Customer complaint

Hi, I have been doing business with EZ pawn for almost a year now. I've had no problems whatsoever until a new manager was hired, since then my business with EZ pawn has decreased 90%. I go to storage auctions and end up with tools, electronics and stuff I sell and barder. This manager is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to the point I hate going to the store. She has denied my business 3 times and has made me leave without my items I had in pawn. I work late majority of the time therefore don't get to the store till about 10 minutes till close alot of the time and get denied service. Tonight I got there at 7:52 and the doors were already locked and they wouldn't let me get my tools out of pawn. I've lost items because I was denied service on last day of grace and was humiliated and cussed to the point other customers were asking me "are you going to report her, I would". I don't ever complain on anyone because I don't want to jeopardize their job but this manager is overbearing. The stores vibe isn't there anymore and I can see that store has lost business since she's been there. I bet you do the numbers and you can see that. Jessica was AWESOME

Today Jessica assisted us with our purchases. She was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone at the Terrell location have been Angels. I highly recommend them. They are fair and you will get a good deal. Variety of nice quality items. The store is neat and always clean. I highly recommend them. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed. FRAUD

I got an call telling me there is judgement stating I got a loan. After the smart woman kept asking very red flag questions. Asking me where I work, how many hours, how much I get paid. She told me an old address it was given we saw your information and now what else can I get from you. After that I block the number they called directly back with a different number. Anyone else going through this. I already had to put fraudulent on my credit report due to someone else try to open up a credit card from a make up store. If I don't see anything on my credit report what is a judgment?

They sold my ring I think it's an employee

I've been a customer for years, and when I go make payments I'm always buying something else now to be fair I was late, HOWEVER I can't get any straight answers as to what date was due when it was sold it was worth $5000.00 and I hD gotten like 300 loam I've had it in and paying like I said YEARS so according to the mngr I went in paid on the 1st they sold on the 12th doesn't make sense I DONT TRUST THEM

Can't find my receipt but all my info is in the computer and serial number to the shampooer I bought at ez pawn which is now broke and still under warranty

Claim

My wife money got stolen by the Ez pawn facility in Alice , TX in a layaway plan and I need to resolve this issue ASAP , people on the store, basically smile on her face and told her that she can do whatever she want but she is not going to get the money back

Very hard place to deal with and are rude

They called with a so called courtesy call to tell me my payment was due on the third and then proceeded to tell me that the balance accumulates a certain amount everyday this was never disclosed so my balance has increased which I was not happy about so I told her when the balance was paid I will never do business with them ever again

Return policy

Went bought a porter cable finish nailer went back to my job get all hooked up and it doesn't work same day in fact in a 2 hr period of purchase take it back for refund when I bought it sales lady black African American and another sold it to me at return another lady there also I explain they run the numbers on gun the new girl says it wasn't bought from there and the 2 black ladies in front of my face says she didn't sell me the tool I mean it was unreal that she had the nerve to lie cause she messed up on paper work meaning the numbers on gun it goes to show customer don't have a chance with these crooks crooked companies and there uneducated workers never again will I go back to a E Z pawn shop in Texas Dallas for sure.

nothing got resolved stuck with a broken tool and the cost of it but what you expect way we get treated by these companies ripped off and lied to big issue false advertisement but soon enough it's coming back on them

Bought a tool and less than 2 hrs took it back it didn't work so the sales person lies and says that the tool wasn't sold from there unbelievable lies even it being in the system I never in my life seen so much *** and everyone it was on Ross Ave Dallas, Texas if shopping or selling or pawning go to America pawn

Missing Pawned Items

I pawned a set of 4 custom Velocity brand car rims that were equipped with brand new low-profile tires. I have been diligently paying the $46.00 interest payment every month for the entire time they have been in pawn, as not to lose them. Approximately 2 weeks ago, I attempted to go online and pay the interest once again as this has been my normal mode of providing payment and i discovered that the information for this particular pawn loan was no longer listed on my account. I knew there had to be some mistake, so I immediately contacted the pawnshop by phone. During this phone call, I was informed by the employee that I was speaking to, that the reason my loan information was no longer listed was because they in fact had no clue where my rims were at and that they believe someone must have jumped the fence surrounding the pawnshop and stole my rims, which were being stored outside. She then stated she would have her district manager contact me in regards to this situation. Needless to say I have heard from no one and no one is ever available when I call or go in to the business. I feel like I am being intentionally ignored and disregarded, in the hope that I will let the matter go. This is not going to happen. At the time of me pawning my rims I had only owned them for maybe 6 months and I had paid $1800.00 for them at the time of purchase. This situation involves EZ Pawn #40304-located at 3388 S Federal Blvd., Sheridan, Colorado, 80110 ****I did hear back from a representative, but he was absolutely no help. He was rude and condescending. He acted as if I inflated the value or worth of my rims. He tried telling me that my rims were not stolen as I was originally told by a store employee mind you but instead that they had "dropped" into store inventory the very same day I called in inquiring about them. So he wants me to believe that they were sold immediately after saying they were ",dropped". Sounds a little too convenient and tidy for me. Also, why he had no explanation to explain why they "dropped" as he called it, because the interest payment was not yet late or overdue on this date, they are saying they "dropped" on the morning of Dec. 6th when they were not due until that very same day. He verified that my original loan was taken out on Dec 6 of last year and that every single month since then I had made the interest payment between the 4th and the 6th of the month, and yet suddenly this month that very same date was considered too late.

