There is absolutely no support available to us regarding change of name on flight ticket. I am called Marie-which I put on my ticket in error . my birth certificate is Mary Therese which is on my passport. When I requested assistance from you to correct this - I was advised to do Ryanair authentication- which doesnt work!! Why can edit not be more helpful???

Although I purchased an online check in, the company didnt handle it, so I had to make a call in order to make it happen. After my request they did it but me and my wife got separated seats. Very frustrating. Only the customer support guy was nice and professional.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I booked a flight on 6/14 cancelled the same day. As of today 6/29 they are still giving me the run around regarding my refund!!! I will NEVER utilize this company again! It is not even based in the US!!!

Hello, My name is ANTONIJA BUKŠA and on 16.05.2023. I payed 265,77 to ESKY Katowice for retur ticket Treviso (Italy) Tirana (Albania): day of departure was 22.06.2023. and returning day was 25.06.2023. (in attachment you have confirmation from my bank). I got bording pass on my e mail and flew to Tirana. But I never received bording pass or any document for my flight from Tirana to Treviso (wich I payed for on 16.05.2023). So I had to buy another ticket day of departure wich cost me 177,31 directly to WIZZ AIR. This is not the first time I choose ESKAY and there was never problem I always got my boarding pass on my e mail. But not this time: Not only I didnt got the e mail with my return ticket, I had to pay 177,31 for the ticket. I will send you attacments as proof. Please, let me know what happened. Cancellation of trip/ flight
I dI booke a flight with ESky, for a while since I booked I have been trying to get hold of them but to no avail. Their contact number does not go through no direct email to reach them . The only place I got a glimpse of hope reaching them concerning Esky was pissed customer. Clearly they are only concerned with getting money from people and no good customer relation.

The carrier company sent me an answer that the money was transferred to my card! take me with this answer and demand that I transfer my funds to the card on which the flight was paid for.. I booked a ticket for a specific dates that I needed to fly from Thessaloniki to Athens and I remembered that I chose the right dates I wanted, knowing that it was the date I chose I did not give a final look and I just directly went to the final step. Payment was done and that is where I noticed that the date was different from what I chose so I began to panic and try to find customer service of Esky to contact them and try to change at once the date of my travel. By the way they don't have telephone number in Greece that you can contact them so I still search how I can reach them so finally I was able to write a complaint about my flight and asking to reschedule it but they said its not possible. To make the long story short we exchange emails a day before my flight which is friday and my flight is on saturday night, writing to them hat Im not changing anything because they asked me to pay an additional amount which is 87 euro for my return flight if I want to change it so I said to them I am not interested anymore because its like Im going to buy another ticket if that is the case. Our case was not close on Friday...they hang me there without telling me what to do next so I assume that they do not change my flight booking so in order not to argue with them and have my peace I decided just to accept what is in my booking and fly in the the original date of my flight, however when I was about to check online I discovered that I don't have PR number of the airline so I can not make an online booking so I just went to the airport 2 hours before my schedule, hoola to my surprised my name was not in the system!!! By the way I forgot to include that I have downloaded their app just to see my status of my booking and it was shown there that is "pending booking"...How can they do this to their customer???no help at all, It was the day of my flight and still my booking status is pending? Really poor customer service, they don't even care if you loose money buying that ticket,,, what if you have to see your mother dying in the hospital and that is the reason why I should fly that day? They are really terrible!!! To continue my story, I asked for a full refund because they charge me for a ticket that they did not even book to the airline because my name was not in the system of the airline company. What respond they gave is terrible..making me feel that it was my mistake and the refund is not possible for the full amount and till now they not send me any letter at all! They are thieves. Im writing these for others to be aware of them and hopefully many will be aware of their bad schemes to fool people. Hope their operation will be stop so no other victims in the future!
