Miss information on parcel

I was informed via email from Evri that my parcels had been delivered and signed for at 3.30 am! Looked everywhere to see where they had been put and could not find them. Very difficult to contact Evri but eventually got through to online chat which then raised an enquiry to be told I would get a phone call. No phone call just an email the next day saying they are looking into it. Later that day my parcels were delivered by my lovely local delivery driver. I notified Evri from the email they had sent me, they apologised the experience I had with them. Until now Evri have been very good at delivering my parcels so I have been very lucky.

I need refund I still didn’t receive it

I send complaint and I didnt receive yet refund yet .The company that should deliver my parcel is Hermes I send letter of complaint and still didnt receive my refund .I supposed to receive my parcel from Intimissimi and they told me to ask for refund from Hermes company that should deliver my parcel .It has being two weeks and I received no refund in my bank account and no reply from Hermes deliver company .I need solution as soon as possible as this is very frustrating and disappointing.

Hello CEO I contact you because it is already unbearable to speak only with customer service as it is in vain. All repeat again and again. Nowadays i have an expecting delivery by Evri however i am feeling it will not be received as this situation has repeated character. My tracking number is H04CBA0000244953 if you see on your system it indicated as your courier had problem with entrance. However i am at home, my son at home and nobody came yesterday 27.07.23. I got a parcel from Royal Mail yesterday the same time around 11 am. The Evri Courier according the tracking system been at 10.39 am. So how come Royal Mail courier could enter the building and Evri's could not? And this is already the second order i reoder due to the same event, i opened in July Evri Enquiry - [Incident: 230713-****71], Evri Enquiry - [Incident: 230719-****53] and inspite of all my efforts my parcel gone to sender back. July: Evri email enquiry [Incident: 220707-****37] April: tracking number is H00TCA000199**** Evri Enquiry - [Incident: 220419-****94], three attempt to order one thing and i was deprived to buy a good leather jacket with a discount due to your workers. I would like you consider a disciplinary punishment for your workers and morale compensation for me. Every time i was nervouse when I saw that sender had sent my parcel with Evri. Every time I was afraid they leave it in unsafe place, I watched every day the tracking system to track Evri delivery and status changed on my eyes and then i found out that my parcel was back to sender because I had allegedly refused it. Moreover, Evri courier knocked my door only once, for all period of my online shopping. My parcels always left in communal area. They come into building and leave dowstairs like it would be my whole house. I want to say that i live in residential social house where not all residents are decent. Here is alcohol and drugs problem neiboughrs and they have theirs guests, so i hope you understand my concern regarding the leaving my parcels in the communal area.

Failure to deliver

Ive had many problems with recieving parcels from hermes/evri before the re brand ( hide hermes as everyone knows its a farce of a delivery company ) . Unfortunately Evri is still operating on exactly the same way as hermes with delivery NEVER ON TIME , Ive had to take 2 days off my work to recieve the parcel due for delivery on monday the 31st of july 2023 tracking number is H0067A020054**** , your automated answer machine cant understand me adding my tracking number , your system is failing customers as hermes always did , your rebrand isnt fooling your customers as the same poor delivery performace is still in operation , please let me know when your LATE DELIVERY WILL FINALLY BE DELIVERED

This os my last hope of getting help. Telephone number cannot get passed the automatic response?

This has been going on since the 05/07/23. Its about a delivery tracking number H02V3A003704**** or H02V3A003704**** the order from AliExpress it should of been delivered on the 19/07/23 according to your tranking information but nobody turned up then I was told it would be the next day and nobody else showed up. Tried your help service and it should it was running late with the delivery and would pass it on to look into it. There is 3 items in the order from AliExpress the tracking number are H02V3A003704**** H02V3A003704**** H02V3A003704**** My post code to B31 4NU In the name of Mr Mark Allen I cannot get a refund because the item was collected by Evei. I hope you are able to help and give me a delivery date as I'm so fed up with it. The fact I cannot get an answer from your customer service help website. I did have a lady trying to help but I've heard nothing back from her just a message about claiming for my items but if that's anything like trying to get help finding my parcel. I don't even want to start that. If you check the tracking number you well see you have the delivery someone is not doing a very good job. Hope you. Can understand what I'm saying because your telephone auto service is a joke the number of times I have tried to just speak to a person is just a nightmare. All the information I have is here please try the tracking number for yourself just I case I'm going mad. I am sorry but I cannot find any other way of contacting anybody at Evri now of your help sites work you are just sent round and round or from puller to post. Not good. You have my email address please can someone tell me just what is going on. I'm nota bad person. Just feel let down.

Gillette Order Number: 50451**** & 50489****: NO PRODUCTS DELIVERED, FEEL SCAMMED!!!

