Everyone is closed

I am e family history consultant in England and need information for 2 elderly sisters so they can access their family search account's for which they have lost their usernames and passwords, but it seems an impossible task. Kind Regards, Keith Clegg.

Went to pay my credit payment they added it on a reload account now they want fix there mess up and I spent 153. Dollars

Blaze credit card payment are accepted at family dollar it's not a reload or prepaid the lady put my money on vanilla reload and they aren't connected and now there saying it is nonrefundable, this is not correct if your employee messed up on a payment not a reload

Solve a problem with family research please

My dads deceased parents sealing card has been reserved under his name(Malua Afaese)And he does not know how to go into it, to unreserve it and print Because he does not know the username and the password to get into it. Can one of your staff members call me on this mobile number: 041642**** to discuss the matter please. So my dad can get sealed to his parents.

The Capitol Heights location off of Marlboro Pike your assistant manager and most of the employees disrespectful

Your assistant manager has no self control or type of training to deal with customers her way is yelling grabbing items from your hand and throwing you out the store having her girlfriend skip the line cause the physical confrontation that the other employees had to get involved and customers walking away this is a consistent issue I've been observing for the last two and a half years in this store your manager stays quiet he has no control he has nothing to say and he doesn't know what to do this is unacceptable and you guys allow this to continuously come over and over again because if you were interested in changing things this store wouldn't be in the horrible shape and condition that it is especially with your assistant manager very nasty and I am filing a police report and I am contacting my attorney because I am not going to allow this to happen to me ever again I shouldn't feel threatened and I should feel comfortable and safe no one called the police no security not anything and the lady waited outside chase me in the car unacceptable change how you deal with your

Lots of problems with so called shared research boards, worse decision ever, No one will collaborate with known family members to get it right, and usually the get it wrong,

My father is listed in family search as the product of a relationship between a father and mother, These people have no way of knowing the relationships within any family are not personally familiar with the family dynamics at the time by only going by the public records, They need to collaborate with decendants of the family still living except in my case he just would not accept my help and I contacted him about sharing information many times. Just disgusted at this time with the whole thing. Family search needs to rethink shared research boards. They don't seem to be working. Can't get into my account

I entered my last known user name and password but it says it's wrong. when I try to set up a new account it says I already have an account under username mariaoromar. yet when I use this and enter a "new" password, it says its still wrong. I haven't logged on in over 4 years - maybe 5. so did my account and all documents get erased? I might have also used email maroro@***.net but later changed it to mariaoromar@***.com my ph is 714 381. 7106. kindly advise. Can not sign in

I found the call to be very cordial. I stated my problem and he listed the steps to solve it. I however, need to be by the computer to enter data to recover my account, this I have not done yet, because I haven't a car, but soon.
