I never received my birth certificates and I would like a refund on my Master Card
I ordered, I payed, and didnt receive anything! I had to go to my W Palm Beach Health and Services department to pay and pick up my three Birth Certificates. Im very disappointed in this company and will not use it again!!! Teresa K ROBERTS 06/30/23

Need refund!! back in Nov, 3rd, 2023 I went online, ordered and paid for copy of my birth cficate. $57 & some change with credit card. I tried numerous ways and called different numbers to find out why i hadn't received my B.C. Needless to say i couldnt get a straight answer. Here it is, May 14th, 2023, I've heard nothing.. Recommendation to y'all. Dont order online. Drive that extra few miles to an office where it is legit..

I ordered a birth certificate for my son on 11/04/2022, I have not received it yet. Today is 12/20/2022, still have not received it need to find out when it will me sent to me. Ordered my birth certificate got no confirmation or certificate but they got $49 from my account. You can not talk to a live person and without a confirmation you get no answers. Its been 7 wks since I ordered my birth certificate.

I ordered a birth certificate and it took 2 months to arrive, tried ringing and no reply, emailed twice and they didnt respond. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I never received my birth certificate
I'm not sure why you ask me a question pursuant to a "no reply" email. To recap, I paid for my birth certificate on June 03rd since when I have not received it. It is therefore almost 9 (nine ) weeks and despite several emails to Express Vitals, nothing has been forthcoming.This firm does not correspond with me and thereby does not provide me with any information as to why I'm still waiting. I've paid for it yet they haven't delivered and are therefore in breach of contract. I've made time of the essence which has made no difference so the only option left for me is to sue Express Vitals for the recovery of my money plus interest and costs. They don't even answer the telephone. I am appalled and upset.Under no circumstances use Express Vitals, ever.

I've paid for birth certificate and apparently you have no record of it. It has cleared my bank.
This company is a joke took my money that has cleared my bank. Ripoff!!!! Do not do business with them! I'm going to report it
