Everest Software - CEO is as indignant as they come
I purchased Everest Software for my electrical distribution company. I was sold a "bill of goods" with their support package. 90% of the time when I contact them with an issue, it falls "outside normal support" and then you have to purchase time at $190.00 an hour. I thought upgrades were included. Wrong! That's the platinum package. I only purchased Gold. Only if your Platinum to get to speak to representative within the States. Us "Gold Members" go overseas. good luck getting anyone you can understand. I tried to get out of my 3 year agreement and the CEO, sent me back a smug email that said, turn this over to your attorney, she'll explain there's no getting out of it. They could care less they are taking my money for services not rendered. I'd love to hear from anyone else that has gotten sucked into the Everest Support package like I did. Thanks Everest, thanks for nothing but auto deducting $1,425.00 a quarter.
