Order # 716****

I placed an order for overnight 1 day shipping and my order had not shipped. Been trying to contact someone and can not speak with a human. I need my order for an event on Friday and was promised delivery for tomorrow morning but status is still showing processing and there is no one that you can talk to.

They do not ship as promised and do NOT care if you get it or not.

Paid extra for shipping and you still shipped late and my team cannot play as it is too late to order elsewhere. The extra shipping price could have been shipped 2 day priority but they choose to make profit off your extra shipping fees and do not care if you needed it by date indicated.

Shipped Items I didn't order and never provided the ones I did.

I ordered 13 Navy socks for my team. Epic sent me 13 Royal Blue. Epic refused to provide what I ordered. Offered a credit and to "waive" restocking fee if I returned them. I had to pay shipping costs out of pocket for the return which were almost equal to the cost of the socks. Once returned, they said I didn't return all 13 and offered zero credit. I paid for socks I didn't order, paid for shipping back and now have no socks and am out a lot of time and money in the process. Will report them to the BBB also.

Horrible customer service.

Purchasing the items was very easy. Returning the items that did not fit was horrendous. There is no one to talk to, no one to assist with online support, no one who cares since they already have your money. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Terrible, ridiculous, unnerving, Order was incomplete. They are not responsive. The package was slit open at the bottom upon delivery. Items were missing. They have failed or refused to respond.

Fail to deliver and replace missing items.

If you want to experience the worst customer service at any level, please try Epic. Those guys don't respect anything. Not responding to email and chats, always denying your comments about something in the orders. I am tired of those guys. DONT BUY FROM THEM. GO DIRECT TO THE VENDOR, LIKE AGUSTA APPAREL, TRANSFER EXPRESS ETC.

Can’t talk to anyone

I received my order today (ordered 41 uniforms) only have 40… also 4 of them are the wrong color. We have basketball tip off and need these asap

Not happy with order

I have missing merchandise and that I had to pay an extra $60 to arrive before Christmas. I am very unhappy with your service and I am terminally Ill. My money is very important to me, unlike your company making its customers feel like we are important to you. I believe that ONLY OUR MONEY is important to you, NOT having a satisfied customer. SHAME ON YOU EPIC SPORTS!!!

Refund

Products were defective and their customer service is a complete joke. Tried for months to get the product replaced and or refunded but it never happened. There are no live agents just an email bot.

I paid for a order that never was delivered no one from epic sports have contacted me and I never received a refund

Order status

Took a month for my order said Oct 3 now its the 14 still now here ordered it on Sept 17 way to long

Returning items

I need to return more items that was in the shipment, but the RMA was already emailed to me. There is not a place for "additional items" or "add more" to the return. This would be an easier process if there was a way to talk to someone on the phone vs automated responses, or live agents who do not fully understand that it is that you need.

You took my money but haven't sent me my order

The package was sent to the wrong address and refused. It took the company 2 weeks to respond to my issue and all call or chat options are automated. The worst!!!
