Because I bought a card and it doesn't work.

First we went to a little store and bought a 2800 Vbucks card. As we tried it at home many times, we noticed that it didn't work. It always said the code was invalid. After that we went to the store, where we bought it, again. The guy at the desk said he couldn't anything about it. So we went back home and searched for the epic games customer service phone number but there was just a twenty-second loop telling us we should visit their website which is also not helpful. We're still trying to figure out, how we can at least get our money back.

Cannot get a hold of any representative ever

My son has tried to redeem multiple cards. And my playstation is my brothers that passed away in Feb and I believe this is the reason why we can't redeem it. This is so ridiculous tho. My parents and myself have spent multiple hundreds on v bucks and lost every penny. This is ridiculous you need an easier way to redeem these cards. My phone number is not 407444 it's 407272****. Please contact me asap. I don't have receipt my mom does but I will send it separately.

My parents legal ruling

After I see that there is no response and they treat a really disgusting customer, me and my parents decided to file a lawsuit, due to the fact that I am trying to get my user back, which suddenly reset and disappeared after we paid money! shame on you

Poor customer service

You sell vbucks cards and they cant be used when purchased. 2 Fortnite v/bucks cards that cant be added or found. Ive tried every way possible to add my sons vbucks to his Fortnite account but nothing is working.. I will never purchase an epic games product again, unless this issue is resolved! My son got 2 vbucks cards for his birthday and he cant use them due to your lack of execution of your product this has been on going issue with your company and the consumer suffers but hey why would you care about your customers Never again will you get my money

Why did you unlink a account I drop money into

I purchased a account back in may and linked it to my fortnite account. I had no issues but for some odd reason I come back home and my account has been unlinked Ive have spent to much money in this game for yall to erase a account either refund me my money or give me acces to my account and if you tell me neither I have a lawyer on stand by for data breach and theft. The email attached to the gamer tag lvwfrankwhite was AIBG@***.com It was a purchased account I used strictly for fortnite I then began to manage more money into into even subscribing to crew for two months. This is ridiculous and predatory. Ive already screen shored every vbuck purchase thats was redeemed on my Xbox account also
