Will not charge left charging in sun
The other morning I left the EW 36 charging by the front door and now the battery is dead. I tried another charger but that was no help, so I need to use service to fix it.. I've used service before for older scooters that I've had because they broke brake cables but this one is holding up. I have 1500 miles on it! Can’t find anyone to repair my E scooter
Took my scooter for its 5th drive, drove off the hwy onto freshly cut grass. When I went to drive it back on the payment it wouldnt go forward or backward. Called every repair shop I could find but they all said they dont work on Ewheel scooters because they cant get parts.

Can’t find a e wheel repair shop in the lake worth area that repairs E-Wheels.
I was driving my EW 14 scooter and I decided to check one of my fishing spots. So I drove it off the payment onto freshly mowed grass. When I was driving my scooter back to the pavement it stopped going forward or backward. The motor runs fine, it just wont move forward or reverse. Every repair shop said the reason they wont repair the E wheels scooters is because they cant get parts for the scooter.

No one answered the phone, it was after 6:00 oclock so they might have been closed to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will call again in the morning. But appreciate any phone numbers in the Lake Worth area that work and repair on E-Wheels.

Bad Technical support/ terrible customer service.
After calling them multiple times and leaving messages, they NEVER called me back. They hav THE worst customer service I have ever seen, and Im 60 years old!

Don't buy a bike from Ewheels
I bought a bike in 2020. It took 5 months to arrive. After I had it a few months the battery blew (I accidently touched the key to the charging port). I wanted to PURCHASE a new battery. They didn't have any. I had to get from a third party. Then the front brake mechanism failed at the handlebar. I crashed. I was injured but not badly I recovered but the bike didn't. The frame is bent. I emailed Ewheels about the failure and wanted to file a warranty claim on the frame. They said I couldn't because it was damaged (due to failure). I then asked if I could buy a new frame. They said no, it is a warranty only item. They were unable to provide me with a battery when I needed it and will not sell me a new frame or honor the warranty. My $1600 bike is toast. Local bike shops don't have parts and won't work on it. I would only purchase from a widely used dealer that local bike shops can work on. They shouldn't sell bikes they can't provide parts for.

It's gone nowhere. Last time I had this problem I contacted the BBB, only to find there was 3000 unresolved complaints

No customer service, don't honor phone calls or warranties. I have never in my life seen such a bad company to deal with. Same product as cozy trike with the same ambitions. I have bought 6 e-wheel 29s and all 6 went into the scrap heap because I couldn't even find a battery for them. Look elsewhere, for God's sake.

I finally got an email from Ayla Trembath at Ewheels dealers and she said to send her a video of the defect. So I sent her a video, and almost crashed while filming it.
I included the video in my review. She said it cannot be returned but it can be fixed. I have not heard anything from her for 3 weeks . I need to get this fixed so I can sell it.
It is a useless piece of junk!
If I can’t return it , it needs to be fixed. Shame on this company for taking advantage of senior citizens!

Cant get thru to anyone! Not by phone , email, chat or whatever. My scooter is defective. The controls were installed backwards and I cant use it. Have already placed warning flyers in over 30 senior facilities to not buy this product. It is very dangerous because it wasnt assembled properly. And the company doesnt care. Hopefully they will lose out on hundreds of sales

They won’t return calls on how to get their scooters repaired
They do not answer nor do they call back and never answer the phone they say you next in the q then say their to busy they will call back within 72 hours and never do

Scooter stopped working
I purchased a scooter less than 5 months ago started falling apart as soon as it came out of the box been calling asking for help I have a warranty I can't get assistance nobody wants to help me nobody wants to answer the phone I need my scooter fixed for my brother who's recent amputee besides that trauma this is worse this is worse than him getting his late cut off I need some help and I need some help now or I will start looking into legal services

i ordered an electric scooter on 24 June 2021, and now it's 7 July 2021 I'm still waiting. When I ordered it, they said that it will come in 1-4 days

After almost 3 months. I contacted the CEO of Ewheelsdealers.com We we’re finally able to send the scooter back.
We are still waiting for a refund from Everlasting Mobility. It’s been 3 months now going on 4.

The latest up date: Ewheels finally emailed us after 2 months saying their refund/warranty is for only 15 days, My response with photos your website clearly says warranty is 30/90 days. Ewheels response thanks for the information we are updating our website. Obviously ewheels doesn’t care about their customers

Eweelsdealers sold us a ew-46. The forward and reverse does not work properly, sometimes not at all. Bolts and nuts were missing and loose. Ewheelsdealers does not answer or return phone calls and emails. Buyers beware
