Real estate property donation

Mine was a positive experience! I was able to find out online that End of Poverty, Inc. accepted real estate property donations and I verified through the IRS online TEOS website that this organization had tax exempt IRS status. I called them on Dec 30th, received a call back immediately and Scott assured me there were no reasons we could not complete the donation within the next 24 hours and satisfy IRS requirements! Documents were e-mailed, paperwork completed and returned back on 12/31. We had just had an appraisal done so that likely helped expedite the process. Since then, the staff let me know the property had sold and shared some of the ways in which donations have helped those less fortunate, including inviting me to a call with a large group of African pastors. The way they handled the process allowed me to use the donation on our tax return and know the money was used for the Lord's business.

Brian also signed that if EPN signed over the properties, he would call it even. Please see attached "agreement 1".

I am disappointed that someone who comes across as nice as Brian would go back on his agreement and refused to remove lies to bully someone into giving him what he is not owed.

The statute of limitations on libel is 12 months in CA so we are having a hard time removing his false statements. Be careful of dealing with him.

Things Brian said that were true: End Poverty Now borrowed money from him (see attached mortgage 215k). Things Brian said that need clarification: Brian says he was not paid back. He fails to mention that he was deeded two properties. He sold both of those properties within six months for a profit. The document transfer fee attachment below shows that the NY property he sold for 300k. ($4/$1000) We also disagree with his statements that we are funneling money to international profits to reroute them to ourselves and receiving large salaries. In fact our salaries are so low it embarrassing to put them on here. But we attached our W2's to show the truth. We work extremely hard for very little pay to try to end poverty.

Nothing but praise...

Wonderful charity to deal with; Scott and Steve Hutchison work tirelessly towards their goal of helping the most poverty-stricken people in the world; I have donated several items over the past 5/6 yrs and they have made that process very simple for me (paperwork, communication, etc). They are the best!!

Resolved: End poverty Now is a great company with a great cause!!!

End Poverty Now has donated repeatedly to myself and my family.. Scott Hutchinson and his brother are heros.. in 2019.. They always listen to understand what is going on And they really do have chairity in mind.. I was stranded in a foreign city with my children, they ubered us home and had my vehicle towed to the hotel we were lodging at and loaned me the money to get my vehicle fixed . They didn't have to do that.. God Bless these gentlemen... Andre 419-418-****

Beware of End Poverty Now -Scott Hutchinson honesty

End Poverty Now is a non profit organization lead by Scott Hutchinson. located in toledo, Ohio. Think hard before you trust this charity with your donation, Scott Hutchinson does not deal fairly or truthfully. I lent the End Poverty Now a large sum of money that was ‘urgently needed’ for a project, and the money was not paid back. Instead he made promise after promise of paying me back, but has never done so. His ‘charity’ is set up to make money for him and his brother. They take large salaries and use international projects as a method of redirecting money to themselves. their page is http://www.endpovertynowinc.org I'm open if someone wants more detail of my experience with this people.
