Took my money and never delivered product and quit responding

I ordered an upper and their stock for rifle money came out immediately from my account. After a week of it saying pending I emailed them and had a quick response saying they would start shipping next week. That week came and went so I emailed them back and again received a fast response saying it would ship tomorrow. I gave them 3 days after I received no emails with tracking and that's when they stopped responding. Sent several more emails asking when it would ship if they are experiencing delays that's fine just let me know something or if order can't be fulfilled I would like a refund. Crickets! So a week later I went to my bank and disputed charges giving them all emails of what was said and not said. A week later my bank had my money back in my account. This was a 1149.00 purchase so you can imagine after going on different sites and seeing where some people never received their money back or a product I was sweeting. I writing this so no one else has to go threw what I did, I wish I had done some research before purchasing. Lesson learned!

They never responded back to me after numerous calls emails I will never buy anything from them again

I have been waiting on my order for over 2 months no response on emails or phone calls to them very unprofessional business practices I will never do business with them ever again for a company that makes quality products there customer service Sucks big time a real shame

Bad quality product

Bought a new drum mag and the first time using it broke. Have tried reaching out for help and never received a response. Will never order again from them. Do yourself a favor, don't buy.

Purchase with Caution

Purchased a "very expensive" F5 Drum for my CZ Scorpion 3 from Texas Shooting Supply in May. I finally found the time (in July) to try out my new drum. I started to load it with Hornady 147 grain XTP subsonic...after about two rounds the spring just stopped working. I'd figured I'd take it to the range and try and use it anyway.. As I anticipated, it didn't work. I'm a pretty easy-going guy...I realized that it was past whatever guarantee/warranty that Texas Shooting Supply or F5 may have given me. So I initially contacted Texas Shooting Supply, they said I needed to contact the manufacturer. This is where it gets absolutely terrible. I tried calling...you can never reach a live person...you can not leave a message...all you can do is email customer service, which I've done four times. I'm not asking for a new one...all I would like is to send it back and have them repair it. I will pay for shipping to and from...also any parts that need to be replaced. I haven't heard anything from them. I'd highly recommend you purchase from F5 with extreme caution!

I have tried to reach out to this company and not a single word or letter in an email

Its been 1 months since my order and nothing Frm them Im starting to think this was a scam I want a refund so I can get it else were cuz this is *** and Im still waiting

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT

I had purchased 2 stocks. One was the wrong stock which I tried to cancel and could not. This was seconds after the purchase. 2 minutes after the purchase, I emailed them to try and cancel it. I then called them 5 minutes later and no one picked up the phone. I then waited a few hours and emailed them again. No response. I tried to call and email over and over, I got nowhere. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They charged me and shipped the stock. Shipping took for ever roughly 3 weeks from the date it was ordered. The stock I received that I originally wanted was horrible. It just wobbles, and now I wish to return them. I wrote a negative review on their website and the owner emailed me with send it back, we will take a look at it... Nothing more. How is this customer service? STAY FAR AWAY FROM BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Order has not arrived

The owner called and yelled at me on the phone.

I ordered a stock, paid $400 for it, and it fell grossly short of expectations for comparable products on the market. I inquired about a return/exchange and received no response on the website contact form... not even a confirmation that it went through (a basic feature that modern business websites have). Furthermore, no phone number was obviously listed on the website and they had no brick and mortar address listed. I found out later that the phone number is hidden in the return policy info if you read further down. With all of these factors combined, a few weeks went by and I began to think I had been scammed and sent a cheap product meant for airsoft. They never contacted me. I posted a Youtube review to warn potential buyers of these issues and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. A week later I got a call from the owner, Jeff Milton, who yelled at me for filing a complaint BBB and costing him a lot of money to fix it. He said he didn't respond because they were away at Shot Show. He then said to send the stock back for a refund. I sent the stock back and then he discovered the Youtube review I had already posted. He delayed my process and made it apparent that he would handle my return with animosity because of the negative review. He told me that he can't give me a full refund and that he would send me a check. I am still waiting on a check and they have gone dark on all communication. This company stole $400 from me.

Order placed 2 months ago, not shipped yet.

Ordered a magazine drum 2 months ago, not yet shipped, sent multiple emails to customer service, non-answered, had to dispute the charges with credit card before I lose my money. Very unprofessional business.Pictures below are from today 4/9/2023. That's 2 months without any answers or updates, or product purchase, NOTHING!

Journey so far (pending)

I can not get and email response, no shipping update, there is no phone number, for customer service, dealer sales, etc. I then go online, I try again, no response. No update, zero communication. Start looking a reviews, its not looking good. But I want to give them the fair chance. I hope since its made in U.S.A this will be a a fast shipping, superior product

*** people, no customer service and *** products

Don't buy from F5 they SUCK, WON'T ANSWER PHONE AND WILL NOT REPLY TO ANY EMAIL. *** F5!!! I have tried to cancel an order before they shipped but they just ignored me and sent the stock and then they say there is no return police. *** people, *** products and no customer service. Do not buy from F5!!!

No Product and No Response

I ordered a 50 round drum mag from F5 prior to seeing all of these bad reviews and issues (should have done my homework first). The order was placed and I got an email stating that my order was received and another email from the shipping insurance co (Route) stating that my order had been placed and F5 was working quickly to prepare my order. After 5 days, the F5 website still shows "processing my payment". The payment cleared my card on the first day so not sure what the issue is with that. I sent an email 3 days ago asking for a status update, if there was any issue with my order and when I should expect it to ship? I have received no response to my email. So far, my experience hasn't been any different than all of the bad reviews I have read. I am gonna just have the charge reversed by my credit card company and research another option.

Non working drums

I ordered a black 5.56 chevron drum for 250$ and a drum for my sig mpx for about the same price. For this price I assumed they must work and feed great I saw videos on YouTube about them and seemed legit. Ive never dealt with this guy before. So when I got them I tested them immediately and neither one worked. Would jam every round I tried several different rifles on the 556 drum so I called them and emailed. Didnt hear nothing for weeks so I found the owner on Instagram and started leaving bad messages about the products. He blocked me and then finally contacted me direct He not a very nice guy at all. Anyways he let me send them back saying they would fix them and re send to me. Well about 60 days later I got the mpx drum but no 556. Tested mpx out and did the same dam thing again. I made videos and pics I emailed them and texted them to this woman I was dealing with as well. They said they would fix again. I said no I just want my 450$ back. Ive been dealing with this *** for 6 months. Im done. I sent back to them and had proof on ups site that they signed for it and 4 months later no refund. I wish I looked this company up prior and looked at all these bad reviews Ive been researching companies ever since. There are a lot of *** companies out there which is sad The gun community needs to stick together and help each other out. Not screw each other out of their hard earned money be ware of these guys. Do not give you hard earned money to them. It wont let me upload my video on here. Only pics

Worst customer service I’ve seen.

I ordered a brace and it came with a 50rd mag. It took a few months to get here first off. When it finally did get here the brace was broken so I asked to get my money back and they sent me a shipping label. So I sent it back, couple weeks later Im asking where my money was. I eventually got another brace in the mail but no 50 rd magazine this time, I didnt ask for another though. I guess Im stuck with this junk brace and wont even get the 50rd magazine. Highly recommend not ordering from them.
