Fairy Tale Wedding Store - Garter Set Review from Chicago, Illinois
I purchased a garter and was really excited to get this. I had it sent to my work since I knew they required a signature and even recieved a tracking number. I saw that the package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and I contacted the Fairy store and they said the package would be redelivered on Monday. Monday comes and nothing. I called USPS and they said they were going to investigate to what happened since my company was closed on Saturday. During the conversation they said that they had a hard time locating the package and didnt know what happened to it. Today I find out that the tracking was updated to say that the business has been moved and there was no forwarding address. I found this strange since my work recieves packages. I contacted the Fairy twice to see if there is a chance thst the package would be sent back and no response. Funny thing they were being responsive before. What I found strange was that there was no phone number on the website (a number was with the transation). In one conversation I asked to call them to go through what I want for my bouquet since they said they can help me but they said it was only an online store. They did mention that they would send me an invoice. In the end, I'm getting my money back and I'm glad to find this site. Do not shop here!!

I place an order in June 2015 and never received the Items. I have check all over the web to find some info on this Company I found a phone number but had no luck getting someone to answer. Does anybody knows how to report this company? I spend 98.00Dlls and will like to do something about this whether get my money back or at least try to shut this page that as far as I read had defrauded many people and still active with no consecuences

Ordered a Beauty & The Beast wedding cake cutting set December 2014 - NEVER RECEIVED IT
My daughter is getting married August 2015 and knowing that she loves Beauty and the Beast I ordered her on December 14, 2014 a set as advertised on their web site. They took my money alright - I received a confirmation and waited patiently for the order. By January I sent an email and tried to call to no avail. Now it is July 2015 and my daughter has no cake cutting set. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. They are on the Knot.com as well and I wrote a complaint there too. They thrive on your Disney dreams. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE.

Fairytale Wedding Store does not supply goods but takes your money
I ordered a cake topper for my daughter's wedding. They took the money immediately from my credit card but when I have tried to contact them to ask when it will be shipped I have had no response. I have sent several emails as that is apparently the only way you are supposed to contact them but clearly you cannot as they will not respond. Obviously, they are in the business of simply ripping off customers. I have reported this as fraudulent business activity to my bank. I am from Australia so I am unable to take further action but this business should be closed down by the authorities in the relevant jurisdiction.

Took my money, but never received the merchandise!!!!
I placed the order online & six weeks later, did not receive my personalized wedding napkins. I emailed 5 times...no response!! Tried to call & the recording said "non-working number", found another phone number & called...it was a fax machine. Will be contacting my financial institution to report FRAUD!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is the worst company EVER! Should have known the price was too good to be true. It's hard to believe you can't even contact them in any way! What a RIP OFF!!! Very Disgusted!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM FAIRYTALEWEDDINGSTORE!!!!!You will be sorry!!! I am!!!

Billed but product not received
I ordered an engraved cake knife set. I put in that needed for shower end of April. I ordered March 20, ,2015. They took out the money March 23, 2015 (which I thought technically they could not do until product ships) I emailed April 4, 15, and 30 for status and gotten no response. I wish I would have looked at reviews in advance and noticed they don't even have a phone number to contact them! At this point I filed claim with my bank, hoping to at least get my money back since obviously, not getting the product ordered

WARRING!!!! This Company is a RIPE OFF
I order a cake topper back on March 3,2015 they took my money right away but I still haven't received my product. I emailed them several times to No reply. I sent one more email not pleasant. I did get a response stating they never received any of my other emails which is *** but they stated I would receive my product. As of today April 20-2015 I still have not received it and they have not responded to any more emails. I but a complaint into the BBB and I m out a cake topper and my money. NO A LIGET COMPANY will take your money and you will not get a product and they don't seem to care that is there scheme BE WARE

This company is a complete scam!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They do not return emails whenever you submit status request of your order, worst customer service ever!!!!! I placed an order many months ago for my wedding and I never ever received my order and here it is, long past my wedding and still nothing! Somebody please shut this website down!!!!!! Even the Better Business Bureau scored this *** company a big fat F! I can only account that this company is probably just a scam to take people's money. Take your business elsewhere. There are many more reputable online companies than this one.

