NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a controller and it was great for about a year. No issues. All my game stats went up. Loved it. Then it had an issue. No big deal, emailed customer service and they sent out a label right away. I even ordered a second controller from them because I loved the first one so much. NOW!!! its been 6+ months and still no return on my first controller. I have called the support # countless times and no reply. The second controller I bought is not not working from only 2 months of use. Now I cant even get a reply for that issue. This company has let me down bigtime and I'm appalled at the lack of any real phone numbers or contact info to get issues resolved. Don't buy anything from these people. Rip off!!!!

My controller still hasn't been shipped

I still have not received my controller from 11-18-20! I've called made the report and said they were contacting the post office 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back I've tried calling numerous amount of times with my order number. I'm not happy with this outcome!

Spent extra money for shipping and still haven’t gotten it

I ordered my controller and spent extra money for it to be shipped faster it’s been 10 days and I haven’t gotten anything I was really hoping the rumors weren’t true smh.

Evil Controller

Don't ever buy from this company. I order a controller and controller case and never received them. I order on November 25,2017 and charge my card $220.00. I have left multiple phone messages and emails. They never get back to me. If you want a modded controller, don't buy from them. Their is no customer service. Don't get rip off like I have. I will have to call the credit card company and see if they will remove the charge from evil controllers. I hear nothing, but bad things about evil controller from the products and customer service. I hope this helps people out and they don't rip off.

Right trigger worked for all of about 2-3 minutes

I had just received the controller in the mail and like 2-3 minutes of driving my car on GTA V my car just stopped and started working as right in the dead to toggle the lights I tried resetting my Xbox and my controller it didn't work I then went to COD black ops 3 and it wasn't shooting I brought the sensitive ABXY and Hairpin triggers+ a worrenty if anyone knows hot to fix this please help! Btw the controller is for Xbox one. I'm pretty annoyed at this and would really like to fix this as I spent $215.99 and I don't want a refund i want this fixed!

Got burned on xbox one evil controller

Spent 200$ on a evil controller, they gave me the wrong graphic and it's upside down. Two days into using it the left bumper is sticking and won't come back out unless I pull it back out

Evilcontrollers Game Controller Review

I paid 200+ for a controller for the 360 from them. It worked great for the first month then it quit working. It will turn on like it wants to work the shuts right off. Not worth the money. Customer service was not good. Waste. DO NOT BY THEIR PRODUCT.

Absolutey Horrible worst controller ever

Worst customer service i have ever seen-late on shipping time.Absolute piece of junk with no intructions those are online.Only 2 modes work on my 360 controller-im better off with a stock on will be smashing this one and buying a stock one.Doesnt switch modes,doesnt let you adjust rate of fire like I paid for.JUnk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had several other brands and they make this junk look so bad.Way to overpriced should be 10 bucks,paid almost 200 for what a paint job.Why do you have to put a 100 words in this or it wont print-this site is *** also.

So far I'm excited to get my controller, I ordered call of duty series mods. But one problem. So far it has taken nearly two weeks for it to ship (if it has even shipped yet). So far I'm upset with the amount of time it takes for the controller to arrive. I'm starting to think the reviews are true.

Evilcontrollers Shipping Service Review from North Las Vegas, Nevada

I bought a controller for my brothers birthday. No mods, just wanted an all glossy white controller with his gamer tag on the back. So I ordered this controller on April 19 in hopes to get it on May 1st for my brothers birthday. I also paid the extra 15.00 for shipping. Everything was fine until I contacted them. So I contacted them and they did not reply immediately, which is understandable. They required to you leave your name and number. Finally I get a call from Cameron and I ask about when exactly the controller should be shipped, not because I was impatient, but because I wanted to be able to tell my brother if his gift would be late or not. Anyways, Cameron tells me it would take an extra few days to ship due to the custom EVIL ID, a.k.a his gamer tag on the back. After talking to Cameron I was relieved and satisfied with the customer service. Then this is when things got confusing. Cameron told me that the controller would not be shipped until at least 3 more days, but right after I hung up the phone I got an email saying "your order has been shipped". I got the controller the following day. It was not what I expected at all. The paint job was like a spray paint blotchy mess, there was no evil ID that I paid extra for, and also the evil controller packaging that I paid extra for was completely smashed as if they shoved the controller in there so hard it ripped. So as furious as I was, I sent another email out to their customer service. In this email I showed photos of the controller, The packaging, and the way the controller was SUPPOSED to look. I also said I would like to return the controller for a new one. They replied with a return label and told me that the moment they see that this package has been returned, they will send me another controller. So I retuned it. Did not get any email or call saying they received the return. So once again I called Cameron and he said that they will send out the correct order this time. Also, emailed customer service and they said they would contact the repair shop and get back to me in 24 hours. (They did not get back to me in 24 hours) Once again right after I contacted them. I get an email saying "your order has been shipped". I immediately rolled my eyes and knew they were gonna screw me over again. Guess what? I was right. I got an email afterwards from Cameron saying that they have been having systematic errors and that they once again sent me the controller without the evilID that I paid extra for. And that they have sent out the backing with the ID on it so that I can just swap them out. And it is "good as new" To this day I have not received the backing, but I did get the controller. I will never buy from them again. I paid extra for the shipping, the evil ID, and special packaging I should have got my money back for the shipping Also, the second controller that came had neither the evil id or packaging. I was recommended by to use evil controllers by my boyfriend, and he is honestly shocked that this happened. But I know I will never use this website ever again. Don't waste your time

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

They freaking suck!!! take your money and then put a fraud alert on your account and don't ship your product. Been fighting with them over a week and still nothing except the customer service rep telling me that he has us on his radar and will take care of it. He doesn't even get my info when I call but assures me that he will take care of it. Today I ask if he even wanted my name or phone number. LOL. What a joke!!!! Never again. You live and learn. I will be reporting them and telling the world of social media about their b.s. I guess this is an ongoing epidemic with this company. Seems like everyone has the same complaint. They must need the money before they can make the product. Just say so then.
