Cancel my account

A subscribed initially with a certain amount$ off the first 4 boxes (so they get you in to actually keep ordering. The first box was OK, meal portions small so I decided to go on website to cancel. Could not navigate site, the botchat service was useless and there was no phone number to call on the actual website. I had to google several times before I actually went to my PAYPAL and discovered they had billed me yet again for another delivery! But the phone number was there so I rang. US based company. call centre I don't know where, Indian man eventually answered. Kept trying to get me to just pause subscription but I was firm and polite in my desire to cancel. Could not refund me the next box even though I had explained I had repeatedly tried to cancel and assured me I would get an email confirming my cancellation. STILL WAITING>>> I did cancel payment arrangement with PAYPAL so at least they won't be getting anymore money from me!!

Cancel shipment for the week 2 September

Trying to cancel order for 1 week. Answered after a few tries. Then man hung up without giving a reply. If I don't get an answer by tomorrow I will cancel permanently

Cancelled order

I am cancelling my order because it is too expensive And I think that you need to refund me my money that you took out of my account without me knowing and then try to take more out of my account so please refund my money. Or I will take this further. I tried to tell you guys to cancel my order for the day after. I droppedt my free one, but no.

Horrible customer service and since I didn't have a call log oglf calls made to them. I was denied a refund, but finally on call 3 it was canceled.

Cancelled 2 weeks ago and they still took money AND sent me food that had to be tossed due to allergens. No call log meant no refund. However call 3 finally got it canceled. I am appalled at thier policy and customer service. Over $130 wasted due to their error. Never again will I use every plate or Hello Fresh who owns every plate.

Payment details

I was calling to amend my payment details to a different card. It wasn't allowing me to immediately change my credit card details online to then debit it for today, saying it may take up to 48 hours which is stupid. The chat function just allowed me to message a computer rather than a human so I could explain my situation. Very poor customer service in this interaction

Not enough food

Ordered 4 meals for six people. The meat was barely enough for 3 people. Have tried to contact everyplace 3 times with no success. At first thought it great value now its actually a rip off as I couldnt feed my family on it.

Complete lack of customer service

Tried numerous times to cancel. Keep sending meals we dont want and charging us. No working phone number and the chat box is useless

Every plate SUCKS!!!

Riding back-and-forth with them for months I cancel my account somehow they reactivate it and then try to charge me again this is happened five times I just had it out within the other day and theyre doing the same thing again tried to charge me $60 again today I need this to stop I had to stop putting money in that account.

Charged card

Im sorry you charged my card when i never entered my card details or agreed to a plan i was just looking at prices i never selected my address or enterred any of my details. This is beyond ridiculous i want it cancelled and a full refund. Thank you.

Billing practice

When I signed up for this, I spoke to a rep on the phone and was given a returning customer promotion that was $22.14 for 6 boxes. They charged me the full price for this box #2. I want it refunded as this WAS NOT what I spoke and agreed to the representative for. I wasn't to be charged the full price until box 7. When I called, the woman told me it was too late to change it even tough it was JUST put as a hold on my account. This is a fraudulent charge placed on my card and I want it refunded. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would have to give me a return call in 24 hours, but that I would be told the same thing, that nothing can be done! NOT WHAT I AGREED TO WHEN I SIGNED UP for every plate. Was to be $22.14 for 6 boxes THEN would be the $54, NOT until box 7 Stay far away...bad billing, get overcharged

Caused a overdraft. Acct on hold but charged anyway

I had my acct on hold due to being on vacation. Payment came out anyway causing me to have a overdraft on my acct. Box was refunded and ,was promised by Agent Ruby that I'd be compensated for overdraft and given a promotional code. Well neither one happened after numerous calls. I'm disappointed and angry in the service .Leaving a bad review on trust pilot.

Cancel my account, order and subscription

I was new to site my daughter has shopped and told me about you so thought I would try. Place an order charge before I knew price and was charge for 2 premium and only order one with my 3. Call customer service and because I change vegetable from carrot to broccoli they charge me premium instead of the $.49 serving. Could not change said it was premium and was not written on what I ordered. I not going do deal with overcharge. So request cancel everything.

Can't cancel or refund

Everyplate doesn't try to be transparent about their shipping or cancelation schedule. In one week I was charged twice putting me in the negative. I called 5 days before my delivery and they said they couldn't cancel or refund me. Instead, they just send me to the terms of service page. I'm going to let my credit card take care of this and make sure no one every signs up with these crooks.
