I don't think they are a legit company.

Esurranty has never contacted me in any way, when I’ve continued to call them and leave messages, they say they will call me within 2 days and they never have. I know there is a pandemic going on but they have my money and have not let anyone know what their status is.

I purchased a policy 1-29-20 and made a claim 7-5-20 I was told I would be contacted within 2 days and its 7-14-20 and haven't heard a thing, they don't answer my calls or return my calls, Ive left messages on their website and it says they will contact me within 24hrs and haven't been contacted. I called their accounting office and left a message and they say they will contact me within 2 days and ive heard nothing. I do not know if they are in business, ive called the claims office everyday all day and am told to call back.

Ripped Off

I purchased a warranty. Had a claim and never saw the money again. Total fraud. Not sure how they sleep at night.

Esurranty is a Scam

I originally purchased a 2-year plan for $99. They billed me $108.41, which includes sales tax. Then they billed me $99 a year later and then again $108.41 five months later. So now they have billed me 3 times the price and I have yet to make any kind of claim.

Dont purchase

I have been trying to get ahold of a representative for DAYS now with no returned call or email!! This site is a scam

Out somewhere around $1400

Esurranty has my Samsung 9 in for repairs for nearly 3 months and the deductibles that I paid for 2 phone policies. Not returning calls, emails, etc. Am in the process of filing complaints with any and all gov't and consumer agencies possible. Looks like the company may have been run out of Florida after Angelo Maimone was brought up on Travel Insurance Fraud charges and it seems they are doing this again with phone/device insurance?

I have never seen a company that if you file a claim there is no one to speak with.This company has not responded to the last 3 email reference a claim

I will notify the BBB, customer can't tolerant this type of behavior after you've received my money.

Scam...never reimbursed for claim and never respond to emails

I had a claim which I paid to have repaired I sent all the paperwork into Esurranty per there request. They never sent me my check to reimburse me minus my deductible and will not respond to the dozens of emails I have sent them. Someone should shut this scam down!

Scam...be aware

Mid of June 2019, I submitted a claim to repair/replace my Iwatch which had cracked screen. Initially they responded me saying the device is paired with cloud. I did all the necessary things to unpair it and even erased data on i-watch. I also got it confirmed from apple that once the data is erased it's not paired with any device or cloud. Now after 2months they responded me saying the device is still paired. And Iwatch doesn’t have password, if its paired they can unpair it in seconds. It’s scam what they are doing. They are very fast in taking deductible but reply to customer is pathetic. This is a scam company please do not buy insurance from this company . All the 5 stars are from the employees who work there. Please if anyone can help me in getting back my device and money.

Did not return my daughters phone OR reimbursement

what i really want to know, can we start a class action suit against them? What about a theft claim? more than anything, I'm angry with myself for not vetting this company properly.

One of the worst service , plz plz dont buy insurance from them One of the worst service , dont be cheated with this company . Its a big time fraud and they will never reply you back and deduct your money from credit card . Bogus company. There is agent seanhenson he is big fraud . I am planning to file a case against them.

Poor Customer Service

I reported a claim on a Sunday. On Wednesday when I had not heard anything back, I sent them an email and got no response. I finally received an email the following Tuesday (7 business days after filing the claim). Their response was I was missing the police report. Try getting a police report the same day you file a claim. They use every bogus reason to keep from paying a claim. When you look at reviews, notice all the 5 star reviews are about the process to sign up with them. All the claims are 1 star reviews

Please get your insurance from someone else.

They are stuck on what the website says..which is that I signed up according to them for a monthly charge but I clearly paid $67.29 online for a year. They were ugly to me by email when they finally replied to me.

They also had me as account on hold when I pointed that out they expired my account which makes it useless if I needed it.

I should have been paid through July of this year. They are never available by phone and they almost never reply to emails.

No one ever answers the phone and it drops the call every time. If they answer email its never useful or helpful. Don't bother using this company, please look somewhere else.

Not complying with their ctractually agreed committements

Had iPhone repaired by Apple over 2 months ago as agreed with Esurranty under my policy with them. Fully complied with all their requests. Virtually impossible to elicit any kind of communication with them until I started a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately still no refund of my funds paid to Appple to have my phone repaired. DO NOT TRUST THESE SHYSTERS WITH YOUR MONEY

>WARNING< Their service phone number and online for request for repair is phony. You can call esurranty every day but they won't pick up your phone calls. Their answering recording is phony because they will not follow up and return any message, USPS mail or email you back. I had USPS certify mailed all documents as listed online, still no response from esurranty. Their agenda is not honor your purchase esurranty insurance contract at any authorized repair center. Esurranty enrollment customer service will only take your money but they will not honor any future esurranty insurance repair service. Beware any fraudulently esurranty respond response.

Resolved: Going on 3 months to repair a phone no money or my phone

Same here I reported them to the Better Business Bureau after the second month for some reason, they keep closing the case I still don't have my phone nor my money for the insurance I paid for which for the insurance I got that they didn't do anything to get paid anything for. It's just sad.
