Customer service very professional
The night I ordered Grey said I got everything correct in the computer as I asked him to stay on the line with me as I placed my order. 1st time buyer & I am not tech savvy. He was very helpful. When I called tonight to check on status of my order come to find out they hadn't even started on it as they told me numbers were missing on my prescription order. Very frustrated that Grey said it was done correctly!!!

Never asked at checkout for Savings Code. I was charged full price ! during a BOGO +20% off lenses!
Eyebuydirect seems to operate with the concept of Bait and Switch in there email advertising. This is the second time Ive attempted to use a Savings Code that was Buy One and Get One Free. The first time, I thought I did something wrong at checkout, so I just let the order go through and only ordered 1 pair of glasses. This time I attempted to order 2 pair, but was going to be very careful at checkout to enter my code. I wasnt offered any final page stating the total and a place to enter any code! Eyebuydirect ran the full price through my card!

Confused about order
Well when I ordered it was suppose to be buy one get one free now that I placed order I see nothing about second pair I talked to costumer service but now more confused than ever this will be third time Ive purchased glasses from you. This time has been bad I tried getting prescription sunglasses but they cut me off so couldnt get them

They stole my money
I have tried for 2 years to resolve this issue. I ordered a pair of glasses that didnt fit my face. I returned them. It took several weeks before my glasses arrived, due to the pandemic, so it took several weeks for them to be returned. They refused to give me my money back and told me I would receive a credit and I had to show proof of a new prescription before I could purchase new glasses, even though the problem was with the frame, not prescription lenses. My credit never showed up. I get a different answer every time I talk to someone and right now theyre telling me I do have a credit but to use it I can only buy one item at a time, paying separate shipping for all orders, until I use up my credit. Never in my life has a business tried to tell me I could only buy one item at a time. Its weird. Theyre unhelpful and malicious in their responses.

I have been doing business with this company for almost 4 years and they have always worked with me through any hurdles I might have encountered. I live in rural area and have been sick and they have worked around my crazy sick schedule. I order 4 pair at a time and am set for a few months. I love them.

Eyeglasses are not the right number cant see
The glasses I ordered were not the right one number , I asked for a refund or replacement. But refund is fine. My first order was ok but this one I'm disappointed. My order if is CA7954****

I got an email saying I would receive my order in 3-5 business days a week ago and havent received it yet.

I was told my glasses would be here on the 19th. Then i was told it takes 7-14 business days and they would be here on the 21st. Itis now 5.50 pm no glasses. I called eyebuydirect was on the for 15 minutes and they hung up on me. My order number is 6854****. Wow i got 10& off big deal. I am tired of the run around. I will be sending the glasses back if i ever get them.

Could not find my order and payment they d not no what they are doing to make a payment I had to go though all kinds of things wanted to pay as guest I ordered before no problem dont think I would order again going through all that

Disappointment with commitment to customer satisfaction
I have bought several pairs of clear eyeglasses and tinted sunglasses over the years. This latest round was disappointing. The 1st had surprisingly cheap frames. The 2nd seems to have incorrectly positioned lenses. The 3rd pair, sunglasses, had dark, "burned" patches in the lens tinting, as did the replacement pair that arrived three weeks later. Customer service is making me pay for the return of this defective pair.

Poor OUTSOURCED customer service!!
I have only been reaching customer service in CHINA. They have not been helpful at all .....have not answered my questions . I am a repeat customer and am trying to order . Your website has errors.....for example it only allows me to order the thinnest thickness ($84.95) on a pair I wish to order. I ordered the same ones recently and did not have this problem. Received wrong prescription
Cant see with new glasses, so I had a pair done locally with same script and they worked perfectly. Went to site and started return. Got an email stating only 2 week return policy and nothing they can do.

ordered single lens computer glasses on 2/5 email sent on the 11th, "almost ready" email sent on the 18th, "shipping delay, overwhelmed with sales" it's now the 22nd and nothing, so much for always shipping within 2 weeks still don't know if they will be correctly made
