Telephone pole hit by vehicle is going to fall.

Eversource came out to look at a pole recently hit by a vehicle. Beside leaving all their trash behind the pole, they simply rigged the broken pole up to a new pole behind it. Well the old pole is cracking more every day AND WILL FALL. Perhaps on a passing car, a jogger, a mom pushing a carriage. It will fall. A good windstorm; it will fall. I called and they said, and I quote, there is NO concern. Look at the pictures below. The broken pole has moved from 12 oclock to two oclock. Its coming down more everyday. How do I get them to help?!?!

Broken pole. It’s going to fall. Lots of wires. Very dangerous.

Pole 880 on Thompson Road in Thompson, CT WAS HIT BY A VEHICLE. A new pole was put near the old broken one and they attempted to secure it. They failed. It has continued to get worse and will fall shortly. I want this on record because if it is not fixed and does fall, a lawsuit will take place Im certain. This is a bad situation and Im not sure what Eversource is waiting for. This old, broken pole needs to be removed or something needs to be done. The wires are going to come down with it. Please know that I feel this is an emergency.

Service connect

I was told to be home and have the phone GLUED to my hand till midnight for reconnection. Its almost 1am and nobodys called OR come. Since WHEN do they connect service in the middle of the night!? They wait till nobodys home to shut it off!

Pay my bill

Horrible company. If you are on their assistance program God forbid if you are a few days lat on payment. Unacceptable and cause for a significant change in monthly payments and more

If you are on their assistance program Eversource does not send nor email you a monthly invoice. If youre late your monthly payment increases..a lot! Also they dont recommend you set up Auto pay through your bank for your payments to them.

Terrible company. Charging too much for service and bad customer service. Shame on you for gouging people who are struggling financially.

Outage

They are sending a crew its 820 they said we will have power back in about 3 hours maybe 4. Agent said sounds like a transformer

My Bill was to high for 850sq home

Nothing can be done Your prices are getting to high for the elderly Own a 850 sq manufactured home Bill was 163.00

Electrical shock

No response in five days!!! Even more pissed. Horses and people still being shocked How do we get someone out here to help. Very upset. This is ridiculous.

Damage to bush

When my landscapers came to spread mulch, they pointed out that a decorative bush in front of my house had a third of the bush had been trimmed off exactly where Eversource employees checked my connection. It seems that they trimmed off the bush to gain access to the pipes. The grass they removed and later re-seeded leads directly to the bush. I want the bush replaced. There was no reason to do what they did.

I have been trying to change my billing address not my service address and the site does not allow me to proceed and I cannot get a hold of customer service person on the weekend and I work every othe

Not being able to connect with a customer service person other than Monday through Friday 745 to 445 and my job does not allow me to do personal business during work. I want to change my billing address not my service address and I cannot find the site where I can do that on the computer. Thank you.

Overcharging

On 3/3/23 I paid my bill of $600 with one payment and I made a second payment o f48 dollars and change which covered the bill I was sent. I just received a bill for 893.78 and a threat to shut me off. I live paycheck to paycheck and I paid this bill as quickly as I could but I can assure you the bill was paid on 3/3/23. I don't know where the $893.78 bill came from as well a a delinauent balance of 416.57? It's hard enough trying to get by in today's bloated economy without you trying to rip customers off. I expect a proper bill for this coming month. Thank you, Donna Gruber

Because there was no follow-up from Eversource for my legitimate inquiry.

Because the pair of sneakers my neighbor tenant (Trinity College students) threw in the air and encroached the electricity wires in front of the house located a 140-142 Allen Place, Hartford, CT 06106 is still up there after more than 10 days since complaint. Bucket trucks preventing me from accessing or leaving my property for almost 2 hours!!!

Trucks blocking AND parked IN my driveway and prevented me from entering my property we NEED access to our driveway Than when I called to find out about getting them out of my way I was put in a 26 minute wait. People work and NEED access to OUR driveway!! Am going to have to call the police as I got no help from eversource
