All is well there was a setback on their end with supplies but we spoke today and items shipped today my apologies to the company I only was paranoid of some type of fraud which it was not the case take care. A++

I ordered my product too weeks ago to 3 weeks ago no response no emails I've called 67 times and email these people are totally unprofessional read the reviews overall different sites on the internet they are not professional and I believe they are scammers.

Bad Company
They take your money and then send your items 4 months later when you don't need them anymore. And when you try to get a refund they will not give it to you even when you ship the items back. They rip off people all the time.

Nothing had changed. They never tried to resolve our complaint nor even refunded our money. Me having to go through our credit union to dispute the transaction was the only way we received our money back.

We placed 2 separate paid orders in March 2021 and received our 1st order in a month and never received our 2nd order nor a refund. I sent 30 plus emails and only 3 to 4 responses just saying the lights were on back order, we could get amber lights instead which my husband didn't want, or a refund. We could not reach anyone by phone, you only could leave a message with no return call and fax or email did provide any resolution. We finally had to file a fraud claim on our debit card to get our money back which we just got back after a long investigation. Throughout the investigation, I kept emailing them to try and get our lights or a refund and still had no luck. It was the absolute worst service ever.

I order lights from them it was advertised with free grill lights so choose that package they shipped the ones i paid for bit not the grill lights theywant answer any phone calls when i email them they say they are out of the free grill lights and they will ship once they get them its been several months now still no lights if you dont have the product dont advertise it i want order from them again very dissatisfied

Never got my order
Do not order anything from this company I ordered some lights never got them but they charged my credit card right away everything u call a recording saying they are updating their website now how long does that take it been about 2months still no answer and no lights it's a scam just beware

Did not deliver as promised
Order made in July, finally shipped in September, no reason given for delay. Only 1 of three items delivered, and the interior light bar was missing pieces. Customer service contacted, they replied receipt of email but nothing further. Another email sent to customer service several weeks later, again acknowledgment that they would respond further, again nothing. Two phone calls made without return. Also, no response from letter asking for refund since they did not deliver order, no response. So, this company was slow, what was shipped was incomplete and does not respond to customer concerns. I cannot recommend.

Terrible Service
I had ordered a siren and lights for my truck on April 22nd. Still no package yet. I had then ordered from LED Equipped and had my package in two days. Trying to get in touch with this company is slim to none. And everything has to be done over email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Total scam
Paid 346$ Never received anything. No refund No product They never answer phone after a dozen calls Respond with automated emails I have filled a report against them with the Federal Trade commission. Suggest u do the same.

I ordered lights on January 11. Lights never arrived. I have been trying to reach them for months with nothing but automated replies. I never asked for a refund. I need my lights. They said they gave me a refund. I've yet to see money. No one will return calls. Do not order from ETD ever

Unable to use product
received siren and NO WIRING DIAGRAM. Have been unable to get assistance or a diagram for wiring the product.

Did not receive lights i ordered and they won't give refund.
I ordered lights 39 days ago and have sent 4 e-mails, and get a different excuse on why my order has not been sent. The last e-mail says I can no longer get a refund but get in-store credit only. So kiss my $200 away. Without a question I will never even think about ordering form them again. I am writing this review, so others don't fall victim to the same fate. They don't waste time charging my credit card, but make it so difficult to get a refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM...

VERY dissatisfied
This company is VERY unique and should be avoided and reported. They show items on their website that claim are available but are NOT available after one orders an item. They then reply via email this product is currently out of stock and YET its still showing available on their BS website. COMPLETE SCAM. I have NEVER had to write a review like this. Then if you contact them for a refund they come up with more hoops to jump thru. I had to contact my bank to get my money back. Just stay away.. And unfortunately you may be reading this after you purchased a fake item and are looking for reasoning as to why you were scammed too. This a garage ran company that "might" mail out a few products but fail\scam most of its customers.
