Car purchase

I purchased a 2021 jeep compass in may of this year. Some electrical issues developed within the first week or so of purchase. It was taken to a local jeep dealer, the tpms contol hub was in need of replacement. Here it is 2 weeks later, the radio display went blank and started flickering. The tpms service message reappeared. I contacted my local enterprise sales office, the told me it is not their problem. It is going back to the jeep dealership on Wednesday july 5th. I am not paying any money to have it fixed when the problem occured in the first week if purchase. Obviously there is an electric problem with the vehicle. This problem will be resolved or I will seek legal advice.

Car won't start

Questions were totally irrelevant to my request regarding my car problem. I could not easily find an emergency contact number for my problem with the car's warranty. Your customer service representative (I guess an automated messaging system) was asking me about trading in my vehicle!

Sold a defective vehicle, by Enterprise Car Sales

June 2022, we purchased a Nissan Rouge from Enterprise Car Sales (Enterprise Holding International/Car Sales/EHI). On 1.23.23 the vehicle malfunctioned (Note: Chassis Malfunction "icon" on dashboard screen). Had the vehicle towed to Ellicott City Nissan (ECN) in Ellicott City, Md.. Per their diagnostics, the Rogue had been in an accident previously, before our purchase. With a cost of $12K to properly repair. There apparently had been an aesthetic repair, but an erroneous, substandard repair to the undercarriage. The frame is bent and the sensor that malfunctioned was affixed to frame with duct tape. according to ECN. Before the malfunction, we noticed at night that the head lights were misaligned. Assumed that it was an optical illusion. Later to discover that was related to the improper previous repairs to the chassis. When the EHI dealership was contacted the next day, the manager immedeatly told us that my accertions were false because he had researched Carfax and there were no previous reports of damage to the vehicle. Later in sequent communications with the Glen Burnie, Md. dealership, the manage alleged that he was waiting for further information from the ECN dealership. Upon which ECN sent photographs via. email to their office, on several occasions. Each time the manager at the dealership kept stating he needed more photographs. Then later stating that EHI's staff members had to further evaluate the photographs to make a decision to correct the problems. After thinking about the situation, there appears to be a possible ruse by the dealership to avoid addressing the above-mentioned situation. As of 2/8/23 nothing has been done and we are without transportation. Thus having to rent a car ($275/week) for basic transportation. As of this morning (2/8/23) we have heard nothing from EHI or ECN about the status of the vehicle. For several days I attempted to contact EHI via. the internet and several telephones calls without success. The customer service portals are evasions with respect to direct communications. At several points, I was asked to pay a service charge to communicate my concerns. Plus all telephone calls eventually directs the customer to Enterprise Rental Cars, instead of Enterprise Car Sales (ECS). Which appears to be a ruse to discourage decent with respect to the cars sold at ECS. Thus, I have contacted the State of Maryland, Attorney General Consumers Services Division (File Ref # MU-363517) and currently waiting to do a news story with the local evening news' Consumer Complaint desk in the near future. Note: Difficulty transferring electronic files, we do possess paper copies of both purchase order and emailed photographs of the previous damage to the vehicle. Emailed copies from ECN and purchase receipt can be forwarded upon request.

I purchased a car last night from Enterprise Car Sales in Newport News, Va, Discovered the car had been in an accident and back right door is not properly reattached to the car. Wont close properly.

Letter sent to Enterprise Rental Company, Newport News, Virginia: I purchased a vehicle yesterday from Enterprise Car Sales after a drunk driver totaled my car 3 weeks ago. Approximately one hour after purchasing the car, I discovered the back right door of the Dodge Journey I purchased had been badly damaged, obviously in a crash , and poorly repaired and reattached to the vehicle. The door is missing parts thats attach the door to the frame and the door will not close properly. I was not told the car was in an accident. Obviously the crasch was not reported and Enterprise must have repaired the vehicle themselves without reporting the crash. thoght I could trust Enterprise Car Sales. I paid 14,400.00 yesterday for this vehicle and financed the rest, but want to return the car today. Your on line information states I can return this vehicle within 7 days and will receive my money , minus $200.00. I am hoping I wont have a problem returning this vehicle and am acting in good faith that your company policy will allow me to return this vehicle without any problems and without me having to hire an attorney to get my money back. Im writing to enform you of this occurence in that I think Enterprise should know this is occurring in Newport News, Va. I didnt think Enterprise Car Sales would *** selling a car that has been crashed without telling the buyer and attaching a door to the frame that is not done correctly, and with a number of missing parts. The back right door wont even close correctly , which I did not discover until after purchasing the car. As I stated, I thought I could trust Enterprise Car Sales and didnt think to check the back doors to ensure they were functioning properly. I will be returning the car to Enterprise Car Sales today in Newport News, Va. where I purchased the car and am hopeful this will go smoothly and as according to the Enterprise Car Sales policy.

