I have a 2008 mazda 3. And my car was in good shape until i went to express lube. It hasnt run right since. I had to have 2 clutches because the first clutch was no good 2 days later they had to put another one on. Then i had to have a sensor then got another oil change and the employs he had that change the oil didnt tighten the screw on the filter 2 weeks after that all the oil come out of my car wouldnt start. Had my car towed back there the same mornin and the mechanic let the manager no it is there fought. The screw was not tightend. Im tired my car was running like a new car before they got hold to it. Its not fair. I need my car right i have copd on oxygen have my two gran kids. Im tired i have doctor appointments. My sister gave me that car it only had 47 thousand miles. Now its the motor mount and im not buying it they gave me a 1 year warranty . Now im very mad. Im not buyin nothing Get my *** right. Im tired. Please help me. Thanks

Warn all others
Run far as you can. Tires with 65k mile warranty bought less than a year ago need replaced. They cant find me on there system. I showed on my bank account where I paid them over $1000. Car has 50k miles on it so its not a suspension issue. They wont do ANYTHING. Not even offer a discount on another set. Just saying sorry cant prove you bought them here and even if you can you will have to produce paperwork showing you had them rotated every 6k

Been doing business with Express for years. Need to go out town and was told to come back in 30 minutes. Everyone was on lunch. Time is money.

They way over charged for a very simple service.
Was traveling through town and made the mistake of telling them i was in a tight spot. Instead of taking good care of the situation they completely price gouged me for a simply thermostat change.

A representative of the company told me that for $ 2,000.00 dollars they would repair the engine. I would have never purchased the truck with the engine light on.
I believe that the employee that O was dealing with was in on the scam. And reset the light so the former...

I was considering buying a used truck. The previous owner took the truck to this business for a diagnostic test because a check engine light was on. She was told that there was a vacuum leak. They never found the leak, but turned off the light, so it appeared to be repaired. I bought the truck and 24 hours later the light came back on. I took it back to the shop and was told that it might be caused by a bad spark plug. I left the truck overnight and when I picked it up was told that the engine needed work. I took it to Pep boys, and they found a cracked hose that was causing the vacuum leak. I would have never bought the truck with the engine light on. It should not have been turned off unless the problem had been repaired. The employee called me a derogatory name because I was upset that I had spent $9,500.00 for a vehicle that needed work. I told the employee that I would leave negative feedback, he just stated that he didn't care.

Lack of customer service
The managers are not doing their job. I came in for an oil change and two tires. The oil change went from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. The tires are another story. They said they had the tires. Then after an hour Im being told the tires are on the way. Two hours go by. Im told they are still on the way. I said ok Ill just come back some other time. Then Im informed that my old tires had already been removed from the rims. I peep into the window of the shop area to see my car sitting there will all of the original tires on it. After 2 and half hrs go by. I get informed they send the wrong tire. Im baffled at this point and just begged for them to release my car. The manager just says sorry were busy. So basically 3 hrs for an oil change. Thanks express. Three hours of my life Ill never get back.

I had an oil change a couple weeks ago in Gadsden, AL. They give a check list at the end of the service. But, as I reviewed it, they checked things that they did not actually check, for example, windshield wiper blades. Also, I thought it was full service oil change, i.e., they check most or all liquid levels. Well, I have little to no antifreeze and my car is overheating.

TOOK MY KIA SORENTO FOR AN OIL CHANGE JANUARY 2021, YESTERDAY I NOTICED THE SKID PANEL WAS HANGING AT FWD LEFT CORNER, DELAMED FROM IMPACT. AS I GOT DOWN TO INVESTIGATE I NOTICED ONE LEFT SIDE BOLT ALMOST COMPLETELY OUT 4 MISSING AND THE LEADING EDGE NOT IN ITS CHANNEL. Messed up my vehicle
Had my oil changed yesterday and immediately after I arrived home oil light came on indicating I need oil. I went back to express oil and advised of problem. They checked and said it was a oil senior and would cost $190. I paid them $105

Worst service I ever had
My tire had a flat and I was in Tega Cay S C and I pulled in this store at 12:50 pm. I spoke with Demaz and he said that they could get tires for me. I gave him the size,he told me the price and he ordered 2 tires from the warehouse and they advised Demaz that it would be about 15 minutes for the tire to be delivered. I walked around and an hour came and went. Demaz called again and they said it would be an hour before the tires would be there. Demaz,was more than helpful and kind,but this situation was getting out of hand. I was told to speak with Noah(manager) and all he could do was apologize and tell me that these situations with getting tires is dependant on another source. He was of no help. Now 2 tires have arrived and it was the wrong size. During this time that I was delayed,I was loosing money as I work for myself. After 3.4 hours. the vehicle had the new tires installed and I paid the reduced price and was also given a free oil change. What would you do in this situation. My invoice was 06100-5****

Check engine light
Take car to Express Oil Change for oil change and it all runs out 2 days later, return to Express to be told there is a crack in the block. Sell car and buy another. Bring different car to Express for oil change, then tire rotation, and then to have spark plugs replacement. Originally solid check engine light for egr valve. After spark plug replacement, check engine light starts flashing for multiple misfires and egr valve. What! A new code! For the next 5 days, I have brought the car back because they say it should be fine now and within 10 hours the check engine light is flashing again. We finally caved and had the egr valve changed. The light should stop now, but it didn't. Today we finally lost it and my husband did say he was going whip a guy, anyway, they called the cops on us and made us leave.

Car damage after oil change
Went to get a oil a oil change and car has been shaking ever since. I took the car back to them and they telling me what it could be but my car was not shaking til after I got the oil change and I am 8months pregnant and would hate to be on the side of the road

Avoid tire rotation. They void doing the cross roatation per manual and just switch the left sides front to back and the same with the right sides.
Busted doing incorrect tire rotations and still did not refund.
