no order was there. I went inside knowing I placed and paid for my order. They finally located my order it wasnt what I ordered the manager said we closed so I had to take whatever they were trying to give me. I told him I will not I didnt order that so basically if Im not suppose to eat that he forced me. I had to ask him to charge me for two meats since I didnt get my 3meats.Roseville in Minnesota Daves manager needs to get more people skills and food safety classes.If your manager forced someone to eat something that can make them sick thats a problem for Daves I would like confiscation for my time and inconvenience!

Extremely poor service

I placed an order the 4th of July online at the Orland Park restaurant online and provided a pick up time. When I arrived I overheard other customers being told that it would be a 21/2 wait. I asked did this include orders placed on line and was told yes! The restaurant was FULL of people like me who was given a time to pick up the order. One manager told an unhappy frustrated customer you can either wait or get your money back. HIS TONE WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND ONE OF DISRESPECT! After waiting 40 minutes pass my promised time I asked for another manager who wasnt rude! I explained that no one has addressed the mounting mob of people and we were being treated poorly as we didnt cause the situation! He asked me my name and about 15 mins later sent my food out with the rude manager. I will never eat there again!

Can’t get ahold of anyone to resolve issue!!

Placed order online and it added the total of the order as a tip so was charged double. Cant get any mgr to even come out and discuss issue to help resolve it. Placed order for 57.44 was charged 114.88 as it added a tip for 57.44. No number to get ahold of anyone on app to help either.

Awful food, tough, tasteless just awful

Terrible food, tough tasteless just awfulI will never eat your food again. Waste of money, I DO NOT recommend spending money for garbage food!

Disappointed as a customer

Out with some of my family & friends celebrating a few birthdays with lunch and to only discover copped flies were inside my drink and my husband drink, and the store manager on duty was very rude when asked for assistant, at that but our birthday celebration was over, everyone was ready to leave just ruined. However, The store manager replaced our drinks, he said that was all he could do!

Horrible experience in the restaurant yesterday for a pick up order

Yesterday, Mothers Day I placed the order for pick up at 2:45. It wasnt ready until two hours later my daughter was waiting in the parking lot all that time it took so long we asked for a refund wasnt denied so we finally got our food and she brought it home. Oh my size were missing from my family feast. I spent almost $140 a Famous Daves and the service I received was ridiculous.

Unedible Mother's Day Dinner

I am disappointed and ashamed. I am on disability, and had my neighbor yake me to Alexandria, Va ftom Annapolis, MD for to-go meals. Once home, the food was charred, meat waa hard, overcooked. I tried calling the restaurant, but due to Mother's Day restaurant accepted no CALLS. Please Advise

Absolutely terrible in every way.

I signed up for their three dollars off on the first order. My phone got about 20 pieces of spam in the 10 hours since I did it. I get to the store and they tell me I cant use the three dollars off anyway. I ordered something off their menu and they told me it was on the menu but not available for purchase yet. Just every single thing about my experience trying to give this company. Business was terrible. Then I called the customer relations telephone number to inform them and of course no one answers and a recording. Send you to a mailbox that Im sure no one hears. Terrible business. Stay away from it.

Complaint

On April 20 2023 I placed an order feast for Two. I always dine or order online on the chandler location but this time I ordered on Mesa. I am very dissatisfied with the service and quality of food. First I had to wait like 15 min for my order to be ready even though it says its going to be ready at a certain time. Second, the ribs were dry, they served little portion for what I had paíd. They didnt even put bread for the pork, and usually they put those 2 corn bread as well. Not happy at all with my order

Served nasty tasting Burnt Ends that a fork wouldn't even penetrate & the ribs were dry.

Served inedible burnt ends. The ribs were dry. Both probably a couple days old. Worst bbq experience ever. Save your money look elsewhere if you want to enjoy your meals

Poor follow up

I received an order that contained over cooked baby back ribs. I called the store and spoke to the manager who put me on hold and spoke to the Delivery service(Urber). I was promised a refund but have not. I am unable to access my account though I deleted and reinstalled the App. Cyrowley@***.net. Receive message that account already exists. HELP

Bad food

Went to your location in Roseville #3063 where I go all the time and the food I received on 3/15/23 was cold and looking bad I send it back because was unhappy with it and a minute later it looks like I receive the same food back it was not fresh chicken it was greasy ribs was burnt mashed potatoes was old macaroni was old fries was cold, and it looks like they just had to put back on the platter catfish fingers was not right ask for manager she was unavailable I was very unhappy with the food I receive and the service

Displeased customer

Pissed off with the way we were treated an how the. Service was we were pretty much sat in the corner of the restaurant and forgotten about our food is colder. Waitress is even meaner. She forgot about us nonetheless, it wasnt very busy at all. She seem to be more concerned about the table that had a bunch of young males that she seem to be flirting with long story short me and my wife dont get out much and so when we do, we want to have a good time or at least in joy what were doing and that was not the case at your restaurant Im not saying everybody in the restaurant did a poor job. It was mainly our server Abby, but Ive reached out multiple times via email social media on your Facebook page or Bozeman and Im not getting any results. Its almost like Im getting ignored and very frustrated. Long story short. I really need to get this figured out because Im not gonna let that slide just like a normal person would so yeah lets figure this out please thank you. One displeased customer .