I have been scammed completely to the tune of GBP 350 by Gillette with Zero accountability!!! Order no: Order Number: 50451**** worth GBP 149 never arrived. All I got was some empty box with nothing inside. The delivery guy marked it as delivered to a safe place. No one called or even rung the door bell. Order no: 50489**** with GBP 199 was guaranteed delivery for 29th and has not arrived and I fear that also is stolen or just a scam saying its out for delivery. The EVRI delivery company social pages seek fake and there is an article about 40,000 customers to have had their parcels stolen or not delivered. What is going on??? How can legal action not be taken for this. I intend to sue Gillette big time for this! They are not even refunding my money!!!

Broken box and product

I am so stupid to give you the opportunity to send my products with you again and it turns out that my products arrived broken. I don't understand if they see that feagil is written because they have to throw things away like they were garbage. I have been waiting for a month for the answer to my first broken box and on July 17th I sent it. C00HHA038762****. a box which has been delivered destroyed with the products that were inside. Are the boxes soccer balls so that they arrive destroyed? I need my money, I don't have to lose money from the cost of the products or the cost of shipping. I've been waiting a month for an answer from the first box and now it's here. they are a garbage company

DRIVER NOT EVEN ATTEMPTING TO DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS

Can up please advise why ur drivers do NOT attempt to deliver to my address Im a courier myself and I have 2 x LWB sprinters up my drive I also get parcels delivered from all other couriers and even a skip lorry and a fuel tankard comes up my driveway bcos I live rural they wont deliver ? Ive had parcels delivered by Evri before but I take u have a new driver who cannot be bothered delivering parcels here here are the last 3 tracking numbers which havent even been attempted to be delivered to my address as I have cameras up which would show if they even came to bottom of drive can u please advise how this will be rectified or do I need to ask every seller I purchase from before purchasing if its evri delivering then not to bother sending I sent the tracking info to one of the sellers I purchased from and they have told me that they will no longer be using u as their chosen courier bcos of similar complaints Tracking nos below are the last 3 items sent by Evri which havnt been attempted to be delivered by your driver to my address HO1SKA001017**** HO1SKA001065**** HZZADA003381****

No show on delivery

What I hate about the company is they lie and mislead you, 10.10am parcel will be delivered today between 12pm and 2pm then new message 10.20 sorry we have a problem with delivery driver cant get to you and will try again tomorrow this has happened 5 days in a row now and a two week delay

Neither SHEIN or EVRI will assist with a parcel lost or taken in transit

I returned items to SHEIN on 21 June via EVRI - the company SHEIN use. The EVRI tracking is static and still says en route. I've spent hours trying to get help from EVRI and SHEIN but I keep getting sent back to the original website pages! My return package is clearly lost or taken in transit but no-one is accepting responsibility. To actually speak to a person is an impossibility! I'm not prepared to lose my rightful refund due to poor customer service by SHEIN and EVRI.

COMPLAINT about EVRI

I ordered and paid for a Healing Nest via Sprintlg . I paid for express delivery . EVRI emailed to say it had delivered to me on 16-6-23 It certainly had not. The EVRI tracking number is H03JZA001197****. I tried calling them but it wouldnt recognise my accent. My Sprintlg Store order number is 230604****49863 That tracking number was UH3456****YP To date EVRI makes false promises on delivery/ I want a full refund as totally disgusted with each and every one of you.

Having problem with my parcel # Company stuff parcel driver made mistake # Need to redirect

No direct customer service phone number They did not parcel my post where we agreed BD49QS the driver took it back to depot He is absolutely best This Bradford driver need straight firing from this job I know my local drivers they are very good they try twice or 3rd time I have lost money on my return item and my post Locally I managed to contact depot were they holding my item staff was road filthy Wasn't helping He said hes busy Tracking number they don't recognise I WIL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY (EVRI/HERME) AN TILL I GAT FULL £35-£50

Resolved: Package not returned

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Issue was resolved through autodoc, they processed a refund despite not having received the item. Neither autodoc nor myself have received any communication from EVRi whatsoever, despite autodoc filing an official complaint several weeks ago.

I eventually recieved a refund through autodoc after chasing them up a couple times. After 7 weeks of waiting, I asked them to leverage their business relationship with evri to seek a resolution, and they processed the refund despite still not having received the item.

I placed an order from autodoc on the 5th of January which was returned to the sender on the 8th due to an invalid delivery address. This was caused by an issue on autodoc's end, not EVRi's It has been over 3 weeks since it was marked as being returned, and I've received no updates on the status of the order, and autodoc have not received the package yet. I've tried to get in touch through the available customer support lines, but the automated support processes can only tell me that it's on the way back, no information on where the package is or why it's taking so long.
