Hi I have been searching for a canopy replacement talk and ended Up having to purchase a whole new canopy It is absolutely impossible to find the right size for the 8 by 8 I have ordered several from Amazon and had to Return them all how Do I replace my canopy top as now I Am Stuck with 2 canopies and Only One top please Help

I purchased and swing hanging kit from home Depot y'all's brand. The eye bolt snapped while I was in my swing. My swing is broken and I am injured because of the faulty eye bolt from y'all's kit. I am a mom to a toddler and a 4 month. My WHOLE body is in pain and I can't pick up my children because of the injury. I am a stay at home mom that needs help taking care of my children because I physically hurt to bad to do so. I am hurt emotionally and physically all because of the faulty eye bolt from Everbilt.

Broken part
I bought an Everbilt pool pump, sku # 1004 13* ***, model # PCP 10002, used twice & a part is broken. Spoke to the reps at Home Depot & was told to send you an email. I do have pictures of the pump & the broken part. Its the intake valve(the flapper) thats broken. Please help!! Can a replacement part be sent to us please? We spent way too much money on this oump to have only used it twice! Thank you for your time. I DO have pictures if needed.

It has really been a mess
Deliveries were terrible. Disjointed, cancelled, said delivered and not delivered. Given wrong pieces. Got a very expensive unit with drawers and one is damaged and one is a different color than the rest. We have 6 more drawers to opensupposed to be the same color as the othersso will be interesting to see how those look. It has just been a frustrating problem.

I have a sump pump the is only 14 MONTHS OLD with a 3-year warranty. After having three days of torrential rainstorms, I went down to my basement and got a big surprise. There were 7 inches of water in my basement everywhere. Because I had a new pump, I didn't worry about anything figuring the pump was working. Now after spending three days THROWING OUT all our things that got ruined including clothes. When I was finished, I got the receipt and went to the store.to get a new pump. Not only did I loose THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS because of the pump malfunctioning but the extremely rude manager told me "NO WE CAN NOT COVER THAT CALL THE MANUFACTURERS AND THEY WILL REPLACE IT AND COMPENSATE YOU FOR THE DAMAGES. When I called I got lied to and hung up on please rectify this problem IMMEDIATELY.

Not able to withstand even a ligh breeze. Hold down stakes get pulled out and gazebo blows over bending the frame like its made out of paper

Everbilt frost proof hydrant parts
I have a EverBilt frost proof hydrant that needs a part that is not sold in the spare parts kit that is available in the stores or online. Is it possible to obtain the rod that is threaded to the plunger on the bottom and on top is threaded to a coupling nut. It is approximately 55 1/2" long. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Doesn't work and all fittings come loose when wiring in. Home depot sold me the wrong fittings after driving 200 miles to get it.

I purchased the Everbilt Broadcast Spreader, Model number TBS6519HD, for my husband. He put it together and the flow control device is missing from the box.