They are not paying my down payment.

I bought a car during the promotional period that said I could return it without conditions after purchasing a car for 7 days, and I returned it within the period because the car options posted on the website and the options on the same car I purchased did not match. However, the down payment of 11,000 I paid has not been returned even after a month has passed, and the company and the person in charge have not been contacted by the company's customer center. Even when I contacted the chain store, the person in charge of selling the vehicle, and the manager, there was no answer, they were avoiding my phone calls, and even when purchasing a vehicle, they belittled me with all sorts of racist acts and behaviors. I tried, but I was patient because I had to get the check back, but they mocked and belittled me until the end and didn't give me money, so I had no choice but to buy another car and wasted my time. The company has no formal complaint authority, no website or team to track or follow the money sent. When I contacted the customer center, all they did was connect me to the branch where I purchased the car, and they made excuses and did not connect me to the person in charge. None of these companies have taken care of my problem and nothing has even been done to resolve it.

Was sold car infest with roaches

I was sold a car infested with roaches on 8/29 from the Glenwood Raleigh used car store, the car arrived after deal was almost completed and the salesman Chris asked if we should test very reluctantly I also noticed all floor mats were in back of car not and floor was extremely sticky. I purchased 2020 Ford Edge and days later noticed bugs around my pocketbook when I drove car so I decided to spray car and was astonished when hundreds of roaches came out of every crevice of car. I was at my daughters when this happened n still had to get home. At this point I had visited her and taken things out of car into my home. So Ive since had to hit exterminators for her home and mine I had to throw away a $500 pocketbook and $300 dollars with of beach equipment. I almost crashed car driving home n back to dealership to return to the point the distracted driver alert came on. When returning vechicle and picking up the car traded which was still at dealership 7 days later I saw my radio was stolen. I had traded car because I told dealership my car had a recall with airbags thats why I was trading in removing radio made me nervous to drive car because the tampering with the dashboard. I insisted on a rental which the agreed to. But not until next day. Ive missed work, Ive lost over $2500 through this whole ordeal. I am nervous to drive and feel I should be compensated for me loses.

Vehicle defect

I did business with Enterprise Car Sales 8/19/2022 located in Colorado Springs, CO. I traded my 2020 Ford Escape for a 2018 Chevy Equinox and so far, I have been unhappy with the events thereafter. The vehicle was not cleaned upon closer inspection, and the back right tire has a noticeable gash that raised concerns. The issue I am currently focused on is the lift gate that has been defective, rendering me unable to open or close my trunk remotely. And it has made manually closing the lift gate nearly impossible because I am a disabled vet and have some difficulty with mobility and range of motion. I brought this to the business reps' attention and the vehicle was taken to Chevy for inspection and repair. I was given a rental for the next 8 six days, 8/29/22 to 9/6/22 because I had work out of town. Upon returning 9/6/2022, I found that the lift gate was still not operable. The issue was not corrected by the dealership, and I was later informed that I had to give my car back in order for Enterprise to get the lift gate repaired. During this timeframe, I had my vehicle for less than a week and as of 9/7/2022, it is with the Enterprise who has taken it to a Chevy dealership. I have been very patient and understanding about the whole situation, but I am seeking further remedy because this situation has caused me undo distress and frustration. My next plan of action was to trade in the new vehicle with another because I was unsure when I would get my car back or if the lift gate would be repaired before I had to leave town this Friday. However, it had been brought to my attention that the bank I financed my loan with had not sent any of the paperwork to the DMV, since 8/19/22, in order for me to register the vehicle.

Horrible trying to utilize Warranty 2019 ford fusion

Engine blown extended warranty, antifreeze leaked into my first cyclinder blew head gasket. I had to pay 300 for labor and tax that they wouldn't pay then am additional 200 for battery. It's been 2 months and they just now paid hopefully will get my car back today. O and they only pay for a week rental so don't think you get a rental either. And they never paid for my emergency road side for my tire with my tire plan. Don't waste your time. If it seems to good it is!! I will never buy or rent a car from this company again.