Poor service

I recently pawned my ring I too k it out and went back the same day to pawn it the worker said we would not give u 50 cents for this here ring I told her how she was wrong and didn't lete pawn it at e pawn in levelland tx they are the rudesst people I've ever had to deal with I have 7 children single mother I take my belongings to them and I tell them how much I'm looking to get and I tell them I need to buy groceries and milk diapers she responded GET ON WELFARE THEN NEXT AND LEAVES ME THERE NOW PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS THE WORKERS AT EZ PAWN ARE RUDE DONT SPEAK PROPERLY THEY DO OUTAGE ALOT OF CUSTOMERS AND TURNING AWY CUSTOMERS WITH THERE RUDENESS AND PAWN SHOP IS FOR THINGS BEEN USED THEY WANT NEW STUFF THERE CRAZY

The Manager shon is a rude and disrespectful

That manager shon at the calumet city location is rude by the way he conduct business with his costumers and very disrespectful by the way he talks.he threats customers on extentions about paying then will tell you he's gonna put your merchandise on the floor. I've been a loyal customer and thing someone need to relocate him because he's very arrogant and disrespectful

I've been a loyal customer there for years,and since this year he been there he's been very rude to me and my wife,very arrogant towards the way he talk with attitude and very disrespectful towards us,he simply tells us if we don't come pay our extentions our *** will be on the floor,now we've been loyal with paying extentions for eight months straight or if we pawn anything we'll come get it straight back out.since he's as rude as he is it makes us take our business else where,cause we just got $2,000 worth of merchandise out at one time that ez pawn was making interest off of due the the rudeness of his mouth and disrespect. we'll never deal with Ez pawn ever,and will be calling to make a report against that manager and to the better business bureau

Todays interaction

When I called him to check on my tickets about three months or three weeks ago I was in Hobbs New Mexico and representative said the tickets were due that day at that time I offered to pay over the phone she said that was not allowed she said that she could put an extension and put a reservation on it and then that it was no big deal they do it all the time they have a lot of stuff in the back today when I came to speak with them about my items I was informed that they were gone for sure things that I pawn very cheap him because I wanted to be able to get them back and then the staff went on to the not friendly they started putting on a little bit of a show because it was other customers they the manager started saying him I was wanting a free TV when I was wondering if I could trade a 55 inch TV for a 20 something else TV and she kept calling free TV they were not responsive not problem solvers they continually said that they did not do not allow reservations but they do they have and they said that Prófugos part they had a lot of stuff on reservation Im being manipulated miss lead I have lost a large amount property that the Taya Im not OK with and I wanna went into speak with them about it they were just flat out difficult I was very kind Im alive thats very young just dont want to talk and then they were not going to talk about their mistake they acted as if reservations did not exist when they do they do and they cannot produce the reservation that they all know that they said was on my account but they cannot produce the paperwork to show that there was ever a reservation on my accounts for any of my items in the story goes on your Sonia call me at 580-548-**** hmmm those are some rude women over there and the way they acted was inappropriate and treating me like crap after they screwed up I mean they gave me $75 for a $2000 welder I didnt ask I told him I didnt want anything I just needed it stored and I came back after they made the mistake they said they reserved it but then they still sold it I came back in I was kind I was open to just him talking and they would not speak to me they were rude in front of multiple people and the more people that came in the store the more they continued I mean the staff was talking to customers as I was talking to the manager about what I was talking about and she was laughing they were laughing smirking and just honestly rudest staff ever award NM first time Ive ever sold anything an easy pawn or a pawn shop ever Ive never find anything in my life and I did this time in a very regretfully we have a problem of a huge problem here your team reserved My Insurmace on Derrik set a reserve price of the reservation and put it on hold like they do a lot of peoples is what I said and now today they are saying they never said that they saying that its not allowed policy but I have a feeling if you look in their books youll find reservations the route

Rude employee please call I don't check email

pretty sad that i was right there in eagle pass on the one on highway indio when wanting to see a ring - a mexican guy in a black shirt with long hair was too busy transactionin with some guy - took the watch out of a box that was priced 239 did not lead him to the register to pay just gave him the watch the man gave him $$$ in returned gave him a 20 bill and no receipt and the man walked out - Damn and i am still standing there waiting !!!
