We’ve been out of power since Tuesday

They cut us off without notice Weve been without power since Tuesday afternoon we set up a new account and theyve yet to get in touch with me to verify my account Our food is going bad and our furkids are suffering for it They havent even tried to call us And now its the weekend and they wont return my call until possibly Tuesday if we could we would change services because yall suck Every time Ive called yall keep giving me the same response and Ive had my phone by my side for 2 days since I created the new account and Ive yet to hear anything back

Constant power outages

We need another company to put pressure on this garbage company! They're slow with outages. People need electricity to live! I'm so done with Entergy! I give ANYONE else my business if I could. They have a monopoly going, which is never good for the customer. I wished every CEO had to live with these same problems.

Outage

We had a power outage for 6 hours yesterday. That is totally unacceptable, especially in this heat! You can't get anyone on the phone and they kept changing the time via text which you can't respond to either! I had to keep putting my two dogs in the car for air because they had labored breathing. IF I HAD A CHOICE I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!! Their rates keep increasing and the service is lousy. One pissed off customer. I haven't even checked my refrigerator or freezer. They SUCK.

Disconnect notice

Hi I paid my bill august 1of this month and it said 0.00 a few days later it said I had a bill for 5 hundred and something I don't know why but I had the rest off my other card and now I have a disconnect notice and it's scheduled to be turned off on the 28th of this month with is in 2 days

I have been trying to get lights for over a month me and my 3 kids been living off 2 generators now only half of one because 1 completely stopped working and the other only one side works. This is in human we been 105 and above Temps the majority of this time I'm sure them and their families are cool but let me miss a payment smh I have never seen this from energy then lied and told the 911 they couldn't reach me really sad I hope they proud of themselves if it was another energy company I would switch without a doubt battling with health issue having a major surgery having to shower in cold water because so tired of going house to house trying to be fair to everyone energy has us living like we are homeless. Very 1st complaint how an appointment is set for a Wednesday afternoon but a guy shows up on a Tuesday morning with a bad attitude saying nobody would be able to come on the appointment set up on phone saying that the phone people do not know what they are doing apparently nobody does. So why you guys decide tge right and wrong me and my family has did everything asked of us but we still without electricity can not get unit installed for air due to waiting on electricity smh so do not be a pissed bill collector when I make you wait 6 weeks to pay my bill signed a very very pissed off long loyal customer I pray they get another electric coming I promise I am leaving this sorry company sad sad sad very sad entergy I can fend for myself but my 3 kids then school going on..so whose going to compensate me for the approximately 6000 and more I have spent on gas on a generator. I definitely better get a nice credit or free month bill or I will go public with this for tge ones who do not know this is really sad bet you all are comfortable in your own bed, taking a hot shower, able to cook at your house instead of eating out everyday fir a family if 4 because you have no electricity. Then here we wait another long hot weekend so so so so wrong entergy I hope none of us get sick or worse because of how we living because entergy not doing there jobs..I have notes pictures proof etc please enjoy your cool energized morning signed an EXTREMELY!!! Power outage......AGAIN!!

5 min, 45mph wind, power now out for 2nd day. There is OBVIOUSLY something wrong w/infrastructure/ maintenance issues NOT being kept up. Where are ALL the dollars collected after Hurricane Rita that have NEVER come off of our bill??? Wasn't it supposed (?) to go into preventative maintenance???BEWARE!!!

Service has not been hooked up for almost 2 weeks now

Ive called no less than 7 times. Service was supposed to be hooked up on July 27th. The line is still not hooked up to the home and there is no electric meter because it was stolen. They knew this because I informed them before even coming out. I was told for sure it would hooked up Thursday. Then Friday. On the weekend, I was told by the rep to call back Monday. I dont know what I have to do or who to talk to in order to get my service hooked up. Absolutely horrible.

Antonio turned the meter off on the pole

Antonio turned the meter off on the pole He is very hostel and we told him to stop and come back in the morning and we will talk about it tomorrow if that's okay with him and he's not coming with that one so he helped his self with the meter off on the pole and he's not going anywhere and he's on *** so we told him to stop by tomorrow if that will work with him tomorrow morning when we get up

My ac needs to be replaced

Power surges had been happening , they were so bad it fried my new ac. My son came and out his meter onto my electric and the electric going through my house was low. It was because the person that hooked up my electric did not tighten the wires down so there wasnt enough power going to my trailer.

Power Lines Down

Storm Saturday caused tree to fall on line. I place 1 call the night of in regards to a line laying across my Friday and my neighbor driveway and was told I could only report for myself and not my elderly next door neighbors. I placed 2 additional calls Sunday about no one coming out. Sunday night someone came out and looked and left. Monday, a crew came and picked up the down wire and left. There is still low lying wire draping from poles limiting access to driveway but we werent informed who we need to get in touch with about that or if the wire is of danger. I have a special need child and my neighbors are elderly

Complaint

Hello, I have lived in my home just over 1 year. There have been more power outages on our block that anywhere else in the neighborhood and furthermore, we are ALWAYS the last one to get the power fixed! WTH- we pay our bills like everyone else and we get shoddy service! What is the deal with this small section of Silsbee and how have we lost power more than a dozen times in 15 months??? Fix the problem quit putting bandaid on it!
