Change dates and refund

It's no longer necessary to talk about. For the record I accidently purchased tickets for the wrong date and thought it was going to be hard to get my monet back. It was the total opposite and I truly appreciate it.

Never got my email confirmation or tickets

I ordered tickets last night or at midnight and have my receipt and I did not get any tickets or email about my tickets I have my receipt from Apple Pay and my account. I have searched on everything and its still no tickets they were not sent to anything I have connected to my phone. All my tickets from anywhere else goes to my wallet and these did not I even downloaded Event bright.com to my Apple store

Refund request

I requested a refund from VQT and they refused stating:"At VQT we have a strict no-refund policy for event tickets unless the event itself is canceled..."There were 7 participants up until 1or 2 hours prior to the event. A final number of 10 people were on the Google...

Hi Eventbrite Team, Prior to the VQT event I carefully read the terms and the organizers stated that the event would be cancelled if attendance was low and patrons would be refunded. The number was 20 and the list made it to 11 - excluding me who they left as a participant name on the google form where you make your speed dating selections, into the next day. Unusual given that I informed them that I wouldn't be attending before the event started. I just began using Eventbrite somewhat often and even recommended it to people. However, if organizations are allowed to lie, be deceptive, and treat people disrespectfully with your company's consent, then there is a problem. Please reconsider your position so that perhaps I can reconsider leaving Eventbrite as a patron. Ultimately, you're a great way to search for and book events. Issue with ticket

Contacted Eventbrite several times they denied they have any wrongdoing in the matter. The organizer like I said Bemore Entertainment refuse my refund and said I was rude. So far no one will take any responsibility and will not give me a refund.

Well the organizer of spaced out music festival and arts alamosa Colorado the event posted a faulty and false advertised event. Eventbrite says NOT liable for any refund. So basically you can post a faulty event and get money for it. The organizer Bemore Entertainment has nothing to say but I'm rude and blocked me. Mind you this event was supposed to have thousands of people. What a laugh. Eventbrite is a joke. If at all possible I went by any tickets from them whatsoever.

Help on tickets lost

They didn't use a verified seller and we were scammed for tickets. They emailed us that we didn't have tickets and told us to contact PayPal than nothing. There is no way to speak to a person and we tried everything. No customer service at all literally.

Tickets never came through

I ordered the tickets and it took the money out of my account. Never got a confirmation email nor did i get the tickets in the app itself. I made sure the email was correct as well as the app told me I should make sure and I still got nothing

Can't use tickets

We are trying to get into our concert and they are telling us Our tickets are not legitimate that we bought through Eventbrite and they will not let us in. The concert is sold out, so we came here for nothing and got scammed through Eventbrite.

How am I refunded for a canceled event

Came Concrete Cowboy in Fort Worth were the event was being held 06/18 and it was canceled. I was not sent an email of the cancelation. I would like a full refund, due to this cancelation.

Cannot talk to customer service so am very pissed!- would have not recommend Eventbrite to anyone and I will notify the newspapers!

Cannot get any help for a refund on a cancelled show! The whole issue is very disappointing!!! It has been very difficult to contact anyone at Eventbrite so will probably never use the company again! It should not be this difficult to get a refund!

Getting back about evenbrite

My story has been ignored. Eventbrite has not gotten back to me to get this solved.

I need to be asking questions and to get my events out their and making money. But it sounds llike you do not want to answer me back.

I need my questions answered ASAP !!!! No reason to ignore me when I have a business myself to get out there and make money!

Hello, this is Geraldine, getting back to you. I have not heard from Eventbrite at all. I have not gotten a call back yet. The problem is they are not answering their phones! I have not tried calling because I have been sick and laid up. I will try getting back to them somehow. Eventbrite has no right to be this way and to treat me like this. They need to start communicating with me but they are doing it. I have seen other people's reviews on another part of their website. I will keep trying to get a hold of them. I do not know what their problem is and I am not appreciating their behavior.
