5000 mile service

While passing through my bike was needing 5000 mile service when the lady at service desk figured out I was traveling through she got my bike in for the service. At first she said it would be Tuesday before I could get it done but I explained I was traveling she got me right in. Thank you

Awful after you sign the deal

purchased a bike 2 days ago and went to pick it up today. all was great until sales manager said that I offended his finance manager when i purchased bike. i knew nothing of this when i was signing the papers. What i’m upset about is that nothing was said to me until I loaded bike in my trailer. My fiancé called Scott the manager several times along with his finance manager who is also his wife. Never have gotten a call back. I have purchased 7 harley’s and 3 from Falcon Fury. This will be the last from them and probably the last Harley.

Service Warranty

Purchased my Harley brand new with a warranty in 2016. Made sure I had the warranty. I was told recently that my rocker box was leaking and to bring it in because the warranty covers it. Not one time was a deductible mentioned by anyone at Harley Davidson Falcon Fury. Even up to the point when they scheduled to deliver my bike back to me they never mentioned anything being owed. I received an email today, stating they had been trying to contact me to deliver my bike (my number is still the same for over 11 years now) and for me to make a payment over the phone for the deductible. Mind you I had already spoken to two people there who knew I was leaving town and told me to just call them when I returned so they could deliver my bike. Still no mention of a deductible. Spoke to the service manager name Shane who was there when I dropped off my bike and he also never mentioned a deductible. Now he says, I owe a $50 deductible. I asked him why no one ever mentioned it before and he tells me most people read their warranty and know what is covered. WTF type of customer service is that. Then I asked to speak with the General Manager and gets passed around several times to only end up talking to the Setvice Manager Shane again. Who then tells me, he spoke to the General Manager and the General Manager agreed with him regarding the $50 deductible that was never mentioned to me. Please note, as long as Ive been on the bike set have ove ever experienced this type of customer service. I will never refer another motorcyclist to Falcon Fury nor will I ever purchase another motorcycle from them. They have gone down drain from 3 years ago.

Dishonest Falcon Fury

Please read and share. My daughter purchased a 2016 Harley Road Glide from Falcons Fury in Conyers Georgia on 10/31/15. At the time of purchase, she stated she wanted to upgrade her pipes for better sound. Not knowing, she depended on Falcons Fury for guidance. Falcons Fury recommended DDT pipes and because of changing the pipes the bike would need a tuner and they recommended the Super Tuner. Fast forward 10 months later to August 2016. Harley Davidson was fined 15 million dollars by the EPA because the Super Tuners were not street legal and not in accordance with emission regulations. The Super Tuners were to only be sold for racing bikes. However, for profit the dealers with Harley's knowledge was putting them on customer's bikes. Harley Davidson took care of their dealers by buying back all unsold Super Tuners. Harley destroyed all Super Tuners they bought back and that was in their inventory per their agreement with the EPA. However customers were not notified. Presently in April 2018 my daughter's 2016 Road Glide with approximately 1300 miles would not start. We called Falcons Fury and they picked up the bike. The dealer advised the ECM (computer) needed replacing which, warranty will honor. However, they will not/cannot program the Super Tuner (which is not broken) to work in conjunction with the new ECM they installed. Their recommendation is to purchase another Super Tuner from them and pay for the labor charging my daughter an estimated $900.00 and that tuner is also not street legal. Now peep the dealer and corporate hustle game. You go into a Harley dealership and everything you see in the dealership is Harley Davidson branded. For example when you think of Willie G you think of a Harley Davidson approved product and you are willing to pay more than going with another brand through online or other retail means because you want genuine Harley products. Well for those of you who don't know, those products you are installing on your bike are considered aftermarket by Harley and based upon the type of problem you experience can very well void your warranty. If you think this is inaccurate ask your local dealer.

Falcons Fury Harley Davidson Motorcycle Repair Review from Covington, Georgia

So we go in today at Falcons Fury HD in Conyers GA (8/4/2016) to get the front tire repaired due to nail that was covered under warranty. We arrived at 12:45pm thinking it would only take at max an hour maybe an hour and half but noooooo it took them from 12:45 to 3:32 to change a tire then when it was pulled out of the shop and we do the normal walk around check we get on it to head home and the front end was making a loud noise so we (still not left the parking lot) take it right back to the shop doors to let them know the new problem (besides the one that it took so long to change a tire) well they take it back only to find out that the brakes were not put back right or adjusted to the new tire. Now mind you we told them at 12:45 when we got there that our children would be getting home at 2:30 (as stated above we didnt think it would take that long as the receptionist didnt either as she said and I quote "we will have you right back" ) well as i said we didnt get out of the dealership shop 3:32 they didnt have a loner or anything to where i could get home in time for my children getting home from school. Needless to say yes ny husband was talked into trading his bike for a newer one and yes i was on board until this happened. Because this goes to show if anything goes wrong it will not be fixed in a timely manner

