Worst company ever!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They refuse to unlink cameras if linked to a previous account even if you provide proof of purchase etc! Stay away from them if you loose access to your account you can trash your camera!

My camera has been off line for a week and I need it on!!!

I cant talk to someone live. My camera been off line for a week and I have two teenagers that come home by their selves and I need to keep an eye on my house. I also work late. The camera has been amazing till now. Please help

Worst Customer Service EVER !!!!

Not only will Customer Support not be able to assist, but they made my issue worse. I called due to a beeping sound...they had me do all sorts of troubleshooting and they made the issue worse by having me disconnect a cable that now does not recognize my HDD. They escalated to a second tier just to be told they can't help me. I have been calling to speak to a supervisor but they keep hanging up on me. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

This company is going down. What customer support??

WARNING!! It is impossible to reach this company with any concern, even to reset a password on a camera DVR. The customer service number does not work. 855-693-**** is a dead end. They have camera passwords so locked down and hard to change that it takes an act of the US Congress to get in touch with someone (in Canada) who can assist. It appears they are trying to exit the US market. They might as well...their stuff sucks! I would NEVER buy anything else from EZVIZ because simply...their *** doesn't work!

Unreliable camera

Sept up and working fine for a day, then stopped, camera offline , you have to reset . Camera installed on roof removed to be able to reset. Re installed reformatted SD card worked for a day without problem , in the morning offline bias to switch to cloud and asked to install SD All over again. Too bad because its a nice camera but too much BS . Im going to return it Their only interest is forcing you to switch to cloud. That total ***

Fail to play video (241209)

Hallo, I have problem watching video on my two EZVIZ cameras. They are on different locations and both of them have same massage on APP screen. Fail to play video.(241209) Can you please help me to solve this problem. Best Regards Vladimir

My cameras are off line

I can never get help with a problem they dont make communication with the company easy via the app on your device . You have to hunt for customer service and at this time I still havent got help getting my cameras online running again . Poor customer service from this company .

Months and billing issues not resolved

We are still paying subscription for a returned device This device was removed from our app for testing purpose so we can't do anything from our side. The new devices are on a family payment plan. We are still paying the old device subscription and no one cares to get it sorted after months of complaining.

This company is no GOOD

It didn't do anything for me, I have call all day and it seems that the phone is off the HOOK. I am so disappoined with this company it sucks