I purchased a lemon under fraudulent basis and no support

October 1st I bought a X3 BMW 2019 lemon from Enterprise Car Sales in Roseville California his name was the manager was Hector the sales associate which took me to the bank to get the $46,000 check was named it sounds like Miracle. When he drove the car to the bank there was not one beep that one noise GPS was displayed which I love because somebody had vandalized my other car's GPS and his manager had told him ha I told him to fill up my gas well we came back to Enterprise car lot and he left me there and said he was taking off to get gas I can show you receipt at my bank statement anyway that I had to get gas because in this 20-minute time for him and which Miracle left no gas was put in I was unsure if I could even make it to a gas station. What did happen cuz I made a left turn out of the parking lot the sales lot instantly beeps started coming malfunction this malfunction that three months over and service and neither brake pads and it breaks and needs brake fluid and then my heart Tahoe the rotors was shot. It sounded like a snow plow is dragging its Claw on cement it was so loud and so embarrassing and I had gone through being humiliated enough and embarrassed enough through a divorce of no fault of my own. I told Hector the manager and a miracle that I needed something really reliable because of my divorce I was not sure what was going to happen and I even got a $6,700 x 10 days warranty. First text I sent to my sales person took him four days to respond all he responded was call management I'm in Tahoe at a wedding veep's drive me absolutely insane almost to the point of having two rett's syndrome characteristics if not worse so I would definitely know if his car was beeping on the way to the bank to get that check. Nobody has done one thing for me and I did not feel right calling management at Roseville who sold me this car knowing they had to know what was wrong with his car. I am going to call BMW and get a read on October 1st on the black box and see exactly what happened and then I guess I have to do litigation unless you can do something I'm not threatening that at my wit's end with this car as I sit here with the attached to a battery charger because after I took it to Roseville car sales Roseville BMW dealership now the car won't start all the time and it overheats it's sprayed fluid all over the place and it's BMW reset everything so it looks like they did a service on it so my next service isn't due for 3000 miles they did nothing to this car it's just it's incredible how people just think that they can do whatever they want to do to get that box listen I have a half million dollar business I started from scratch not doing a damn thing what I was doing when I started it I would never treat my customers that way the way I was treated by Roseville. And then another piece of information I have for you sexual discrimination. I wrote in to get a quote on how much they would buy my car for I made it out to be that I was a man all the information wasn't saying that's I presented to them when I rode in as a woman guess how much more they would pay 1 party. And guess what party would get more yep the make-believe mail would get $5,000 more the same identical car same mileage Etc said they were going to offer me they're offered me $27,000 car for out the door 47 with the $6,700 warranty but I guess I did not need but I was scared I was first time on my own I had no family nobody here I am alone so I wanted this car to be completely covered for anything. The salesperson and the management gave me the piece of paper saying it went through 150 hundred forty-seven point inspection checked off good this is a great car Christina, you won't have any problems with it. That is where the fraud comes in. I was presented a lemon with so many issues. And the time it took him to get no gas you come back there was something done to this car in the codes for it's you start beeping like crazy when I drove it off the lot. I have a lot of issues with depression and with being confidence around people was it always like that but I should have gone back I know my part of it but I thought well I can maybe fix the beeps but then all the malfunctions and everything else started coming on and then the brakes a week later and then I got to thinking about the time that my sales person was gone and the time he came back and I drove it off the lot something happened right there the main thrust I was promised a good car inspected 147 points no problems or issues Christina it's certified pre-owned you don't have any issues with this carpet cleaner. As I sit here again I lost $800 on a hotel because every time I tried to get over there it wouldn't start or it overheated then I was exhausted I fell asleep and my eyes are such that I can't drive at night it's a lot of things that happened but the main thrust the most important thing where are the lies that is seats that I was presented with annoyingly at Enterprise Car Sales in Roseville California on North Sunrise ha America knew this would you want to deal with somebody who you knew sold you something so bad again I'm all by myself I don't have anybody to stick up for me and they knew that they took a chance and they won but they're not going to win in the end because this is the first letter of several that I will be sending out and this time I will win and I hope you help me I really hope you. I believe the code was reset when the sales person was supposed to get gas per hectare the manager at Enterprise car sales during that 20 minutes interval when my salesperson took off with the BMW x3 on a fictitious errand to get gas in this car. Which there was no gas. I have been going around in circles and loops and with my health condition it is not very easy. what is the problem is; I was sold this car as good. passed inspection. good car Christina. Here is the paperwork that shows the passed all 147 points inspected. NOT EVEN THE WIPER BLADE SHOULD HAVE PASSED.! THIS CAR instantly needed brakes and brake pads and Brake fluids and it was 3 months overdue on a service. I got stuck on a hill in Tahoe police officer had to drive it down the hill for me I was too afraid and both him and the tow truck driver that helped me that they got your tires are so bald then what are you could not make it I didn't look at these things like I said I've never bought a new car by myself. I never had to deal with maintenance Etc dealing with the car I just got in and drove it sometimes I got gas that shouldn't be any excuse for them to go ahead and sell me this lemon fraudulently I only treated these people at this dealership with respect and kindness. I was a little frazzled because of my situation and what was going on with my car over at Mazda. When Miracle said, "I'm so glad I got to sell you this car Christina." And then my way out to the car there's a big green bow on it, nice what a nice touch they should have been a yellow bow. I thought he was being kind I don't know what and why you want to sell me this car I don't know much about buying cars I've never bought one of my own. I thought with a name like enterprise I would be okay I would be protected because they have such a high-quality name that they would stand behind any product that they sold or rented. But who my recent experience is with Enterprise I've come to find out they're not a good name at all. The way I was treated it's a shame that they're still in business. I want something done. That is besides me sitting in the hotel parking lot having to jump start my car for the 10th time will stay in here having bought for jump boxes for this car yeah people like to take off with them even at really nice hotels. We're having to fall asleep at a fire station because your car overheated and you have to wait. I don't wait for it to cool down. And the one thing I never want to hear again is so I know exactly how you feel nobody knows how I feel on this to sit on a curb with a beautiful BMW that is going to be painted yellow to reflect its condition that's not a very sweet taste. I have only drove maybe 1500 miles with his car. I bought it when it was close to 48700 and now has 50600 miles. The warranty did not cover the brake pads. it for $560. They said that I did that. I did not do that it was a malfunction before. There was a code the first minute I drove it off the lot. Also the parking assistant malfunction that was one of the first malfunction ones I got when I drove it off the cells left. And they're saying it's not covered because somebody hit something with the the part that does the parking assistant well it wasn't me because that came out right away and the black box from corporate BMW will attest to that plus my text to the sales people at Enterprise car sales in Roseville California is more proof . And then Enterprise Car Sales and Roseville allowed my car to sit at BMW for 5 weeks before giving me information on the warranty coverage or contacting BMW of Roseville. That's not acceptable I do not want ever deal with these people again may I have sent them voicemails with the beat that sounds just CarMax going down the street he be pulling somewhere that's dark and it should be quiet bbbbb go everybody knows I'm here I don't want this car I never want to see this car again I am renting a car tomorrow and this car is going into a European specialized facility because I don't trust the BMW dealership in Roseville because I know they did not perform service and yet they sent it back to like they didn't do service if they did do service then the fluids and everything should have been checked and they weren't nothing was done to this car I can't wait until I see the reading for the black box that's all I can say for now.And then I don't know this car is just... I look forward to your reply because that will indicate my next steps I need to take but I tell you one thing I will not ever deal with Roseville Enterprise Car Sales. number one issue is my car. my God my mother is back in the Michigan she's dying of cancer and I can't even get back there because I got a piece of =/___1 that I bought from somebody I thought had a respectable name. You don't! Change that for me please. Most respectfully Christina 5 3 0- 6 1 3 -* * * *