Fairy Tale Wedding Store - Wrong Items Review from Marco Island, Florida
I ordered my three items on the 25th of May. On June 9th I emailed to check as my wedding was approaching, no response, I even tried calling, no response. I called my credit card company and aske to place the charge on hold and magically I got a response from the company. I received my package today and I just wanted to pass along how disappointed I am. First off, I ordered Mickey flower girl baskets and was sent Minnie flower girl baskets. Second, the picture online shows the bows on each side not attached to the Mickey face. Finally, when we received the wrong items there was a big cut in each of the bows. Unfortunately I am getting married in a week and don't have time to deal with trying to send it back and have it fixed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT DELIVERY EVER!!!
On 01/21/14 I contacted this company to be sure I could receive a garter set by the end of January for my daughter's wedding. That same afternoon I received a reply email: "Yes, we can do this for you. I would suggest a shipping method other than ground, as we are shipping from Oregon. Thank you, Kelly." On 01/22/14 I placed an order for an ivory bridal keepsake garter and ivory tossing garter set at a cost of $36.49. I selected the 2nd-day air shipping at an additional cost of $27.56, for a total order cost of $64.05. On 01/28/14 and 01/29/14, I contacted the company via email to check on the status of my shipment. No response to either email. On 2/3/14 I called requesting the tracking number for the shipment (my flight was leaving at 6 a.m. on 2/4/14) and had to leave a message. Again, absolutely no response!!!! When I returned from my daughter's wedding trip on 2/16/14, there was a notice of a package to be picked up at the post office. Sure enough it was the garter set. My first dismay was to realize it had been shipped on 2/10/14 via US Postal Service first class -- a cost of only $2.32 where I had paid $27.56 for express shipping. My second dismay was on opening the package for garters that were now totally useless to me was finding that one of the garters had ivory ribbon with a blue shimmery ruffle -- my daughter's colors had been coral and pink which was why I wanted the totally ivory set. The biggest dismay, though, is that I placed the order based on a promise it could be done within the tight time I had and I am now out $64.05 for something that was never used!!! Had they said they couldn't do it or, at the very least, responded to ANY of my attempts to contact them, at least it would have shown their good faith effort. This is the first time I ever been ripped off when ordering something on line. And, yes, my daughter didn't have a garter to toss at her wedding ..... very disappointed.

Cheaply made, looks faded and used!!
I ordered my garter from fairy tale wedding store the first week of September. We used pay pal to pay for the garter set which was supposed to be ivory to match my dress blue for something blue and have a Mickey Mouse charm. This was the only place I could find that had everything I wanted perfectly, I was so excited!! The payment was processed almost immediately and we received an email saying our payment had been processed and that it should take about 6 weeks to receive. I had a few vacations between then and now and really wasn't paying attention which is my fault but by the 2nd week of November we still hadn't received it nor had we received a phone call or email saying it was being processed or shipped. So we started calling and emailing which got us no where because they won't contact you back!! I called Pay Pal but they couldn't do anything because it was outside of their 45 days which I think is why they tell you 6 weeks. That in itself is bull ***!! We tried calling the bank to file a complaint with them but since the paid Pay Pal they couldn't do anything and the Better Business Bureau won't do anything since they can't get in touch with them either. So basically your hands are tied. I gave up and bought a garter set from David's bridal November 29th. I received all of my David's bridal stuff early oh and the Mickey Mouse garters came in the mail the same day. We didn't have to sign for them like their website stated. So were at 12 weeks which is double what they say. When we opened it up it's was poorly packaged which they state their products are very well packaged. The garter sure isn't ivory and my garter I keep the blue is completely faded out and it looks like it was put together by my 4 year old nephew. This company is the most useless company I have ever dealt with!!!

Cant get them to email or answer me back
I ordered a cake cutting set for my wedding over a month and a half ago i have received everything else but the cake cutter which was the only thing that i havent received is from this place they have completely ignored me so i finally sent an email stating that if they did not respond or give me my items that i am filling a dispute that this wrong especially since their items are not cheap........ PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A BIG SCAM AND YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY..................... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
