The evite I order is too light. I provided a visa card and it still didn't let me continue.

I am not able to complete my order with Evite.I worked for over one hour and continue to get more frustrated. I am not upset. I just want to resolve the issue and send out birthday invitations for my children.

Can not purchase Evite

Been trying for weeks to purchase an Evite for 15 people. App is trying to use google cash, but thats not working. Need an alternate way to purchase. Also, very tough to actually speak with someone at Evite. Charges $1 to communicate via Chat. Just need to be able to purchase an invitation.

Impossible to reach customer service.

Sent email yesterday but found number to call so called today. Apparently they only answer calls Monday through Friday. The msg says they check and answer emails on weekend but still no response to my question. Time is important when working on invitations.

Cannot get into my account contacted me but

I registered via the app and now cannot get into my invitation. It says I am not authorized to use the account. This has been a disaster. I need to add guests but cannot access anything once my invitation pops up under My Events. I paid for a premium invitation and should be able to add more guests to the original list. Having trouble with my Evite account

I am having difficulty seeing the Evies pass number eight. I paid for the service of up to 15. I sent an email yesterday however, I have not received a response and I need to get these invites sent to my guests.

Lack of transparency

I have paid the $64.99 fee for invitations; however, when I try to send an invite it wants to charge me again. Do I have to send all invites at the same time?

Having difficulty with a wedding invite

Invitation has not been sent to 2 of my guests. I try to delete and resend it, but it's still not delivered. There is nothing wrong with their phone numbers. I don't know what to do. I checked their phone numbers. And there is nothing wrong with it. But they are not receiving

Family event

Wow! After feeling out all my personal information through pissedoff.com Then I get your customer service number that directs the customer to send an email? Well, first of all I dont used words like pissed-off Secondly, Im trying to get information as to why people can go on evite and add themselves to the guest list? Why am I getting messages that my evite was not delivered in fact it was delivered but invitees cant add who theyre bring to the event. Ive always used Evite but havent recently. It appears its standards resemble third party activities and Customer Service is none existent. At this point - my invitees are very confused and Im perplexed as a very happy occasion has turned into a frustrating nightmare. The app design is not customer friendly. It appears youre more interested in people divulging their personal information, instead of delivering actual services. And Im paying you - so that you can get my family and friends personal information? Please fix the app. Can you show some integrity, by calling instead of distancing yourselves behind an email. Wow! I had to get into the middle of my event to learn evite has turned into a scammers company. I am very sorry to learn this.

Still have never been contacted by Evite to resolve new format issues.

I still have never heard from an Evite representative via a phone call. The phone number given, 213-699-****, is not a good number to reach a live person. Recording only tells you to go to website. You can't talk to a live person!!! There are settings that need to be fixed in the new version. The "Settings" feature needs to be moved to the beginning of the creative invitation, not afterwards when you have to go back into the invitation and change your settings. There are other issues. Would someone please call me! I still plan on using Evite for making our car club invitations. It's still a good program, but needs more tweaking to make it more desirable and user-friendly. A personal phone call to talk to an IT person at Evite to solve issues when creating an Evite would be greatly appreciated.

Major problems with new version of Evite

Never was contacted by phone as requested from Evite. Phone number given to contact Evite: 213-699-**** is not a valid number. You only get a recording to contact internet, then disconnects. Cannot leave a message for someone to contact you. Trying to create a new Evite for our antique car club. Your site is not working! Many issue! The format has changed drastically. I have been an Evite user for many, many years! Monica Mills, Newsletter Editor, Kansas City MG Car Club.

Evite is not working!!!

Please read previous emails. I can't keep repeating everything. Settings is not on main page. You have to create the evite, close it, and then get back into the invitation to find the Settings link to change options like reminder, notifications, etc. Also can't change size or layout of text for others to see, like Bold print. Can't Copy older invitations prior to change of new format. Need to access older invitations. I always copy and make minor changes to avoid having to re-create. Please call me at 816-699-****. I have NOT physically talked to anyone via a phone call which I have requested. Too much details to explain in writing. Prefer phone call! Thanks. Monica Mills