Created a loyal customer today

Today at 3:45 I had a flat tire in Hoover, AL on my way home to Alexander City, AL (90miles) from a day conference. There was a storm baring down and I got on my phone while waiting on tow truck and prepaid for a car at Hertz which closed at 5pm. I waited on an Uber that tool forever to assign to my location. It was just in time to get my car towed to a dealership (who has to orer the tire). When i finally arrived in the nick of time at Hertz I was informed matter of factly that they didnt have a car. I told them i prepaid and they said they didnt have a reservation in my name. They were no help at all. No suggestions. So there i was stranded with no ride and a storm about to bare down. I looked down the road and saw an enterprise sales sign so i gave it a shot and Im glad I did. When I walked in i was greeted by Shaun Allen who asked how he could help. I told him the situation and he called Corey down the road at the enterprise rent a car who sent soemone down immediately to fetch me and take me to a car. I made it home before the storms safely in an awd car and had dinner with my family. I will forever be greatful for your wonderful employees. These gentlemen set your organization apart and I will use enterprise everytime i get the chance in the future. I typically rent cars 15-20 days a years for business travel. Thank you for rewarding them with management opportunities they are both very worthy of this role and bigger roles with these customer service skills. Please call on me if you ever need any sorts of third party references. Chad Odom DFCP Executive Director Lake Martin Area Economic Development Alliance.
