I need to have a copy of my federal tax return emailed to me. I am unable to access my federal return because it it flagged

Flagged for fraud after a 2FA system was used to log in
These guys flagged my tax prep as a fraud causing me to file my taxes after the April 18th deadline. Despite me having the 2FA feature to log in I had to send them a copy of my drivers license. I am afraid these people will take all the info they need to make a false identity of all of my information. This is the last time I would use this Quack tax free file service. I haven't filed using this website in 3 years due to my wife's passing. Has always been spot on (in the past). Had login and password confirmation issues. The website put me on hold for a couple of hours. I couldn't contact a car. I'll never use this site again.

Not adequate notice of fee for state filing.
ezTaxReturn is bogus. They do not provide information up front about a $20 fee for filing state taxes. They hook you in by saying that federal filing is $0. The $20 fee for state filing is only in the fine print. Beware. Use another tax filing service. I am especially upset that state tax government websites sponsor this ezTaxReturn as a free option. It is NOT free. And by the way - I can't even find a receipt for the $20 they charged me for filing on my account page on their website. Totally bogus company.

So my tax refund was sent to an account that was CLOSED.. AND RETURNED TO PREPEARER WHICH I WAS TOLD WAS STBPG OR SOMETHING SO IM NEEDING TO SEE IF YOU HAVE IT THERE AND HOW I CAN GET IT TO ME ASAP...

Just poor service and theres never anyone answering the phone and thats just bad customer service. Im not sure why theyre not anyone to answer but Ive left so many messages.

Can’t access prior year tax preparation
I was led to easytax.com by the IRS free tax program. When I got there the website immediately begin to prepare taxes for 2021, there was no function available to change it to 2020.

It keeps Rejecting my filing. I think Its a PIN ID PROBKEM. I got one Fir my Husband but my name Is Listed first. My PIN is under my Previous married name. I have My SSN CHANGED BUT NOT MY DRUVERS LICENSE. This makes it impossible to verify my ID. HELP!

Charged 5 times for Tax Return Service
I tried to use my credit card to pay for the Federal and State filing and it didn't work. Then I tried my debit card and it worked. Today, I see i on my credit card I was charged 4 more times even though it said it did go through on my credit card. There is no way of getting a hold of someone for support. I wish I knew about the lack of customer support beforehand.