Falcons Fury Harley Davidson - 2015 Harley-Davidson Sportster 883 Low Review from Sparta, Georgia

In early June 2015. I purchased a new Harley Sportster 883 low. upon purchase I was told that I would go to the rideing course to be taught how to ride. So I set up the class for July 4th weekend. I waited my mouth , in excitement for the big day. The first day of class was learning from a book . And thu I learned something, it was not from the coaches. The second day of class was to begin at 6:45am . On July 4th . We get to class and it's a torrential downpour. Your coaches tell you this class will not be rescheduled .We will in fact be spending our frist day in pouring rain . The first day of class when we were reading from the learning book they provide to you. It says never ride in the rain if you can help it . But they want you to spend your first time ever in the rain But if you don't learn in the rain , you lose your money. So I decided to try . This is how it went . So you are required to ware a full face helmet. Note that it covers your ears , so it is a little harder to hear already. Then the sound of the rain on the helmet , and the sound of the bike and your so called coaches are standing 20 feet in front of you . So you hear nothing. But they still want you to to take the class. So if you are thinking of spending your money for this class DON''T. Not at Falcon Fury ..... Michelle Simpson

FALCONS FURY HARLEY DAVIDSON CONYERS GA

I buy my 2014 $27k Harley at the end of December 2014 from Falcon Fury Harley in Conyers Ga. All is well, Josh the salesman was great. (1st service experience)I take it in the for the 1000 mile service that I was told needed to be done or it could void the warranty. I asked if I could have a little love towards the $400 dollar 1000 mile service, because the Cycle World in Athens was cheaper. I got a quick "absolutely not" response. I said fine....... I then speak with Jamie and ask him about their list of services that you had posted. I was confused about the 1K, 5K, 10K, ect fee that was the same price as the 1K that I was paying $400 for. I asked what the difference was, because I read that the 5k, 10k, did not require all the fluids being replaced like the required 1k service. Jamie began to tell me that was not true and started to debate me on it. I told him I had the manual outside and he replied he had the true service manual. He left and came back with it to start reading me all the required things for the 5k and 10k service. I let him finish and then I said....... you just read off all things to "inspect" and only one fluid to change. he then said......."oh, you’re one of those guys"....That set me off and I basically said " do the 1k service, I’ll pay the $400, this is why I did not want to buy an HD because of *** attitudes and the reason I will not buy from this location or get service from here".......I calm down, ride my bike more and now have 2500 miles on bike...... (second service experience) I get a recall letter about the clutch. I make an appt for Sunday, mother’s day at 11am. Before I hang up with lady in service dept, I build it into my calendar and re verify time and date. I get to the service dept at about 10:50 am on monthersday and said I am here for my 11 o’clock appt. The lady asked if I was "tucker" and I said "no, Germany".... she quickly replied, "your appt was at 10".......... I said "no, it was at 11" and I left it at that. She and I later talked and I was cool with the service experience for the most part...... (Third service experience) tonight 5:38 pm..... I am riding my bike and all of the sudden it starts to idle somewhere between 1500-**** rpm, from the regular 1000 rpm..... And the ABS light keeps blinking. I get concerned because all I am thinking is I just had the recall work done because of the bike jumping into gear from neutral, and here my bike is revved up at about 2000 rpm...... I call HD, and speak with "Jamie" again. I explain to him I had the service done on the clutch, I had 2500 miles on the bike and now this is happening. Jamie said I could bring it in to get looked at. I said "great" I will be there in a few minutes. Jamie said no, we are "an appt only dept." and that he could get me in on the "25th". I said that's Memorial Day and he said “oh, then I can get you in on the 26th"....... I expressed by displeasure because I have dealt with him before with the same *** poor customer focus/ service...... He said he did not understand and he needed more info. I said I would call back and he said the longer I wait, the longer it will be before I can be seen........... Your dealership will fail because of the service dept, and the running of it by the likes of Jamie..... I expressed this to several other HD owners, new owners at that and they said they have encountered the same experiences with Jamie specifically and would not return.......We do not buy 20 and 30 thousand dollar bikes to have poor customer service.
