Refund Request dragging on
Refund request is going on Week 3 now. Delays due to my bank not accepting the credit back from Espchat, had no merit after I contacted my bank. Every reply would assure me "We have issued your refund of $__ today. Please wait 3-5 business days". I call Customer service today, office was closed 30 min earlier than what they stated. No option to leave a message for Diana.

I purchase a written consultation with Benjamin for 19 dollars . It's been five days now with no customer service support or my written consultation. Its says within 2 days I get my written consultation its already five days and no response from them. Please be careful making purchases with them. I been a member for a couple of years and this year they started doing this. Am never purchasing again.

My card was charged $24 and $1and I did not authorize the charge..company never stated charges were gonna be taken out...it it is a 30day trial.not even 20mins of looking through site I cancel my membership and then was charged..tried contact customer service but no contact

I want a full refund these psychics are sadly disappointing. Their rude they ask you more questions then you ask them. Its crazy how people buy this MESS looking for real psychics and get cheated with the psychics this sight provide. James gets annoyed and ask WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO TELL YOU and will hang up on you. One lady was disgustingly eating couldnt hardly talk mouth full of food. She had no teeth.. I LOVE PEOPLE BIT SHOULDNT U PUT YOU TEETH IN FOR WORK?! Elis the first question I ask her say oh were not allowed to answer questions about lawsuits. I had already ask 4 psychics before her. Billed over $90.00 for a 9 minute chat.
I tried one guy that showed he was online and available to chat. So I clicked his chat box after 2 minutes of no response I exited the room. I then choose the other person and chatted for 9 minutes. Mind you 9 minutes of wasting my time. Then I got a bill of $30. and another $30.00 and then another $30. What the *** is that all about? I only chatted with a lady for 9 minutes, the other guy never responded!! So I get charged $90. Elizabeth Maxwell

Excellent Psychics and Service
You pay $24.00 for a year for unlimited access to the psychics on the website. I have looked at other online chat services and nothing compares to the service you get here. I actually think they should charge more. I don't get why people leave hateful, negetive reviews when they don't even know what you're signing up for. It's a CHAT service. For me, it's not rocket science. If you don't like it, cancel and ask for a refund. Quit complaining for the love of God. Anyway, ESPchat, you have 5 Stars from this customer. Thank you for excellent customer service and psychic service as well.
