Len Babbit is a Con Man - RipOff
I signed up with Len Babbit's ECR Extreme Credit Restoration and he even said that he will Fastrak the application process so that I can sell the product too and make money at the same time. I've been patient with this person, he will NOT answer my phone calls and alwas have a lame excuse via Text Message. I keep ALL his text messages and email responses, so I can protect myself for times like this. That was Nov 2009, and Now it's Nov 2010 and I've asked Len about the $10,000 Guarantee and all he said was the company that he is doing Business with is NOT aswering his calls. I gave him enough time to make it right and now I'm moving forward to get this person off the streets and file a Class Action Lawsuit Against him. Len Babbitt's Credit Repair is a total RIPOFF!!
DO NOT do business of any kind with LEN BABBITT!!! I was referred to him by a real estate agent/friend. Because of that I trusted that the service he offered was legit, unfortunately I did not research the guy. If I had I would not have had to learn the hard way that everything written about him online is 100% true. I do not know how this man can sleep with himself at night, and If he has children I fear for what they will turn out like!! He is a crook and a liar, and a very good one at that. Not only did I use him to repair my credit, I also referred my best friend. We paid him over $1400 to repair our credit. He claimed that he had worked for experian and knew the loopholes of the credit industry. I was given a $10,000 GUARANTEE that within one year my credit would be 100% restored and that he could even remove foreclosures, and if he was unsuccessful he would pay me $10,000. I never received a single piece of information from him. I was told within 10 days I would get a credit report in the mail and then we would proceed with updates after that point. Not only did I not receive anything, when I was able to get a hold of him I got the complete run around and a whole lot of BS. He is extremely good at convincing you he is on top of it. I called him multiple times as well as my girlfriend. We emailed him over and over, and all we got were excuses and lies. The last time we were in contact with him he said he apologized for not sending over the paperwork, he had a death in the family, and before that it was an exuse about changing software in the office which was slowing the process down. In today's economy we are suffering enough due to the recession, how it is that this man can continue to lie, steal and cheat is beyond me. He belongs in jail! In every situation he is taking advantage of people that are already in a rough place in their lives and then he goes in and makes it that much worse. If you ever run across this man in your personal or professional life turn around and run the other way! I wish that there was more that I can do, but hopefully this will prevent anyone else from getting their hopes up only to find out that they have been lied to and ripped off!!!

ECR , Debt Solutions Group, James Nave, Lang Smith
I was contacted by Debt Solutions Group, which is James Nave's company. His employee, Angel Medina, promised that my wife and I would improve our credit score and remove negative entries on our reports. After we paid the money we did not get any response from Angel. He then told us that he had left the company and that he had placed our file on James Nave's desk so that he could handle it personally. James would not return my phone calls and then sent me an email stating that he was the facilitator and that ECR and Lang Smith were responsible for the service. I contacted Lang and he said that James was responsible since he was never paid for the service. Lang offered to perform the service at cost but that James should refund the money. Now they say that Len Babbitt is to blame. I think that they are all crooks. I am filing a complaint with the FTC.

Beware Extreme Credit Restoration / Len Babbit
Beware ECR otherwise known as Extreme Credit Restoration. The old saying is if its too good to be true it probably is. Signed up with ECR as an affiliate after hearing about thier credit restoration program and its been nothing but headaches from the get go. Promises not kept, poor slow and non communication from Len Babbit who is supposedly the national sales manager. Len loves to make promises he cant keep. All of this should have been a red flag from the get go but *** me. I have spent a total of 2 months promoting this company to generate sales and sign other affilates only to not get paid for services. I signed 2 affiliates whom I lost due to not being able to pay them since Len and ECR would not pay me for the clients we signed to thier service. Calling or emailing was futile since he either wouldnt repond or when he did days later he would give you vague answers or just try to point the blame elsewhere. Kept telling us we needed a signed contract which was delivered personally to his office and he somehow cant find. Then we needed to invoice him which was never ever mentioned that we needed to do...we complied and are still waiting. Been nearly a month and a half now and Len has stopped responding to emails which has left me with no choice but to get the word out about Len Babbit and his company. I will be filing suit on this joker this week. I dont really care if i win or lose the case but the principal is what matters.
