Cannot use my card
I don't have a phone number right now and the authorization code is sent to my previous phone number for the authorization that occurs when I make a payment. However, that phone number is currently not in use and has been pending without authorization for payment.

Refund Request
I requested a paper on April 3, 2023 and provided all of the necessary information for the assignment. The writer that I hired did not submit the paper on time and wrote nothing that I asked of her. She said she had the paper done at 3:40 in the afternoon and when I asked her how it was going at 10pm because I had not heard from her she told me to "be patient." After the due date had passed she finally answered and told me she needed a 2 hour extension. I would like a refund for this service because it was not done correctly or by the allotted time.
