Being charge for us membership that was canceled October 2021

My membership was approved for cancellation October 20 21 and Im still continuing to get charged 2199 a month

Unauthorized charge

I have been charged for gym membership and PT while been on medical leave. I have provided documentation and have been getting charged for 4 months unauthorized. I need this money reimbursement and have this membership close

They won’t let me use my membership

I worked for eos and recently quit, however I pay for a membership and they told me I was unable to go to the facility for 90 days and I'd like to know why I can't utilize my membership if I am paying for it.

Incompetent location manager

I have emailed for cancellation my location manager on April 12 receive no response I was requesting the cancellation in my first month so I didnt get that yearly charge because my employer pays for a gym membership closer to my home as to why I was canceling I waited patiently about a week then called the location left two messages got no response and the membership is still not canceled I escalated the matter online and was advised the location Manager needed to cancel the membership For some reason he is incompetent and unable to handle canceling the membership and I have now been charged the yearly fee along with another month and I expect my membership to be canceled and the fee be refunded feedremote refunded this is ridiculous

Frozen account issues, unprofessional costumer service

I agreed with the general manager of the store, Jason, to have my account frozen for six months as I recovered from a knee injury. Yesterday when I checked my bank account, I noticed that EōS had still been withdrawing money from my bank account. I spoke to an employee, Jospeh, that my account had been reactivated without my consent of doing so. Additionally, the six month period that my account was supposed to be frozen had not passed. Joseph informed me that my account had been activated two months ago, but I had not asked for my account to be activated again and the six month period was not up. Thus, I was receiving charges to my bank account that were not authorized. When I tried to speak to an employee to understand why my bank account was being charged, I was hung up on. I called again, was told I would receive a call the next day at 1pm, and never received a call.

I have been over charged!

This place is really out to rob you. Within 2 weeks they have taken $109 from me and are now saying I owe another $75. This place is a joke! I just want out and for them to leave me alone. They are not even worthy of a one star rating. How dare them rob someone at a time such as this pandemic. I know times are hard but dang.
